This paper analytically investigates the interaction of light
filaments generated by a femtosecond laser beam in air. It obtains the
Hamiltonian of a total laser field and interaction force between two
filaments with different phase shifts and crossing angles. The
property of the interaction force, which leads the attraction or
repulsion of filaments, is basically dependent on the phase shift
between filaments. The crossing angle between two filaments can only
determine the magnitude of the interaction force, but does not

飞秒激光成丝超连续辐射具有高强度和高时空相干性等优点,作为一种超宽带光源在很多领域都具有广泛的应用前景.本文提出一种结合微透镜阵列的空间调制和基于液晶空间光调制器的时域整形的飞秒激光脉冲整形方式,利用基于遗传算法的反馈优化控制,实现了飞秒激光在熔融石英中成丝产生的超连续辐射强度的调制,得到了在一定范围内光谱强度可控的超连续辐射光谱;光谱的能量密度可以从0.03μJ/nm调制到0.09μJ/nm,其能量密度变化达到了初始值的3倍.计算了典型迭代代数对应的整形脉冲时域包络,分析了超连续光谱随迭代代数的演化趋势,结果表明,脉冲包络的峰值强度和波形分布是影响超连续光谱展宽和强度的主要物理原因. 相似文献

The propagation of picosecond deep ultraviolet laser pulse at wavelength of 193 nm in air is numerically investigated. Long plasma channel can be formed due to the competition between Kerr self-focusing and ionization induced defocusing. The plasma channel with electron density of above 10^13/cm^3 can be formed over 70 m by 50-ps, 20-mJ laser pulses. The fluctuation of laser intensity and electron density inside ultraviolet (UV) plasma channel is significantly lower UV laser by air is considered in the simulation and it the limit of the length of plasma channel. than that of infrared pulse. Intense supercontinuum generation in the near-ultraviolet range from a 400-nm femtosecond laser filament array in fused silica 下载免费PDF全文
An intense supercontinuum(SC) in the near-ultraviolet range is generated from filamentation by focusing a 400-nm laser into fused silica with a microlens array(MLA). The spectrum of the SC is shown to be sensitive to the distance between the MLA and fused silica. In our optimal conditions, the near-ultraviolet SC can cover a range of 350-600 nm,where a bandwidth of approximately 55 nm above the 1μJ/nm spectral energy density and 20 nm bandwidth with tens ofμJ/nm are achieved. In addition, the energy conversion efficiency of the 400 nm laser for SC generation is further analyzed.A maximum conversion efficiency of 66% is obtained when the entrance face of fused silica is set around the focus of the MLA. 相似文献

对超短超强激光脉冲在大气中传播时形成的电离通道的寿命进行了理论研究.综合考虑了通道中自由电子,正离子,负离子的复合,自由电子和中性分子的吸附以及在后续 激光作用下的退吸附过程.推导出了退吸附激光强度恒定时通道中带电离子密度的速率方程 的解析解.计算结果表明,通过引入退吸附激光抑制电子和中性分子的吸附作用能够在微秒 的时间尺度上将电子密度维持在1012—1013cm-3的水平,在相同的波长 和平均功率下,短脉冲序列的退吸附效果要略好于连续激光

利用基于液晶空间光调制器的飞秒激光脉冲整形技术,对飞秒激光在熔融石英中形成等离子体丝的过程进行优化控制研究。实验结果表明:通过脉冲整形可以在固体介质中的指定位置产生等离子体丝。实现了整形脉冲在熔融石英中成丝起点的长距离可控移动,最大移动量达到5.4 mm。通过求解(3+1)维非线性薛定谔方程,对整形脉冲在熔融石英中的成丝过程进行理论模拟研究,得到了与实验一致的结果。研究结果表明:等离子体丝起始位置是由整形飞秒脉冲的中心峰值强度和包络分布决定的。 相似文献

The main characteristics of the third harmonic emission generated by
femtosecond laser pulses propagating in air are investigated by numerically
solving the coupled nonlinear Schr?dinger equations. Strong third
harmonic emission is observed with a maximum conversion efficiency as high
as 0.43%. The on-axis phase difference between fundamental beam and third
harmonic is investigated. The result is in good agreement with the
phase-locking mechanism. Dependence of the conversion of third harmonic
emission on focusing conditions is also studied. The results are also
