以钛酸正丁酯为前驱体, 采用溶胶-凝胶-水热晶化法在不锈钢(SS)表面制备TiO2纳米膜. 利用X射线衍射(XRD)、Raman光谱、场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)和俄歇电子能谱(AES)表征了TiO2纳米膜的晶型、表面形貌和表面化学组成. 通过极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究了TiO2纳米膜的耐蚀性能. 170 °C下水热晶化制备的锐钛矿TiO2与450 °C焙烧制备的锐钛矿TiO2的结晶度类似, 但两种TiO2薄膜的表面结构存在明显差异, 水热晶化法制备的TiO2纳米膜在3.5% (w) NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性能优于焙烧法制备的. 相似文献

The CDEX (China Dark matter EXperiment) Collaboration will carry out a direct search for WIMPs (Weakly Interacting Massive Particles) using an Ultra-Low Energy Threshold High Purity Germanium (ULE-HPGe) detector at the CJPL (China JinPing deep underground Laboratory). A complex shielding system was designed to reduce backgrounds and a detailed GEANT4 Monte Carlo simulation was performed to study the achievable reduction of γ rays induced by radionuclides and neutron backgrounds by D(γ,n)p reaction. Furthermore, the upper level of allowed radiopurity of shielding materials was estimated under the constraint of the expected goal. Compared with the radiopurity reported by other low-background rare-event experiments, it indicates that the shielding used in the CDEX can be made out of materials with obtainable radiopurity. 相似文献

The fabrication of a sparsely networked carbon nanotube (CNT) thin film on a polycarbonate substrate as the conductor electrode and the emitting cathode by a newly proposed laser separation method is reported. Based on this approach, numerous surface protruding tube tips can be structured straightforwardly, which results in favorable field-emission characteristics. A flexible field emitter with a low turn-on voltage of 1.0 V/μm can be obtained. This method also demonstrates the abilities for fabricating a film with precision patterns and varying CNT concentrations as well as the flexibility of direct film formation on a curved surface. In the present paper we establish some new Opial-type inequalities involving higher order partial derivatives. Our results in special cases yield some of the recent results on Opial’s inequality and provide new estimates on inequalities of this type. This study performs a dynamic analysis of the rub-impact rotor supported by two couple stress fluid film journal bearings. The strong nonlinear couple stress fluid film force, nonlinear rub-impact force and nonlinear suspension (hard spring) are presented and coupled together in this study. The displacements in the horizontal and vertical directions are considered for various non-dimensional speed ratios. The numerical results show that the dynamic behaviors of the system vary with the dimensionless speed ratios, the dimensionless unbalance parameters and the dimensionless parameter, l∗. Inclusive of the periodic, sub-harmonic, quasi-periodic and chaotic motions are found in this analysis. The results of this study contribute to a further understanding of the nonlinear dynamics of a rotor-bearing system considering rub-impact force existing between rotor and stator, nonlinear couple stress fluid film force and nonlinear suspension. We also prove that couple stress fluid used to be lubricant do improve dynamics of rotor-bearing system. 相似文献

The synergy current drive by combining electron cyclotron wave (ECW) with lower hybrid wave (LHW) can be used to either increase the noninductive current drive efficiency or shape the plasma current profile. In this paper, the synergy current drive by ECW and LHW is studied with numerical simulation. The nonlinear relationship between the wave powers and the synergy current of ECW and LHW is revealed. When the LHW power is small, the synergy current reduces as the ECW power increases, and the synergy current is even reduced to lower than zero, which is referred as negative synergy in the this context. Research shows that the mechanism of the negative synergy is the peaking effect of LHW power profile and the trapped electrons effect. The present research is helpful for understanding the physics of synergy between electron cyclotron current drive and lower hybrid current drive, it can also instruct the design of experiments. 相似文献
