用DCC/DMAP合成N-苄氧羰基氨基酸薄荷酯

以乙腈为溶剂, 用DCC/DMAP偶合法合成了5个N-苄氧羰基氨基酸薄荷酯, 产率90%～94%. 起始原料氨基酸包括: 甘氨酸, DL-蛋氨酸, β-丙氨酸, L-缬氨酸和L-脯氨酸. 给出了目标产物的氢谱、碳谱、红外光谱、质谱、高分辨质谱和元素分析数据.     

固相萃取-气相色谱-高分辨质谱法测定巢湖水中半挥发性有机化合物

描述了巢湖水中半挥发性有机化合物的提取、测定过程和初步结果。湖水中半挥发性有机化合物的提取采用XAD-2和XAD-4混合树脂富集，用气相色谱-高分辨质谱法测定了所萃取的有机化合物，并给出相应的分子式和结构式。春季湖水中检测到14种有机化合物。     

1，3-二甲基尿嘧啶二聚体的飞行时间质谱裂解规律研究

采用不同进样方式、不同电子轰击能量和不同反应气压力测定了1,3 二甲基尿嘧啶二聚体(DMUD) 的4个立体异构体A、B、C、D的化学电离(CI)和电子轰击电离(EI)飞行时间质谱.不同方式所测得的CI谱结 果一致,4个异构体出现了强度不同的准分子离子峰(m/z=281),由此推断它们结构之间的相对稳定性次序为: B(trans syn)>D(cis syn)>A(trans anti)>C(cis anti).这一结论被低能量(25eV)电子轰击的EI谱所证实, 并且与合成产物的比例相吻合.EI谱用任何方式测谱均不出现分子离子峰(m/z=280),而出现其单体离子(m/z =140)且为基峰。给出了DMUD的飞行时间质谱裂解途径,同时对CI谱的裂解碎片进行了细致的讨论.     

13-乙酰基-9-甲基-11-羰基-8-氧代-10,12-二氮杂三环[7.3.1.02,7]十三碳-2,4,6-三烯的一锅煮合成和结构表征

An efficient and environmentally friendly procedure for the one-pot synthesis of 13-acetyl-9-methyl-11-oxo-8-oxa-10,12-diazatricyclo7.3.1.02,7trideca-2,4,6-triene from salicylaldehyde, acetylacetone and urea via Biginelli condensation and intramolecular Michael-addition by using magnesium bromide as an inexpensive and easily available catalyst in a solvent-free condition is described. The structural elucidation of the product is reported by 1H- and 13C-NMR spectra. The product can also be identified by its EI TOF mass spectrometry based on the molecular ion at m/s 246(10%) and on the fragment ions in which two nitrogen atoms are remained. Three kinds of characteristic fragmentation pathways from the molecular ion were observed. One is the loss of the OH radical to form the dihydropyrimidinone cation at m/z 229(48%), followed by elimination of a molecular methane forming the pyrimidinone cation at m/z 213(27%). The second is the cleavage of the C6H4OH radical, and the formation of the dihydropyrimidinone cation at m/z 153(24%). The third one is the loss of MeC=O radical to afford the oxygen-bridged fragment ion at m/z 203(33%).

锡-铟促进和微波辐射辅助下醛和炔丙基溴的炔丙基化反应

A rapid and regioselective preparation of homopropargyl alcohols was reported. In the presence of SnCl2C6HsMe3NBr and microwave irradiation, the mixture of tin-indium and propargyl bromide reacted quickly with aldehydes in aqueous media to produce the homopropargyl alcohols exclusively in high yields. For benzaldehydes bearing different substituents, electronic effect of the substituents affected the reaction, the electron-withdrawing groups promoting the reaction and the electron-donating groups impeding the reaction. The reactions of benzaldehydes bearing an ortho substituent group on the phenyl ring with propargyl bromide may yield a mixture of regioisomers （homopropargyl and homoallenyl alcohols） or a single homoallenic alcohol due to the steric effect.
