Screening potential antagonists of epidermal growth factor receptor from Marsdenia tenacissima via cell membrane chromatography model assisted by HPLC–ESI–IT–TOF–MS

Marsdenia tenacissima, or Tongguanteng in Chinese, is a traditional Chinese herb and has a broad application in clinical practice for its pharmacological effects of treating asthma, pneumonia, tonsillitis, pharyngitis tumors, etc. However, few studies have reported the screening of the active components of this medicine for tumor therapy. In this work, a two‐dimensional analytical system was developed to screen antagonists of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) from M. tenacissima. A fraction was retained on the EGFR cell membrane chromatography (CMC) column, separated and identified as tenacissoside G (TG), tenacissoside H (TH) and tenacissoside I (TI) by two‐dimensional HPLC–IT–TOF–MS. Molecular docking and 3‐(4,5‐dimethyl‐2‐thiazolyl)‐2,5‐diphenyl‐2‐H‐tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay were carried out to assess the activity of TS (including TG, TH and TI). Molecular docking results showed that the binding mode of TS on EGFR is similar to that of gefitinib. The MTT assay demonstrated that gefitinib and TS (especially TI) could inhibit the growth of EGFR highly expressed cell lines in a dose‐dependent manner in the range of 5–50 μmol/L. In conclusion, the two‐dimensional EGFR/CMC–HPLC–IT–TOF–MS system could be a useful approach in drug discovery from traditional Chinese medicines for searching for potential antitumor candidates.     

CH4/空气简化动力学机理数值验证

选择绕圆柱预混燃烧算例，验证CH₄/空气三种简化动力学机理（16s41r、15s19r和53s325r）.考虑均匀来流，忽略湍流和湍流与燃烧相互作用以及燃料扩散效应，假设层流有限反应速率，采用保自由流5阶WENO格式求解多组分Euler方程组，得到CH₄/空气预混燃烧流场温度等值线、沿驻点线压力和温度及其CH₄、CO和CO₂质量百分数分布.结果表明：三种简化动力学机理给出的流场均出现弓形激波和火焰面，弓形激波和火焰驻点距离及其形状、诱导区宽度和简化动力学机理相关.当圆柱直径增大，弓形激波和火焰向圆柱上游移动，对应的驻点距离均增大，诱导区宽度变短，点火延时变小，但火焰和弓形激波位置次序未变化.53s325r模型要比16s41r模型和15s19r模型精度要高，点火延时覆盖的压力和温度范围也较宽，所有简化机理均未完全反应，在较大圆柱直径下游达到化学平衡.     

Alloying-Triggered Phase Engineering of NiFe System via Laser-Assisted Al Incorporation for Full Water Splitting

It is challenging to design one non-noble material with balanced bifunctional performance for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) and oxygen evolution reaction (OER) for commercial sustainability at a low cost since the different electrocatalytic mechanisms are not easily matchable for each other. Herein, a self-standing hybrid system Ni₁₈Fe₁₂Al₇₀, consisting of Ni₂Al₃ and Ni₃Fe phases, was constructed by laser-assisted aluminum (Al) incorporation towards full water splitting. It was found that the incorporation of Al could effectively tune the morphologies, compositions and phases. The results indicate that Ni₁₈Fe₁₂Al₇₀ delivers an extremely low overpotential to trigger both HER (η₁₀₀=188 mV) and OER (η₁₀₀=345 mV) processes and maintains a stable overpotential for 100 h, comparable to state-of-the-art electrocatalysts. The synergistic effect of Ni₂Al₃ and Ni₃Fe alloys on the HER process is confirmed based on theoretical calculation.     

非均匀圆柱型正交各向异性圆板的弯曲

研究了非均匀圆柱型正交各向异性圆板在均布横向载荷作用下的弯曲问题，求得了折算刚度随半径按指数规律变化的非均匀圆柱型正交各向异性圆板弯曲问题的渐近解，给出了周边固支和简支条件下的渐近解．通过算例可以看出，这种非均匀性对圆板中心挠度的影响是显著的     

感应同步器鉴幅测角系统静态误差分析及关键电路设计

本文系统论述了采用感应同步器进行角位置测量的连续绕组激磁，分段绕组输出的鉴幅方案，对这个方案的工作原理进行介绍，并对此方案产生的静态误差进行分析，给出减小误差的方法，最后得出相关结论。     

饱和土埋置力源的三维动力Lamb问题解答

基于一组弹性土波动方程，应用Fourier级数展开和Hankel积分变换，得到了三维问题饱和土骨架与孔隙水的应力及位移分量在变换域内的积分形式通解．考虑地基表面透水情形，由边界条件导出了半空间饱和土体在埋置力源作用下的三维动力Lamb问题的解答．给出了埋置水平力作用下地基表面竖向位移、径向位移及周向位移的数值解．该研究为运用边界元法求解饱和地基的动力响应课题奠定了理论基础．     

有阻尼的二阶脉冲无穷时滞泛函微分方程解的存在性

应用Kuratowski非紧性测度和分段估计方法,研究Banach空间中有阻尼的二阶脉冲无穷时滞泛函微分方程mild解的存在性和正则性.脉冲项的紧性条件,先验估计和非紧性测度估计的限制条件没有被使用,所得结果不同于许多已知的结果.作为应用,举了两个例子说明该文的结果.
