The structure of alternative superbimodules

Let A be a semisimple alternative superalgebra over a field of characteristic not 2, 3 which contains no sub-superalgebras of type (M₁(F), M₁(F)) in its decomposition into prime ideals. Then each superbimodule of A is merely an alternative A-bimodule. The case where A = (M₁(F),M₁(F)) produces, however, a series of indecomposable A-superbimodules. Bundles, Handcuffs, and Local Freedom

We answer a question of J. Anderson's by producing infinitely many commensurability classes of fibered hyperbolic 3-manifolds whose fundamental groups contain subgroups that are locally free and not free. These manifolds are obtained by performing 0–surgery on a collection of knots with the same properties.     

Ketoacetal Chemistry: I. Reactions of 4,4-Diethoxy-2-trimethylsilyloxy-1-butene with Dialdehydes Acetals

Condensation of 4,4-diethoxy-2-trimethylsilyloxy-1-butene with malonic and glutaconic aldehydes tetraethyl acetals and β-ethoxyacrolein diethyl acetal catalyzed by zinc chloride was investigated. 聚环硫氯丙烷或环硫氯丙烷与环氧氯丙烷共聚物，在少量二乙烯三胺存在下制得交联预聚物，将交联预聚物分别与硫代硫酸钠，叠氮化钠反应，制得四种侧链带有硫代硫酸根或叠氮基的新型螯合树脂。它们对贵金属离子具有较高的吸附容量和较好的吸附选择性。     

Temperature effect on the rate of formation of free radicals in CTAB-catalyzed decomposition of hydroperoxides

The temperature effect on the rate of the decomposition of hydroperoxides and the rate of the formation of free radicals in the oxidation of ethylbenzene with molecular oxygen in the presence of -phenylethyl hydroperoxide—cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as a catalytic system for free radical generation was studied by kinetic methods (from the oxygen consumption and hydroperoxide decomposition rates) and the inhibition method involving different acceptors of free radicals.

Linear independent forms of the azeotropy rule applicable to diagrams of distillation (reaction distillation) and their fragments are established and presented as simple polyhedra of arbitrary dimensions.
