采用熔融-淬冷法制备了Tb3+掺杂锂铝硅酸盐闪烁玻璃,用紫外激发光谱、发射光谱及荧光寿命表征了光致发光性能,用X射线和阴极射线激发测试了辐射致发光性能。研究结果表明:低Tb3+掺杂浓度时,随着其浓度增大,Tb3+间的交叉弛豫增加导致了5D3→7Fj跃迁的能量逐渐向5D4→7Fj迁移转变,5D3激发态的荧光寿命和发射强度均明显下降,5D4-7Fj发射强度逐渐增大。较高Tb3+浓度时,其浓度继续增加会提升非辐射比例,是荧光寿命降低和荧光猝灭的最主要原因。比较光致发光和辐照致发光性能,发现随着激发源的能量上升,会增加激发态5D3能级向5D4能级的能量转移,同时,由于玻璃的密度低会导致辐照致发光效率随激发源的能量上升而下降。 相似文献

采用共沉淀法分别制备了不同F-T组分(Fe、Co、Ni)改性的KCuZrO_2催化剂,并用于催化CO加氢合成异丁醇。通过BET、XRD、TEM、XPS、H_2-TPR、CO-TPD以及in-situ DRIFTS对催化剂进行了表征。结果显示,F-T组分的加入促进了乙醇和丙醇的形成,但是对异丁醇选择性影响不同。结果表明,Fe促进了催化剂中各组分的分散,活性组分Cu在催化剂表面发生了富集,提高了H_2/CO活化吸附;另外,KFeCuZrO_2的催化剂表面含有较多的C_1物种,有利于乙醇和丙醇进一步发生β-加成反应得到异丁醇,而Co和Ni改性的催化剂上缺少足够的C_1物种,因此,异丁醇的选择性并未明显增加。Co的引入对催化剂结构以及Cu的分散影响不大,但是Co改性后催化剂性能有所下降,其原因是催化剂发生了失活;Ni添加后催化剂比表面积有所减小,且催化剂表面Cu/Zr物质的量比也降低到0.19,催化剂粒径增大,Cu-Zr之间相互作用减弱,异丁醇选择性降低。 相似文献

利用贸易额的绝对值和指数实证分析了长江经济带与“一带一路”沿线国家的贸易地区结构. 结果表明: 长江经济带与“一带一路”沿线国家的贸易过于集中, 且进出口贸易的整体地区结构和主要10个国家的内部地区结构均有所优化, 但不甚明显, 其中出口的整体地区结构更为分散, 进口的内部地区结构更为均匀. 最后基于分析结果, 为促进长江经济带与“一带一路”沿线国家贸易地区结构合理化发展提出了建议. 相似文献

The beam quality of a single-rod Nd: YAG laser with wavelength of 1.06 m was improved almost up to the diffraction limit by using a phase-conjugating mirror (PCM) based on stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) with acetone as the SBS medium. The new start cavity, which is the concave-convex cavity operating near the limit of stability in the g diagram, and the phase conjugation cavity of the SBS oscillator were designed. The thermal lens of the material with focal lengths of less than 140 m at pump powers of 60 J was compensated by the PCM. The laser is Q-switched by the nonlinear reflectivity of the PCM and the system works with an average repetition rate of about 5 kHz and single Q-switch pulse showed a width of 10 ns. It is demonstrated that if the start cavity is fit for SBS and the SBS phase conjugation mirror can be optimized, the beam quality of solid laser can be surely enhanced because of this technology of nonlinear optics. 相似文献

<正>Parkinson's disease(PD) is a common neurodegenerative disorder whose primary pathology features are the degeneration of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra pars compacta(SNc) and the presence of eosinophilic inclusions called Lewy body in the cytoplasm of the remained neurons.Growing evidence suggests that dysfunction of the ubiquitin-proteasome system(UPS) is involved in the etiopathogenesis of PD.In order to investigate the pathogenetic mechanism of ubiquitin-proteasome dysfunction in PD,2D-differential gel electrophoresis (2D-DIGE) and MALDI-TOF Pro MS were used to determine the proteins,which were differentially expressed,in PC12 cells that had undergone a synthetic proteasomal inhibitor PSI(10μmol/L) treatment for 24 h.Forty-six protein spots were differentially expressed in response to PSI administration,of which 34 were increased and 12 decreased. Six of these were identified as molecular charperones:endoplasmin precursor(GRP94),heat shock protein 105(HSP105),HSC-70-psl,glucose ruglated protein 75(GRP75),glucose ruglated protein 58(GRP58) and heat shock 27000 protein 1(HSP27).The results suggest that the molecular chaperones play an important role in the PD model induced by proteasomal inhibitor. 相似文献
