Super-De Morgan functions and free De Morgan quasilattices

A De Morgan quasilattice is an algebra satisfying hyperidentities of the variety of De Morgan algebras (lattices). In this paper we give a functional representation of the free n-generated De Morgan quasilattice with two binary and one unary operations. Namely, we define the concept of super-De Morgan function and prove that the free De Morgan quasilattice with two binary and one unary operations on nfree generators is isomorphic to the De Morgan quasilattice of super-De Morgan functions of nvariables.     

Associative nontrivial hyperidentities in semigroups

The paper gives a characterization of the class of semigroups in which the nontrivial associative hyperidentity is essentially satisfied. It is proved that, in difference to the case of trivial associative hyperidentity, the class of all semigroups, in which a nontrivial associative hyperidentity is essentially satisfied, is a finite union of finitely based varieties of semigroups, and the basis identities of all varieties are explicitly inscribed.     

High-precision X-ray diffractometer on the base of acoustic monochromator

A new scheme for X-ray difractometer based on acoustic monochromator has been developed and created. The advantages of the new diffractometer are high-level of X-ray monochromaticity, high intensity of diffracted waves, high density of energy flow, and the absence of background.     

Basic hydrolysis of l,4-bis(triphenylphosphonio)buta-1,3-diene dihalides

Basic hydrolysis of 1,4-bis(triphenylphosphonio)buta-1, 3-diene dichloride with 10% NaOH gave isomeric 4-diphenylphosphoryl-4-phenylbut-1(2)-enes and 1-diphenylphosphoryl-1-phe-nylbuta-1, 3-diene, the products of anionotropic migration of a phenyl group from the P atom to the α-position. Hydrolysis with Na₂CO₃ afforded only the diene product. In both cases, triphe-nylphosphine and triphenylphosphine oxide were isolated as secondary products. Dehydro-chlorination of 2-chloro-1,4-bis(triphenylphosphonio)but-2-ene dibromide with triphenylphosphine was proposed as a new convenient route to 1,4-bis(triphenylphosphonio)buta-1,3-diene dibromide.     

Calculation of displacement function of crystal atoms in the presence of temperature gradient

The thermal conductivity equation is solved with allowance for experimental conditions. An expression for the displacement function is derived. A method for calculating the displacement functions for different axes of symmetry of a crystal is proposed.     

Spontaneous dehydrogenation of 2-hydrazinoethyl- and 4-hydrazinobut-2-enylphosphonium salts

2-Hydrazinoethyl- and 4-hydrazinobut-2-enylphosphonium salts undergo spontaneous dehydrogenation leading to the corresponding hydrazones or diazenes, depending on the structure of the starting compounds or the reaction conditions. A possible mechanism of the trans-formations is discussed.
