The strong coupling between a macroscopic mechanical oscillator and a cavity field is essential for many quantum phenomena in a cavity optomechanical system. In this work, we discuss the normal mode splitting in a cavity optomechanical system with a cubic nonlinear movable mirror. We study how the mechanical nonlinearity affects the normal-mode splitting behavior of the movable mirror and the output field. We find that the mechanical nonlinearity can increase the peak separation in the spectra of the movable mirror and the output field. We also find that the heights and linewidths of the two peaks are very sensitive to the mechanical nonlinearity.

This Letter presents a method for fabricating concave microlens arrays of UV-curable polymer by using the dielectrophoresis (DEP) force. The DEP force, generated by a voltage between the patterned conductive template and substrate, acting on the polymer-air interface, can drive the dielectric liquid polymer into the template holes and change the shape of the polymer-air interface. The upper polymer surface of fabricated microlens is super smooth, which can reduce optical noise. The upper surface geometry is measured approximately as parabolic in general, which can lead to a negligible spherical aberration, compared to spherical surfaces.  相似文献

Electrohydrodynamics patterning is a process for electrically duplicating micro–nano patterns on polymer films by applying an electrical field. An investigation into the hydraulic behavior of the polymer as affected by the template-modulated electrical field is critical for understanding the process capability and template design. A coupling model is presented to characterize the influence of template geometry on the pattern duplication. The transient simulation is carried out to study the formation of a pattern. It is proposed that the electrical field modulated by the template can be divided into a spatially nonhomogeneous component which generates the periodic pillars undesirably and a spatially nonhomogeneous component which generates a duplication of the template pattern as desired. We find that the template geometry has a significant effect on the template-modulated electrohydrodynamics. A high-fidelity duplication of pattern is better suited to a low projection ratio, a decreased template spacer height, and an increased pattern aspect ratio.  相似文献

对非牛顿流体在小尺寸椭圆形通道内的层流受迫对流传热进行了实验研究。实验介质为1500Wppm的Carbopol-934中性水溶液。采用直接通电的方法对管壁四周等热流加热。结果表明,椭圆通道内,非牛顿流体Carbopol水溶液的换热强于牛顿流体水,约高出水50%左右,说明粘弹性流体在椭圆形通道内也产生二次流并能强化换热;与同种浓度的Carbopol水溶液在方形通道内的换热结果相比,椭圆通道内的换热高于方形通道。流体的压力降则不受粘弹性的影响,仍符合幂律流体的阻力系数关系式(f=16/Re*)。  相似文献

现有不同型号无人机的数据协议格式差别较大,无人机指挥控制系统与无人机紧密耦合,针对不同机种要开发不同的指控系统,系统的通用性较差,开发、培训成本高,且无法满足未来多无人机协同作业的任务需求。因此,设计开发一套具有较高通用性的无人机指控系统,通过对异构的无人机测控数据进行通用化处理,形成具有较强可扩展性的无人机标准数据协议,用以消除不同无人机与指控系统之间的差异性,同时最大限度的保证指控平台的可扩展能力。  相似文献

Accurate layer-to-layer alignment, which is of prime importance for the fabrication of multilayer nanostructures in integrated circuits, is one of the main obstacles for imprint lithography. Current alignment measurement techniques commonly involve an image detection process for coarse alignment followed by a grating interference process for fine alignment. Though this kind of two-level alignment system is reasonable for measurement, when it is used in real imprint lithography, it is inconvenient because of the existence of a complex loading system that needs space for alignment. In this study, we propose a fine alignment method using only image detection using grating images and digital moiré fringe technology. In this method, though the gratings are also selected as alignment marks for accurate measurement, they do not interfere with the physics. The grating images captured from the template and wafer are used to measure angular displacement and to form parallel digital moiré fringes. The relative linear displacement between the template and wafer is determined by detecting the spatial phase of parallel digital moiré fringes. Owing to the magnification effect of digital moiré fringes, this method is capable of generating accurate measurements. According to the experimental results, this digital moiré fringe technique is accurate to less than 10 nm. In addition, without a complex grating interference system, this method has the advantage of being easy to operate.  相似文献

A new method for the P-arylation of aryldiazonium salts with H-phosphonates via dual gold and photoredox catalysis is described. The reaction proceeds smoothly at room temperature in the absence of base and/or additives, and offers an efficient approach to arylphosphonates. The reaction is proposed to proceed through a photoredox-promoted generation of an electrophilic arylgold(iii) intermediate that undergoes coupling with the H-phosphonate nucleophile.  相似文献

Nano-CeO2 with different crystallite sizes, surface areas and morphologies were synthesized with a hydrothermal method assisted by carboxymethylcellulose sodium (CMC) at 110 °C. It was found that the reducible properties of CeO2 samples showed a significant influence on the active carbon (AC) combustion.  相似文献

An enantioselective alkoxylation/Claisen rearrangement reaction was achieved by a strategic desymmetrization of 1,4‐dienes under the catalysis of (S)‐DTBM‐Segphos(AuCl)2/AgBF4. This reaction system was highly selective for the formation of 3,3‐rearrangement products, providing cycloheptenes with various substitutions in good yield and good to excellent enantioselectivity. This transformation was further extended to bicyclic ring substrates, providing the opportunity to easily assemble 5,6‐ and 6,7‐fused ring systems.  相似文献
