A STUDY OF J-INTEGRAL OF THE ORTHOTROPIC COMPOSITE MATERIAL

云纹干涉法研究复合材料构件的应力强度因子

本文采用贴片云纹干涉法，测试并研究了正交异性板纯弯试件及拉伸试件的应力强度因子。文中给出了复合材料纤维加强方向不同时位移与应力强度因子的关系式，通过测试得出受力模型的全场位移，给出云纹图，进而由裂纹尖端位移场推算出应力强度因子Ｋ１及Ｋ值。试验结果与有限元计算结果吻合良好。     

正交异性复合材料J积分的研究

本文推导了正交异性复合材料板Ⅰ型裂纹Ｊ积分与位移导数的关系式，同时给出了应力强度因子Ｋ＿Ⅰ与位移的关系式，采用贴片云纹干涉法对三点弯曲粱进行了测试。由云纹图的位移场求出了Ｊ与Ｋ＿Ⅰ值，进而验证了正交异性复合材料板Ｊ与Ｋ＿Ⅰ的关系式的正确性。     

A study ofJ-integral of the orthotropic composite material

The relation between J-integral near model I crack tip in the orthotropic plate and displacement derivative is derived in this paper. Meanwhile, the relation between stress intensity factor K _I and displacement is also given in this paper. With sticking film moire interferometry method, the three-point bending beam is tested, thus the values of J-integral and K _I can be obtained from the displacement field, and then the truth of relation formula between J-integral and K _I in the orthotropic composite materials is experimentally verified.
