A laser diode-stack end-pumped electro-optically Q-switched Nd:YAG slab oscillator-amplifier system with neardiffraction-limited output is demonstrated by a stable-unstable hybrid resonator. The average power of 100 W at a repetition rate of lOkHz with a pulse width 14.7ns and average power of 76.3 W at a repetition rate of 5kHz with a pulse width of 10.2ns are measured. At the repetition rate of 10 kHz and at an output power of 89 W, the beam quality factors M^2 in the unstable and stable directions are 1.3 and 1.5, respectively. 相似文献

We present an 880-nm laser-diode partially end-pumped Nd:YVO4 slab cw laser with output 126.7 W by using a hybrid resonator. The slop efficiency and optical-to-optical efficiency with respect to absorbed pumping power are 73.2% and 58.7%, respectively. At the output power of 100 W, the beam propagation M2 factors are 1.1 in the unstable direction and 1.15 in the stable direction. 相似文献

Under the pump power of 175.5 W, 26.3-W output power is obtained with the repetition rate of 5 kHz and the pulse width of 4.3 ns. A binuclear vanadium complex NH4[(VⅣO)2(μ2-O)(nta)2][EuⅢ(H2O)9] was synthesized by reaction of NH3VO3, nitrilotriacetic acid and EuCl3 in one aqueous solution. The crystal X-ray analysis shows that the complex contains one binuclear vanadium anion [(VⅣO)2(μ2-O)(nta)2]4- and one [EuⅢ(H2O)9]3+ cation.
