Some experiments were made for the buoyant jet from a square orifice with a square disc placed on it in static ambient and concentration along the axis in self-similar area behind disc was measured. And at the same time a three-dimensional mathematical model was established to simulate the whole flowing under different conditions. All the results predicted by the numerical calculation were substantiated by the experiments. The results were compared with experiential formula for obstructed round buoyant vertical jets in static ambient and it was found that the two concentration distributions had good accordance. Star shape of temperature isolines on cross-sections in the near areas from the disc was found and it was a very special figure for obstructed square buoyant vertical jets with a square disc. The shape will transform to concentric circles gradually alike to the round buoyant vertical jet in self-similar area with increasing of the distance from the disc.  相似文献

建立了动物源食品中林可霉素、克林霉素、吡利霉素、红霉素、泰乐菌素、螺旋霉素、替米考星、竹桃霉素、吉他霉素、克拉霉素、阿奇霉素、罗红霉素和交沙霉素13种林可胺类和大环内酯类药物残留检测的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法.动物组织样品经乙腈提取后,用正己烷去除脂肪等杂质,然后用Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C18色谱柱分离,以乙腈和50 mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,电喷雾正离子(ESI+)模式电离,多反应监测模式检测.结果表明:13种药物在5 ~200 μg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数R2均大于0.990,13种药物在动物组织中的检出限均为1 μg/kg,定量下限均为2.5 μg/kg.以2.5、25、100 μg/kg 3个水平进行回收实验,13种药物的回收率为72% ~104%,批内批间相对标准偏差为4.8% ~14.3%.  相似文献

利用大涡模拟方法及一个考虑气核效应的欧拉$\!-\!$拉格朗日新空化模型, 对绕NACA0009水翼叶顶间隙泄漏涡(top-leakage vortex, TLV)及其空化流动开展了高精度的模拟, 结果显示数值模拟与实验吻合较好. 在此基础上进一步讨论了不同间隙大小对TLV空化的演变行为及其发生前后TLV强度、气核分布以及切向速度分布等特征参数的变化规律, 分析了TLV空化对TLV演变行为及其特征参数的影响机制. 结果表明, 空化发生后, TLV的强度主要受片空化演变行为的影响, TLV空化对其自身强度的影响较小. 此外, 间隙越小, 片空化越不稳定, TLV的强度也会呈现相应的准周期性波动. 随着间隙的逐渐增大, 片空化强度逐渐减小, 其不稳定性也逐步减弱, TLV强度逐渐恢复至无空化时的水平, 其波动也会逐渐减小. 空化对涡心处气核分布会产生较为明显的影响, 其影响程度取决于空化发生后TLV在空间上的稳定性以及TLV空化的强度. 此外, 空化发生后, TLV半径会在一定程度上增大, 且在空化区域外围形成``类刚体旋转'的切向速度分布特性, 其形成原因主要是空化生长引起的膨胀过程以及流动的黏性作用.   相似文献

By choosing a PVC slice to simulate flexible vegetation, we carried out experiments in an open channel with submerged flexible vegetation. A 3D acoustic Doppler velocimeter (micro ADV) was used to measure local flow velocities and Reynolds stress. The results show that hydraulic characteristics in non-vegetation and vegetation layers are totally different. In a region above the vegetation, Reynolds stress distribution is linear, and the measured velocity profile is a classical logarithmic one. Based on the concept of new-riverbed, the river compression parameter representing the impact of vegetation on river is given, and a new assumption of mixing length expression is made. The formula for time-averaged velocity derived from the expression requires less parameters and simple calculation, and is useful in applications.  相似文献

The theory of an eddy viscosity model is applied to the study of the flow in a compound channel which is partially vegetated. The governing equation is constituted by analyzing the longitudinal forces acting on the unit volume where the effect of the vegetation on the flow is considered as a drag force item, The compound channel is divided into 3 sub-regions in the transverse direction, and the coefficients in every region's differential equations were solved simultaneously. Thus, the analytical solution of the transverse distribution of the depth-averaged velocity for uniform flow in a partially vegetated compound channel was obtained. The results can be used to predict the transverse distribution of bed shear stress, which has an important effect on the transportation of sediment. By comparing the analytical results with the measured data, the analytical solution in this paper is shown to be sufficiently accurate to predict most hydraulic features for engineering design purposes.  相似文献

应用计及浮力对湍动能及其耗散率的影响的k-epsilon湍流模式,结合有限分析法对密度差引起的平面铅垂紊动壁羽流进行了数值分析.在均匀环境条件下控制该类流动的连续性方程、流动方向的动量方程、浓度扩散方程、湍动能及其耗散率方程存在相似解.考虑到浮力通量守恒条件,应用有限分析法给出了铅直壁羽流的速度、相对密度差、湍动能及耗散率的分布,进而给出了各物理量最大值沿主流方向变化的关系式.湍流Schmidt数为1.0时的计算结果与实验资料吻合较好,表明应用有限分析法分析铅垂平面羽流是有效的,即在分析壁羽流时浮力对湍动能及其耗散率的影响应该予以考虑.  相似文献
