A general, rapid and highly efficient method for the synthesis of diaryl ethers under the assistance of microwave irradiation was described. A series of diaryl ethers were prepared by direct coupling of phenols and aryl halides in good to excellent yields in anhydrous DMF or NMP at 150 ℃ within 20 rain. The presence of water was found to have a significant impact on the Ullmann C-O coupling reaction between aryl halides and phenols under microwave irradiation. 相似文献

Diaza-18-crown-6 with two 8-hydroxyquinolines as side arms show high selective complexing ability with metal ions[1,2] and with two aminophenols exhibit strange property[3]. 8 diaza-18-crown-6 ethers containing sidearms[4] and 7 podands were synthesized. Their complexing ability with metal ions were studied, the results show that they present high complexing capability for metal ions. The polyethers containing 8-hydroquinoline fragment show high selectivities for Hg2+,Ni2+ and their complexes with Eu3+ and Tb3+ show strong luminescence. 相似文献

The high toxicity of many transition and post-transition metal ions, especially Hg2+ and Pb2 + , is well recognized and a lot of attention has been paid to control contamination of water supplies by toxic metal ions and to monitor the level of these metal ions in the environment. For the application purpose in controlling and monitoring the concentrations of specific metal ions in a complex matrix continuously and remotely by using ion-selective sensory devices, chemical sensors based on the synthetic fluoroionophores and chromoionophores capable of signaling complexation of metal ions have been reported, [1~ 5], and a series of dithidiaza 21-rown-7 bearing appended coumarin or 1-aminonaphthene as sidearms was synthesized.
