纳米ZnO的表面化学修饰及其分析表征 总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7
采用水溶性羟丙基甲基纤维素HPMC对无机纳米ZnO粒子进行物理吸附处理 ,获得了核为无机纳米ZnO ,外壳为水溶性高分子HPMC的粒子。然后在其上进行了甲基丙烯酸甲酯的接枝聚合。采用红外光谱、差热分析的方法对复合粒子进行了表征 ,并采用透射电镜观察了粒子的形貌。红外光谱表明在纳米ZnO的表面吸附了HPMC并接枝了PMMA ,差热分析表明HPMC ,HPMC g PMMA和ZnO/HPMC g PMMA的热稳定性逐渐提高 ,透射电镜观察表明 ,在纳米ZnO的表面粘附了一层聚合物 ,成功地实现了纳米粒子的表面修饰。 相似文献

Molten-salt synthesis and composition-dependent luminescent properties of barium tungsto-molybdate-based solid solution phosphors 下载免费PDF全文
Pr~(3+)-activated barium tungsto-molybdate solid solution phosphor Ba(Mo_(1-z)W_z)O_4:Pr~(3+)is successfully fabricated via a facile molten-salt approach. The as-synthesized microcrystal is of truncated octahedron and exhibits deep-red-emitting upon blue light excitation. Powder x-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy techniques are utilized to investigate the formation of solid solution phosphor. The luminescence behaviors depend on the resulting composition of the microcrystals with fixed Pr~(3+)-doping concentration, while the host lattices remain in a scheelite structure. The forming solid solution via the substitution of [WO_4] for [MoO_4] can significantly enhance its luminescence, which may be due to the fact that Ba(Mo_(1-z)W_z)O_4:Pr~(3+)owns well-defined facets and uniform morphologies. Owing to its properties of high phase purity,well-defined facets, highly uniform morphologies, exceptional chemical and thermal stabilities, and stronger emission intensity, the resulting solid solution phosphor is expected to find potential applications in phosphor-converted white lightemitting diodes(LEDs). 相似文献

High quality BaWO4 nanowire bundles have been synthesized in toluene-sodium dodecylbenzene sulphonate (SDBS)-small amount PEG20000-H2O reverse micelle system. XRD result shows that the obtained BaWO4 belongs to tetragonal phase with scheelite structure. TEM results demonstrate that the obtained BaWO4 nanowire bundles have high aspect-ratio (>650). The experimental results confirm that PEG20000 plays a key role for the formation of BaWO4 nanowire bundles. Other factors which influence the morphology and crystallinity of the product are also briefly discussed. Moreover, the obtained BaWO4 nanowire bundles exhibit strong photoluminescence centered at 397.3 nm with λex=343.5 nm at room temperature, which is different from the bulk BaWO4 crystals. 相似文献

以醋酸铅和钨酸钠为起始原料,只是简单改变起始原料的nW/nPb比即成功制备出不同形貌和晶相的PbWO4纳米材料。当起始原料nW/nPb比为1∶3,产物为单斜相PbWO4纳米线;nW/nPb比为1∶1时,产物为四方相枝状PbWO4;nW/nPb比为3∶2时,产物为四方相短棒状PbWO4。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)及能量散射仪(EDS)对产物的形貌、物质结构及成分进行了表征。提出了产物可能的形成机制。PbWO4纳米材料在紫外光激发下展现出强的蓝光发射。 相似文献

以碳纳米管(CNT)为原料,通过负载维生素B12,简单热解得到了一种氮掺杂碳纳米管(N/CNT)负载低含量Co3O4纳米颗粒的氧还原电催化剂(Co3O4@N/CNT)。得益于均匀分散的Co3O4纳米颗粒以及氮掺杂,Co3O4@N/CNT表现出了优异的氧还原催化性能,其半波电位达到了0.844 V(vs RHE),超越了商业Pt/C(0.820 V(vs RHE))。与Pt/C相比,基于Co3O4@N/CNT组装的锌-空气电池表现出了更优的放电性能和循环稳定性。 相似文献

The surface of nano-SiO2 was modified by being encapsulated with hydroxy-propyl-methyl cellulose (HPMC), and then co-grafted with acrylates. The grafting conditions, such as pH of the medium, and initiator concentration have been studied. The modified nano-SiO2 particles were characterized by TEM, DSC and FT-IR spectra. TEM images show that the surface of the nano-particles has been successfully modified by a thick layer of film-like polymer in this way. The DSC results show that the decomposition temperature of modified nano-particles of SIO2 is 90 ℃ higher than that of grafted-on polymer. According to the FT-IR spectra, It is convinced that poly-methyl methacrylate ( PMMA ) and poly-acrylic butyl-ester ( PBA ) were co-grafted onto the surface of nano-SiO2. 相似文献
