In order to investigate the effect of different chain extenders on degradation properties of segmented polyurethanes (SPUs), three types of segmented polyurethanes (SPU-P, SPU-O and SPU-A) based on poly (d, l-lactic acid) diol, hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI), were synthesized with three chain extenders: peperazine (PP), 1, 4-butanediol (BDO) and 1, 4-butanediamine (BDA), respectively. Thermogravimetric analysis, activation energy and in vitro degradation were used to characterize the obtained polymers, quantitatively. The results revealed that chain extender played an important role in thermal degradation and biodegradation of polyurethanes. Thermogravimetric analysis and activation energy demonstrated that SPU-O, SPU-P and SPU-A presented best, second and weakest thermostability, respectively, and the thermal degradation mechanism of three SPUs was the same and regarded as a two-stage degradation. Data of hydrolytic degradation of the polymers during 12 weeks indicated that the in vitro degradation stability of SPU-A and SPU-P was similar, but both were better than that of SPU-O. The reason for the differences among three types of SPUs was discussed in this paper.  相似文献

The radiation directivity of a complicated conformal array of underwater acoustic transducers is presented based on the boundary "element method. It includes the element directivity of each transducer, the natural beam pattern and the controlled beam pattern of the transducer array. At first, the boundary element model of the conformal array is built up, and then the boundary condition is exerted on the model according to the design and environment in which the transducer array is used, and the radiation directivity of the conformal array is calculated. An experiment has been done to measure the directivity in an anechoic water tank. The calculated and the experimental results are compared and analyzed. They are consistent to each other. It is shown that the boundary element method together with the detailed calculations is successful to simulate and predict the radiation directivity of an underwater acoustic transducer array.  相似文献

微循环是循环系统中最基层的结构和功能单位,它在保持人体正常生理功能中占有突出地位,许多疾病的发生也是从微循环开始. 因此,利用脊背视窗技术,并通过体视显微镜观察视窗内的血管结构, 进一步对所获血管图像进行一系列图像处理,得到了血管边界和中心线等结构信息. 同时,根据血管分叉处相贯线的信息确定分叉血管的连接方式. 在网格划分时,采用了改进的超限插值算法,构建了三维血管网的有限元网格模型,实现了对任意分支血管网的三维重建. 为微循环的体外实验和数值分析奠定基础.   相似文献

微循环是血液和组织之间发生物质交换的主要场所,它可以通过改变管径实现对血压、血流量的局部调节.血管内皮层对小动脉运动有重要的调节作用.本文基于连续介质假设,建立了内皮调节过程中主要活性物质在管壁中的扩散--反应动力学模型,并分析了非线性黏弹性血管的径向运动特性.利用该模型首先得到了内皮舒张因子一氧化氮(NO)、平滑肌细胞内钙离子(Ca2+)以及磷酸化肌球蛋白(actin-myosin complexes,AMC)在管壁内的的径向浓度分布;为分析内皮调节的动态过程,进一步对小动脉的被动舒张、血流量发生扰动时的管径响应分别进行了模拟.研究结果显示:当没有活性物质参与调节小动脉被动舒张时,管径无振荡发生;当血流量变化引起内皮调节时,内皮舒张因子NO浓度和管径均出现衰减振荡,振荡周期约60 s.分析认为内皮调节对壁面剪切力的反馈控制,可能是NO浓度和管径产生周期性振荡的原因.内皮调节过程呈现的频谱特征可以为血管内皮功能障碍的诊断提供帮助.  相似文献

We consider a linear time-optimal problem in which the initial state vector depends on a parameter. We analyze the dependence of the solutions on the parameter and justify rules for the identification of the structure of the solution under small variations of the parameter. Attention is mainly paid to the analysis of properties of solutions in a neighborhood of an abnormal value of the parameter for which the function of determining elements of solutions of the original family of problems has no finite derivatives with respect to the parameter. For the function of determining elements, we obtain an asymptotic expansion to fractional powers of the parameter increment.  相似文献

The properties of the solutions of a family of non-linear parametric problems are investigated in the neighbourhood of regular and irregular values of the parameter.
