Several techniques for the reduced dimensionality of finite elementformulations were considered as component mode reduction methods in themiddle sixties. These techniques are widely used in flexiblemultibody simulations for solving small deformation problems. Theabsolute nodal coordinate formulation for solving large rotation anddeformation problems has been established as a full finite elementmethod instead of using similar kinds of reduction techniques. In thispaper, a reduced order absolute nodal coordinate formulation is newlyestablished by introducing the global beam shape function and theanalytical deformation modes as a full finite element. This formulationleads to a constant and symmetric mass matrix as the conventionalabsolute nodal coordinate formulation, and makes it possible to reducethe number of elements and system coordinates of the beam structurewhich undergoes large rotations and large deformations. Numericalexamples show that the excellent agreements between thepresent formulation and the conventional absolute nodal coordinateformulation using a large number of elements are examined. These results demonstratethat the present formulation has high accuracy in the sense that thepresent solutions are similar to the conventional ones with fewersystem coordinates, and high efficiency in computation.  相似文献

A new class of Weinreb amides has been developed as directing groups for the ruthenium‐catalysed regioselective oxidative C?H olefination. The new Weinreb amides successfully inhibit the N?O bond reductive cleavage usually associated with the cationic ruthenium system, thereby keeping intact the synthetic utility of Weinreb amides. Mechanistic studies reveal interesting aspects of the directing group capabilities of Weinreb amides when compared to simple amides of similar structures.  相似文献

本文通过离子迁移质谱法研究了氧化钠团簇阳离子(NanOm+,n≤11)的稳定结构. 质谱结果表明化学计量组成Na(Na2O)(n-1)/2+ (n=3、5、7、9和11)系列是稳定的,并且NaO(Na2O)(n-1)/2+ (n=5、7、9和11)系列作为二级稳定系列. 为了获得这些团簇离子的结构,通过离子迁移率测量实验测定离子和氦缓冲气体之间的碰撞截面. 同时计算了这些组合物优化结构的理论碰撞截面. 结果表明,Na(Na2O)(n-1)/2+和NaO(Na2O)(n-1)/2+的结构除了n=9之外,其它具有相似结构框架. Na(Na2O)(n-1)/2+所有的化合键位于钠和氧之间. 另一方面,NaO(Na2O)(n-1)/2+中除了Na-O键之外,还存在一个O-O氧键,表明NaO(Na2O)(n-1)/2+具有过氧化物离子(O22-)作为Na(Na2O)(n-1)/2+的氧化物离子(O2-) 的替代物. High-quality epitaxial thin films of the ferromagnetic metallic oxide SrRuO3 (SRO) were fabricated by dc-sputtering at high oxygen pressure and their structural and magnetoelectrical properties were carefully studied. The films featured a Curie temperature TC  160 K and a magnetic moment of ~0.7 μB per Ru ion. The temperature dependent magnetization could be well described by the scaling relation M(T)  (TC ? T)β with a critical exponent β = 0.53 over the entire ferromagnetic temperature range. A negative magnetoresistance, MR, on the order of a few percent was found up to room temperature. MR showed a maximum of ~4% right at TC where a kink structure of the resistivity, ρ, at zero field was flattened out on magnetic field application. This ρ contribution could be related to scattering due to orientational disorder of the Ru magnetic moments which become aligned by an external magnetic field. In addition, an equally strong MR effect, related to localization phenomena, could be observed at lower temperature. Particularly, the second MR peak at ~35 K might be related to a Fermi-liquid to non-Fermi-liquid crossover. A scaling behavior dρ/dT  |T ? TC|α was observed only above TC. Here, values for the exponent α  ?0.4 and α  ?1.4 were obtained in zero field and in a field of 9 T, respectively. The commonly observed ρ minimum, appearing at low temperatures (~3 K in the present case), is correlated with the structural disorder of the SRO films and is believed to have its origin in quantum corrections to the conductivity (QCC).  相似文献

Frequency dependence of ac conductivity from 1 to 105 Hz and time series of the conductivity at 2 kHz were measured along c-axis of thulium nitrate crystal, Tm(NO3)36H2O at temperatures from 203.15 to 293.15 K. The meta-stability was observed. The frequency spectra of the conductivity were similar to those in disorder system. Aging effect was observed. Non-periodic instability (burst) was found. Non-linear dynamical property was characterized by 1/f noise spectrum, limit cycle in return map and dependence of correlation exponent on embedding dimension.  相似文献

We prepared in-situ Au contacts on high-quality epitaxial YBa2Cu3O7 (YBCO) films. Very high specific contact resistivity values up to ∼10−2 Ω cm2 at 4.2 K were obtained on 12×5 μm2 contact areas. This resistivity value decreased by two orders of magnitude as the temperature was raised to room temperature. In the temperature range T<200 K, the contacts showed non-ohmic behavior suggesting the presence of a well-defined insulating native Y-Ba-Cu-O barrier between the two electrodes. The electrical transport in this barrier layer was analyzed in the limit of high temperatures and high voltages to follow Mott's variable-range hopping conduction mechanism with physically reasonable parameters describing the localized states in the barrier. The high-resistivity contacts were tested successfully in quasiparticles injection experiments where the critical current Ic of the YBCO microbridge could be strongly suppressed on injection of an additional current through the contact into the superconducting channel.  相似文献

To identify the correlation between the phosphorylation ratios by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-ToF MS) analysis and enzyme kinetics (K(m), V(max), and V(max)/K(m)) is important to understand whether MALDI-TOF MS can be applied for monitoring the properties of peptides that are substrates of protein kinases. The correlation between phosphorylation ratios and enzyme kinetics was examined using peptides for protein kinase C (PKC) and for 60 kDa phosphoprotein, encoded by the cellular sarcoma gene (c-Src). Phosphorylation ratios, analyzed by MALDI-ToF MS, showed higher correlation coefficient (r = > +0.7) for V(max)/K(m) compared with that (r = < -/+0.6) for K(m) or V(max). For ion modes, a higher correlation coefficient between phosphorylation ratios and V(max)/K(m) was identified in the positive mode (r = > +0.7) compared to that in the negative mode (r = < +0.5). These results suggest that MALDI-ToF MS is a useful tool to evaluate V(max)/K(m) of peptides for protein kinases.  相似文献

Insoluble and crosslinked proteins and increased pigmentation in the eye lens are features of aging and cataracts. Determining the amino acids which are involved in insolubilization, crosslinking and visible light scattering will shed light on the mechanisms by which cataracts form. Calf lens gamma-II crystallin was irradiated at 295 nm, digested and separated into tryptic peptides. Additional tryptic peptides were found in the digest of irradiated gamma-II which were not present in the dark control digest. These peptides were identified by amino acid sequencing and shown to correspond to expected tryptic fragments of the protein, indicating more facile digestion in the UV-irradiated protein than in dark controls. Amino acid analysis of the irradiated protein and peptides showed losses of histidine, methionine and cysteine residues as compared to control samples. Tryptophan, which is not detected by amino acid analysis, was also found to be reactive since losses in its fluorescence intensity were observed after irradiation. Some of the photochemically active amino acids had lower than expected responses in amino acid sequencing experiments. This suggested specific sites of photochemical activity in the various peptides. The evidence for peptide crosslinks is also discussed.  相似文献
