液晶材料是信息显示设备中的重要组成部分,其在外场作用下所表现的高双折射特性是其被用于显示的关键条件。利用强太赫兹波作为外场,激发液晶5CB材料的双折射效应。结合太赫兹时域光谱系统通过测量不同偏振的太赫兹波的透过率,研究了太赫兹场致液晶在太赫兹波段的双折射效应。分析了液晶的双折射效应与外场强的变化关系、频率响应特性等方面。研究结果表明在强场太赫兹波激发下,液晶的双折射现象随场强的增大而增大,双折射值与外部场强平方成正比,且液晶5CB对于太赫兹激发的双折射效应存在一定的阈值。  相似文献

Diffractive optical elements(DOEs) with spectrum separation and beam concentration(SSBC) functions have important applications in solar cell systems. With the SSBC DOEs, the sunlight radiation is divided into several wave bands so as to be effectively absorbed by photovoltaic materials with different band gaps. A new method is proposed for designing high-efficiency SSBC DOEs, which is physically simple, numerically fast, and universally applicable. The SSBC DOEs are designed by the new design method, and their performances are analyzed by the Fresnel diffraction integral method.The new design method takes two advantages over the previous design method. Firstly, the optical focusing efficiency is heightened by up to 10%. Secondly, focal positions of all the designed wavelengths can be designated arbitrarily and independently. It is believed that the designed SSBC DOEs should have practical applications to solar cell systems.  相似文献

A new phase-correction method in a realistic loss superlens imaging system is theoretically predicted.The image resolution is enhanced using the near-field active phase-correction method.Resolvable separation between two slits has been significantly improved toλ/20 for the symmetrical superlens system andλ/12 for unsymmetrical system.  相似文献

Two improved algorithms are proposed to extend a diffractive optical element (DOE) to work under the broad spec- trum of sunlight. An optimum design has been found for the DOE, with a weighted average optical efficiency of about 6.8% better than that of the previous design. The optimization of designing high optical efficiency DOEs will pave the way for future designs of high-efficiency, low-cost lateral multijunction solar cells based on such a DOE.  相似文献

随着太赫兹成像技术的不断成熟,其空间分辨率和系统信噪比逐渐提高,成像速度逐渐加快,光学信息获取能力逐渐变强,人们对太赫兹成像在基础研究和工业应用的开发也逐渐深入。本文综述了近年来科研人员利用太赫兹数字全息成像系统进行的部分研究工作,包括对平板太赫兹元件的性能表征、对光控太赫兹元件的功能验证、对衍射太赫兹场中的纵向分量进行观测、以及对金属亚波长器件的太赫兹表面波进行分析。这些工作的完成对于太赫兹集成系统的研究和太赫兹成像技术的应用都具有积极的推动作用。  相似文献

介绍了一种自主搭建的测量落体在自由下落过程中旋转角速度的装置,评估了不同落体旋转角速度引入的旋转误差对重力测量的影响。针对具有旋转初速度的落体在真空腔内自由下落的运动模型,该装置采用光杠杆原理,将高精度位置传感器(PSD)作为光跟踪设备,研究并推导出落体由旋转所导致的反射光位移与下落时间的关系。然后,对PSD采集记录的时间位移曲线进行拟合,求解落体单次下落的旋转角速度值。在调整真空腔垂直度后,最大旋转角速度值可减小为16.88 mrad/s,引入的重力测值不确定度为0.57μGal,即该状态下落体的释放更加平稳。实验表明,该装置不仅可以进一步提升绝对重力仪中落体传动机构的装调精度,还可以对光学干涉绝对重力仪工作过程中的落体姿态进行监测,进一步降低落体旋转所引入的测量不确定度。  相似文献

The transmission of normally incident plane wave through an array of subwavelength metallic slits curved with a sin- gle step or mutli-step has been explored theoretically. The transmission spectrum is simulated by using the finite-difference time-domain method. The influences of surface plasmon polaritons make the end of finite long sub-wavelength metallic slit behaves as magnetic-reflecting barrier. The electromagnetic fields in the subwavelength metallic slits are the superpo- sition of standing wave and traveling wave. The standing electromagnetic oscillation behaves like LC oscillating circuit to decide the resonance wavelength. Therefore, the parameters of adding step may change the LC circuit and influence the transmission wavelength. A new explanation model is proposed in which the resonant wavelength is decided by four factors: the changed length for electric field, the changed length for magnetic field, the effective coefficient of capacitance, and the effective coefficient of inductance. The effect of adding step is presented to analyze the interaction of two steps in slit with mutli-step. This explanation model has been proved by the transmission through arrayed subwavelength metallic slits curved with two steps and fractal steps. All calculated results are well explained by our proposed model.  相似文献

太赫兹时域光谱技术可以为中药材鉴别和研究提供新方法. 视每种中药材标准样品为一个太赫兹电磁波低通滤波器, 用三参数二阶微分方程或频域系统函数H(f) 描述滤波器的特性. 利用中药材的透射太赫兹电磁波电场强度时域波形采样数据和频域幅频数据, 可以计算出中药滤波器的阻尼系数α 、固有频率β 、放大系数γ. 数据分析发现, 所用的5种中药材都有惟一确定的滤波器参数, 若用中药材的二阶阻尼振子的三个参数作为中药材的指纹数据, 可以有效地区分不同种类的中药材.  相似文献

标量衍射理论形式简洁,有很高实用性,但是在衍射微光学元件分析中显得模型粗糙,准确度下降。严格矢量衍射理论由于计算复杂,非常耗费时间和资源,因此也不是一种很有效的设计工具。 我们在本文中运用了一种简单的近似矢量衍射模型分析了几种典型衍射微光学元件衍射性能,此衍射模型采用了标量衍射理论和近似近场模型的结合。 TE和TM两种偏振模式均运用此近似矢量衍射模型进行了分析,我们发现此衍射模型可以得到比标量衍射理论更准确的结果,而与严格电磁场理论相比,它占用很少的计算时间。  相似文献
