Complex investigations of the elemental composition and optical characteristics of glass-metal nanocomposites modified by thermo-electric-field processing are carried out. The form of the silver distribution in the glass-metal nanocomposite obtained on the basis of soda-lime silicate glass using silver-sodium ion exchange followed by the reduction of silver during thermal treatment in hydrogen atmosphere is determined. Main transport processes occurring in the nanocomposite under thermo-electric-field treatment are identified.  相似文献

Thermally stable organic diradicals with a triplet ground state along with large singlet-triplet energy gap have significant potential for advanced technological applications. A series of phenylene-bridged diradicals with oxoverdazyl and nitronyl nitroxide units were synthesized via a palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of iodoverdazyls with a nitronyl nitroxide-2-ide gold(I) complex with high yields. The diradicals exhibit high stability and do not decompose in an inert atmosphere up to 180 °C. For the diradicals, both substantial AF (ΔEST≈−64 cm−1) and FM (ΔEST≥25 and 100 cm−1) intramolecular exchange interactions were observed. The sign of the exchange interaction is determined both by the bridging moiety (para- or meta-phenylene) and by the type of oxoverdazyl block (C-linked or N-linked). Upon crystallization, diradicals with the triplet ground state form unique one-dimensional exchange-coupled chains with strong intra- and weak inter-diradical ferromagnetic coupling.  相似文献

The isothermal changes in the magnetic entropy and the lattice entropy and the adiabatic temperature change in La(Fe0.88Si0.12)13 and La(Fe0.86Si0.14)13 ferromagnets in a magnetic field are calculated. The calculations are performed with a generalized magnetostriction model of a ferromagnet; the calculation results are compared to experimental data. It is shown that the change in the lattice entropy decreases the magnetocaloric effect and makes it possible to explain the experimental data obtained for La(Fe x Si1 − x )13 (x = 0.86, 0.88) ferromagnets. The temperature dependences of the bulk compression moduli of these ferromagnets are calculated, and these dependences indicate a strong lattice softening in the vicinity of the magnetic phase transition in them. The thermal expansion coefficient and some magnetic properties of the ferromagnet with x = 0.86 are measured to determine the numerical values of the parameters entering into calculation formulas.  相似文献

The effect of one-percent substitution of iron for manganese on the physical (magnetic, electrical, thermal, and galvanomagnetic) properties and the crystal structure of the Ni54Mn21Ga25 alloy has been investigated. It has been demonstrated that the deviation of the alloy composition from the stoichiometric composition Ni50Mn25Ga25 leads to the formation of a mixed ferromagnetic-antiferromagnetic state. The atomic disordering and nanostructuring of the alloys under investigation due to the severe plastic deformation by torsion in Bridgman anvils to sizes of 10–20 nm result in the suppression of reversible magnetically controlled shape memory effects.  相似文献

The effect of severe plastic deformation by torsion (SPDT) in Bridgman anvils at a high pressure (6 GPa) on the physical properties and crystal structure of the shape memory alloy Ti49.5Ni50.5 has been studied. The behavior of the thermal expansion, electrical resistivity, absolute differential thermopower, Hall coefficient, magnetic properties, and optical characteristics of the amorphous/nanocrystalline and submicrocrystalline alloys obtained by the SPDT with subsequent heat treatment at 800 K has been discussed.  相似文献

A variational data assimilation technique applied to the identification of the optimal discretization of interpolation operators and derivatives in the nodes adjacent to the boundary of the domain is discussed in frames of the linear shallow water model. The advantage of controlling the discretization of operators near the boundary rather than boundary conditions is shown. Assimilating data that have been produced by the same model on a finer grid, in a model on a coarse grid, we have shown that optimal discretization allows us to correct such errors of the numerical scheme as under‐resolved boundary layer and wrong wave velocity. The structure of martensite in the In95.42Cd4.58 alloy has been studied by metallography, X-ray diffraction, dilatometry, and transmission electron microscopy. It has been shown that a massive structure built of colonies of tetragonal lamellar plates divided by a twin boundary {101}FCT is formed in the alloy under cooling below the martensite FCC → FCT transition temperature. The alloy recrystallizes after a cycle of FCT → FCC → FCT transitions with a decrease in the grain size by several times compared with the initial structure such fashion that the size of massifs and individual martensite lamella in the massif correlates with the change in the size of the alloy grain. Using thermal cycling, it has been revealed that the alloy tends to stabilize the high-temperature phase.  相似文献
