An uncoated TbFeCo film on glass substrate exposed to dry air for 2 years is studied using magneto-optical polar Kerr spectroscopy and vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM). The out-of-plane hysteresis loop by VSM is found to become slanted and meanwhile, an in-plane loop is also observable. The Kerr loop measured from the exposed surface is also slanted compared to that measured from the substrate-contacted surface, which indicates that the exposed surface is oxidized. So a bilayer structure of the film is proposed. When a pump laser is switched on, the Kerr loops measured from both surfaces at the delay time of −5 ps become anomalous, showing the occurrence of magnetization reversal across magnetization compensation temperature. Unlike that measured from the substrate-contacted surface, femtosecond laser-induced magnetization dynamics measured from the exposed surface does not show magnetization reversal crossing zero magnetization. This can be explained by the bilayer structure as the compensation effect of demagnetization recovery of the oxidized layer on magnetization reversal of perpendicularly anisotropic TbFeCo layer across magnetization compensation temperature. Above experimental results show that the uncoated TbFeCo film cannot resist oxidation in dry air at room temperature for 2 years while the SiO2-coated surface can do so for over 2 years.  相似文献

Closed-loop supply chain (CLSC) decision-making involves many uncertainties, which makes the decision-making process more complex and diversified. This study considered a two-stage CLSC consisting of an original manufacturer and a third-party recycler. Without any government policy support, considering the effects of market demand, product return rate, and consumer perceived value, a CLSC decision model based on market demand with a [0,1] distribution was established. The model analyzes three situations—a manufacturer monopoly, the Cournot duopoly game, and the Stackelberg competition game—and solves them. The optimal values of decision variables such as optimal pricing, market demand, and all parties’ profits in the CLSC are obtained, and a strict mathematical proof is given. Through the model-solving process, the effects of product return rate and consumer perceived value on decision variables are analyzed; then, the profit allocation between the original manufacturer and the third-party recycler under different cooperation modes is analyzed. In addition, the four combinations of competition and cooperation are analyzed based on game theory. The Nash equilibrium solution and Pareto optimal solution of the four modes are analyzed by drawing a bimatrix Nash equilibrium table. The results indicate that the cooperation–cooperation mode is difficult to produce automatically, and government policy guidance and support are often needed to achieve Pareto optimality. Finally, a numerical example is given to validate the proposed model. In this way, the proposed model provides reliable theoretical support for the decision-making of both sides in a CLSC.

应用加温加压原位红外光谱技术,考察了7种不同结构的有机膦配位体的电子授予能力、钴-膦羰基配合物的稳定性及其烯烃氢甲酰化催化活性等三者之间的关系.结果表明,配位体的电子授予能力强,则钴-膦羰基配合物的稳定性好,烯烃氢甲酰化活性亦高;反之亦然.对于烯烃氢甲酰化制脂肪醇的钴-膦催化剂,选择配位能力较强的三烷基膦类型的配位体较为适宜.  相似文献

采用扩散模型研究核裂变,需要求解Fokker-Planck方程。本文提出一个数值计算方法-平均隐式差分方法。对具有粘滞性的核体系的有关裂变动力学量,如几率分布、裂变率、断点处的平均动能以及鞍点到断点的平均扩散时间等一系列物理量做了计算,并与适合大粘滞性的Kramers的解析解做了比较。通过与解析解的比较及对归一常数的检验,证明计算结果精确可靠。  相似文献
