Synthesis and bioactivity of novel coumarin derivatives containing(E)-methyl 2-(methoxyimino)-2-phenylacetates

Ten coumarin derivatives containing(E)-methyl 2-(methoxyimino)-2-phenylacetate were synthesized and bioassayed.The compounds were identified by IR,~1H NMR and elemental analyses.The test results indicated that compound 5j(R~1 is methyl and R~2 is n-C_6H_(13)) was the optimal structure in this paper with good fungicidal activity against CDM(85%) at 6.25 mg/L concentration.     

混凝土损伤本构模型下梁承载力研究

为解决混凝土非线性特性难以描述的难题,通过MTS815.02岩石电液伺服系统,对圆柱体混凝土试件施加定围压比为0.2的围压,得出C25、C35、C45混凝土在＂理想无损伤＂状态下的应力-应变曲线;用Ramberg-Osgood公式描述其应力-应变关系,引入损伤变量演化方程,进而得出混凝土一维受压损伤本构模型。通过与实验数据的对比证明了模型的有效性和准确性;详细地分析了无初始损伤条件下配筋梁受弯破坏时的损伤演化过程;计算C25、C35、C45钢筋混凝土梁的受弯承载力。分析结果显示：随着混凝土强度由C25提高到C45,按此模型计算与按规范公式计算所得梁承载力的差异由1.9%升高至2.84%;下降段损伤累积量占总体损伤度的比例由46.26%升高至86.04%。研究表明,本文的分段曲线损伤模型可以较好地模拟梁混凝土的非线性受压过程,并能够给出损伤程度的预测。     

绝对编码光栅的相位细分及其在位移测量中的应用

提出通过光栅条纹相位的精密测量,获取光栅高精度位移信息的方法。具体方法是对光栅图像采用多码道设计,用CCD二维图像传感器获取测量段光栅图像多码道信息。对最低码道图形的周期函数序列进行傅里叶变换、基频滤波和逆傅里叶变换获得光栅截断相位分布,其余码道信息提供相位展开的级次,以此获得测量段光栅的绝对相位分布。用光刻的手段制作了实用的绝对编码光栅,基元码道的尺寸是:27.36μm用于明条纹,27.36μm用于暗条纹,最小基元码道空间周期为54.72μm,光栅长度为14008.32μm。在步长近似3μm的位移测试中,与比对的标准仪器记录值比较,标准偏差为0.2057μm,精度在亚微米量级。重复性实验表明,位置测试的稳定性为0.09μm(标准差),得到600倍以上细分的分辨力。     

A new biflavonoid from Selaginella labordei Hieron.ex Christ

A new biflavonoid,2,3-dihydro-5,5″,7,7″,4′-pentahydroxy-6,6″-dimethyl-[3′-O-4′″]-biflavone 1 and two known biflavonoids 2,3″-dihydroochnaflavone 2 and 2″,3″-dihydro-3′,3′″-biapigenin 3 were isolated from the herb of Selaginella labordei Hieron.ex Christ.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.

Evaluation of lipid peroxidation inhibition and free radical scavenging abilities of 5,6,7-trimethoxy dihydroflavonols
