The vibration spectrum and FAB mass spectrum of (+/-)-1-[3-(2-methoxyphenoxy)-2-hydroxypropyl]-4-[(2,6-dimethylphenyl)aminocarbonylmethyl]piperazine dihydrochloride salt was studied. By comparing with the spectra of free base, different bands of IR were found in the NH+ stretching, the NH+ deformation motion, the CH2 of NCH2 group symmetric stretching, the CH2 of N-CH2 group twisting and the CN stretching. FAB shows the basic peak is M + H. Other m/e peaks are consistent with the structure.  相似文献

采用MTT法考察了16种稀土元素在9×10-8~2×10-4mol.L-1浓度范围内对体外培养的人正常肝细胞株7701细胞和宫颈癌Hela细胞的生长的影响。结果表明,稀土对细胞生长的影响存在浓度依赖性;低浓度促进细胞增殖,高浓度抑制细胞生长;不同稀土离子对细胞作用强弱不同,稀土间存在轻重分组效应;不同细胞对稀土的响应不同,表现出稀土对正常细胞和癌细胞作用的某种选择性。Hoechst 33258标记细胞DNA,用激光共聚焦显微镜和流式细胞仪对稀土处理的肝细胞株7701进行形态学观察和DNA含量分析。结果表明,较高浓度的稀土作用后的肝细胞株7701出现了明显的凋亡特征,稀土表现出的细胞毒性作用,其本质是诱导细胞发生凋亡。  相似文献

石墨炔作为一种新的稳定的碳同素异形体, 由于其独特的结构和性能, 预计可广泛地应用于纳米材料及器件中.在本文中, 我们采用B3LYP/6-31+G*理论研究了其结构参数、Wiberg键级以及芳香性. 计算结果表明, 所有的碳原子的p-电子参与形成了非定域的π-键, 使得所有C—C键长平均化. 苯环的核独立化学位移比乙炔形成的不等边六边形的更负, 表明苯环的芳香性更强. 该化合物的拓扑性质与Wiberg键级的计算结果也一致. 另外, 该化合物的LUMO (0.27 eV)带宽大于其HOMO (0.24 eV)的带宽, 表明它应该是n-型材料. 当采用对称性破缺方法重新对该化合物优化后, 计算结果显示该化合物含有3.6个未成对电子, 并具有一定的化学反应活性.  相似文献

Poly(1H-benzo[g]indole) (PBIn)/TiO2 nanocomposites with core-shell nanorod array morphology are successfully prepared via simply hydrothermal synthesis combined with electrochemical polymerization. The synergistic effect between PBIn and TiO2 and the matched energy level distribution make PBIn/TiO2 nanocomposites have a specific capacitance of 29.65 mF cm−2. At the same time, it can reversibly change between light yellow and light green and show excellent cycling stability (86% retention after 3000 cycles). Thus, the electrochromic supercapacitor device (ESD) is also constructed based on PBIn/TiO2 nanocomposite and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene). This ESD shows a good specific capacitance (13.2 mF cm−2) and high-coloring efficiency (487 cm2 C−1). In the charging and discharging stage, the color of ESD can reversibly change between yellow and dark blue. Thus, the accumulated energy state of the ESD can be simply judged by monitoring the color or transmittance value of the device. To verify the good energy storage and actual application, this ESD can light up the Light Emitting Diode (LED) after charging, which provides new possibilities for the application of intelligent supercapacitors in the future.  相似文献

Suppose that L(sym2 f, s) is the symmetric square L-function associated with f(z), and $ \lambda _{sym^2 f} (n) $ (n) denotes the nth coefficient L(sym2 f, s). In this paper, it is proved that $$ \sum\limits_{n \leqslant x} {\lambda _{sym^2 f}^4 (n)} = xP2(\log x) + O(x^{\frac{{79}} {{81}} + \varepsilon } ), $$ , where P 2(t) is a polynomial in t of degree 2. Similarly, it is obtained that $$ \sum\limits_{n \leqslant x} {\lambda _f^4 (n^2 )} = x\tilde P2(\log x) + O(x^{\frac{{79}} {{81}} + \varepsilon } ), $$ , where $ \tilde P_2 (t) $ is a polynomial in t of degree 2.  相似文献

A new synthetic method for 5-bromo-3-sec-butyl-6-methyluracil (Bromacil) using 2-bromobutane and urea as starting materials is described. The synthesis involved condensation, cyclization and bromination with a total yield of 60%. 稀土离子(La3+,Ce3+,Tb3+,Y3+)对炎症及血小板聚集的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究稀土离子(La3 ,Ce3 ,Tb3 ,Y3 )对炎症、血小板聚集及蛋白磷酸化的影响.采用二甲苯使小鼠耳部致炎,腹腔注射稀土离子,观察炎症的变化;利用血小板聚集仪观察稀土离子对血小板聚集的影响;用放射标记法测量稀土对血小板蛋白磷酸化程度的影响.结果表明,稀土离子在2.5×10-4mol·L-1·kg-1的注射剂量下,能显著加强炎症反应;1×10-3mol·L-1的轻稀土(La3 ,Ce3 )对由ADP诱导的血小板聚集有明显的抑制作用,而重稀土(Tb3 ,Y3 )有明显的促进作用;浓度在1×10-6~1×10-4mol·L-1时,轻、重稀土均可促进血小板蛋白磷酸化.稀土离子对炎症、血小板聚集及蛋白磷酸化的影响与稀土的种类和剂量有关.  相似文献
