云纹干涉法研究复合材料构件的应力强度因子

摘    要:本文采用贴片云纹干涉法,测试并研究了正交异性板纯弯试件及拉伸试件的应力强度因子。文中给出了复合材料纤维加强方向不同时位移与应力强度因子的关系式,通过测试得出受力模型的全场位移,给出云纹图,进而由裂纹尖端位移场推算出应力强度因子K1及K值。试验结果与有限元计算结果吻合良好。

Abstract:The stress-intensity factors of orthotropic specimen subjected to pure bending and pure tensile load are determined by using the coating Moire interferometry techniques and finife element methods.The relation between the displacements and the stress-intensity factors is given when the reinforced fiber of composite material are in different directions.Through testing,the full-field displacement of the specimen and the moire pattern is obtained.The stress-intensity factors K1 and K1 are further calculated from the crack-tip displacement field. The experimental results are in good agreement with those obtained from calculation.
