Emerging Trends in Fluorescence Bioimaging of Divalent Metal Cations Using Small-Molecule Indicators

Visualization of cation dynamics inside a living system represent a major breakthrough at the crossroad of chemistry and cellular physiology. Since the inception of BAPTA-based cellular calcium indicators in the 1980s, generations of chemical and genetically encoded ion indicators spanning the visible spectrum have been developed. In this article, we bring up three emerging concepts in this field: 1. red-shifting cation indicators towards far-red and near-infrared (NIR) channels; 2. directing the indicators to various subcellular localizations; 3. lowering the phototoxicity of indicators for long term recording. These initiatives collectively echo the advocate of 4D cellular physiology, where biological processes within living systems can be panoramically unveiled under 3D, long-term, and multi-channel imaging with unprecedented spatial and temporal resolution. This outlook poses exciting challenges and opportunities for chemists to upgrade the toolkit of fluorescent indicators as key enablers for a new era of imageomics. 相似文献

直拉硅单晶的生长过程涉及多场多相耦合与复杂的物理化学变化,其中工艺参数的波动是导致晶体直径不均匀的重要原因,如何实现工艺参数的控制以获得理想的、均匀的晶体直径具有重要的研究意义。本文分析现有控制方法存在不稳定以及控制效果不佳的问题后,提出基于贝叶斯参数优化的无模型自适应控制模型来控制硅单晶生长过程中的晶体直径。首先以坩埚上升速度与加热器的功率作为控制输入参数,晶体直径作为输出,搭建无模型自适应控制模型,并分析算法的稳定性。其次将控制模型进行仿真实验,发现硅单晶直径控制模型中不同的超参数设定会影响控制过程的迭代次数以及控制效果。最后,利用贝叶斯优化超参数的取值范围,并进行最终的仿真实验,结果表明,经贝叶斯参数优化后的控制模型计算快、迭代次数少,输出的晶体直径稳定,同时将生长工艺参数控制在实际生产要求范围内。因此,基于贝叶斯参数优化的无模型自适应控制实现了硅单晶直径均匀稳定的有效控制,具有结合工程背景的实际应用前景。 相似文献

To overcome the weak carbon dioxide (CO2) conversion ability of Zn‐Co double metal cyanide (DMC) catalyst, zinc glutarate (ZnGA) catalyst was introduced into the DMC catalytic system and applied for the synthesis of oligo (propylene‐carbonate) diols. The DMC/ZnGA composite catalyst (mass ratio = 10:1) exhibited an excellent synergistic effect which had enhanced CO2 activation ability, high yield and good selectivity. In copolymerization process, ZnGA catalyst not only provided activated CO2 for DMC catalyst, but also transferred the propagating chain with more alternating structures to DMC catalyst. Both of the two effects increased the carbonate content in the final products. Overall, DMC catalyst dedicated to the polymer chain growth, while the increased CO2 conversion mainly attributed to ZnGA catalyst. Oligo (propylene‐carbonate) diols with carbonate unit content of 45.1 mol%, Mn of 1228 g/mol, WPC of 4.3 wt% and high yield of 1689 g/g cat was obtained. 相似文献

Based on previous works, most of the transition metal phosphides (TMPs) were directly prepared by decomposing NaH2PO2 with the precursors at high temperatures, which resulted in different degrees of phosphidation in the final product. Therefore, it is necessary to design an innovative approach to enhance the degree of phosphidation in the material using crystal defects. Here, oxygen-vacancy iron oxide/iron foam (Ov-Fe2O3/IF) was firstly prepared by generating oxygen vacancy in situ in an iron foam through heating in vacuum conditions. Subsequently, FeP/IF was formed by phosphating Ov-Fe2O3/IF. Under the effects of oxygen vacancies, oxygen-vacancy iron oxide could be completely phosphatized to produce more active sites on the surface of the material. This, in turn, could result in a catalyst with exceptional hydrogen evolution activity. Thus, the successful fabrication of FeP/IF demonstrated in this work provides an effective and feasible way for the preparation of other high-efficiency catalysts. 相似文献

In this paper, we introduce a novel salient region detection algorithm by using background priors. Because of the fact that superpixel is perceptually more meaningful than pixel, and which can reduce the complexity of image processing, we use the superpixel algorithm to reprocess original images. In addition, we hold the point that the colors in the image boundary could mainly represent all background colors, hence we compute the color contrast between the intern colors and the boundary colors. Since the nearer the patches are close to center, the more they affect other patches, we propose a new distribution-based model. 二维液相色谱(2D-LC)因具有较高的峰容量,在复杂样品的分离分析中获得了广泛的关注。然而,制备型2D-LC以纯化高纯单体为目标,在方法开发和设备构成等方面与分析型2D-LC有较大的不同,目前尚未得到充分的开发,在大规模的制备纯化中应用较少。本文以一套制备液相色谱模块为分离系统,以稀释泵、切换阀和捕集柱阵列为接口,构建了新型的制备型2D-LC系统,旨在规模化纯化多个活性成分。以烟叶中可以用作医药原料的烟碱、绿原酸、芦丁和茄尼醇等组分为目标物,考察了不同类型填料对样品的捕集效率、过载条件下的色谱保留行为等,优化了制备色谱条件。进而利用在线2D-LC系统实现了烟叶提取物的纯化,通过一次运行获得了4个高纯化合物。该系统具有中压色谱纯化成本低、系统在线运行自动化程度高、稳定性好及容易放大等优点。烟叶中活性化学成分的回收利用对促进烟草行业的发展及带动地方农业经济开发具有重大的意义。 相似文献

Using sunlight to produce valuable chemicals and fuels from carbon dioxide (CO2), i.e., artificial photosynthesis (AP) is a promising strategy to achieve solar energy storage and a negative carbon cycle. However, selective synthesis of C2 compounds with a high CO2 conversion rate remains challenging for current AP technologies. We performed CO2 photoelectroreduction over a graphene/silicon carbide (SiC) catalyst under simulated solar irradiation with ethanol (C2H5OH) selectivity of>99 % and a CO2 conversion rate of up to 17.1 mmol gcat−1 h−1 with sustained performance. Experimental and theoretical investigations indicated an optimal interfacial layer to facilitate the transfer of photogenerated electrons from the SiC substrate to the few-layer graphene overlayer, which also favored an efficient CO2 to C2H5OH conversion pathway. 相似文献

Iron is one of the essential trace elements in the human body. It plays an important role in human biology and pathology. Deregulation of iron levels in cells is associated with disease development. In this work, we synthesized a novel near-infrared intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) based ratiometric fluorescent probe to detect Fe2+, by using naphthalimide and indole moieties as building blocks. Our work showed that the radiometric probe has excellent selectivity, sensitivity and rapid response. Moreover, we could successfully perform real-time monitoring of Fe2+ in HeLa cells and C. elegans. 相似文献
