Isospin structure in 68Ge

The interacting boson model-3(IBM-3) has been used to study the low-energy level structure and electromagnetic transitions of 68Ge nucleus. The main components of the wave function for some states are also analyzed respectively. The theoretical calculations are in agreement with experimental data, and the 68Ge is in transition from U(5) to SU(3).     

双重子态ΞΩ(0,1/2)的结构

在共振群的框架下, 研究了双重子Ξ^*Ω_(0,1/2)的结构, 研究结果表明在推广手征SU(3)夸克模型下, 它仍然是一个深束缚的双重子束缚态.     

一种宽带大功率镶拼圆环换能器的设计

介绍了一种大功率宽带换能器的设计方法,换能器由三个镶拼圆环组成,圆环之间用去耦材料隔振。采用有限元方法仿真圆环振子的电声性能,根据仿真结果优化结构尺寸。运用互辐射理论探讨了整体换能器的性能,研制了样机并进行测试。测试结果表明,换能器在2.8 k Hz～8.0 k Hz工作频带内最大发射响应为148 d B,起伏在±2.5 d B之内,具有较大的发射电压响应和较宽的工作频带。     

猪伪狂犬病毒胸苷激酶的三维结构模建与配体设计

以伪狂犬病毒(PRV)Fa为材料, 克隆测序胸苷激酶(TK)基因, 采用同源模建方法构建胸苷激酶的三维结构模型, 并经Ramachandran图和Profile_3D图验证了模型的可靠性. 采用InsightⅡ/Binding site, Delphi和Affinity方法定位了胸苷激酶的活性位点Site 1, 在此基础上设计出胸苷激酶抑制小分子N-苯基-N'-甲基脲, 通过柔性分子对接法阐明了胸苷激酶抑制剂与靶酶活性位点的相互作用模式, 发现模式中特异性的氢键相互作用可能是对靶酶产生抑制活性的重要分子基础. 研究结果为合理设计PRV胸苷激酶抑制剂, 探索新的治疗及预防伪狂犬病方案奠定了基础.
