Abstract

The reaction of 2-t-Bu-germabenzenylpotassium with Me2(t-Bu)SiCl (TBDMSCl) resulted in the coupling among two TBDMS-substituted germabenzenes and the germabenzenylpotassium. The structure of the product was determined by X-ray crystallographic analysis. Its formation mechanism was proposed with the help of theoretical calculations.  相似文献

Artificial nucleic acids are widely used in various technologies, such as nucleic acid therapeutics and DNA nanotechnologies requiring excellent duplex-forming abilities and enhanced nuclease resistance. 2′-O,4′-C-Methylene-bridged nucleic acid/locked nucleic acid (2′,4′-BNA/LNA) with 1,3-diaza-2-oxophenoxazine (BNAP ( BH )) was previously reported. Herein, a novel BH analogue, 2′,4′-BNA/LNA with 9-(2-aminoethoxy)-1,3-diaza-2-oxophenoxazine (G-clamp), named BNAP-AEO ( BAEO ), was designed. The BAEO nucleoside was successfully synthesized and incorporated into oligodeoxynucleotides (ODNs). ODNs containing BAEO possessed up to 104-, 152-, and 11-fold higher binding affinities for complementary (c) RNA than those of ODNs containing 2′-deoxycytidine ( C ), 2′,4′-BNA/LNA with 5-methylcytosine ( L ), or 2′-deoxyribonucleoside with G-clamp ( PAEO ), respectively. Moreover, duplexes formed by ODN bearing BAEO with cDNA and cRNA were thermally stable, even under molecular crowding conditions induced by the addition of polyethylene glycol. Furthermore, ODN bearing BAEO was more resistant to 3′-exonuclease than ODNs with phosphorothioate linkages.  相似文献

The study on the absorption of toxic gases such as mustard gas by organic host is essential to the development of inexpensive detection and decontamination equipments. Using quantum chemical methods, we propose cucurbituril as an effective host to capture mustard gas. It was found that stable complexes are formed with the inclusion of the toxic gas molecules inside the cucurbituril cavity, compared with the lateral and exterior interactions. Oxygen mustard has a comparable binding energy with sulfur mustard and hence can be used during experimental investigation. Additionally, during the inclusion complex formation, the presence of heteroatoms helps the guest molecules to undergo a larger structural reorganization to get accommodated inside the cucurbituril macromolecule. Atoms‐in‐molecules analysis shows the existence of strong intermolecular CH…O bonding between the guest molecules and cucurbituril macromolecule. The presence of an intramolecular CH…Cl type of bonding accounts for the higher stabilization of sulfur mustard inside the cucurbituril macromolecule. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

Highly ordered mesoporous niobium‐doped TiO2 with a single‐crystalline framework was prepared by using silica colloidal crystals with ca. 30 nm in diameter as templates. The preparation of colloidal crystals composed of uniform silica nanoparticles is a key to obtain highly ordered mesoporous Nb‐doped TiO2. The XPS measurements of Nb‐doped TiO2 showed the presence of Nb5+ and correspondingly Ti3+. With the increase in the amount of doped Nb, the crystalline phase of the product was converted from rutile into anatase, and the lattice spacings of both rutile and anatase phases increased. Surprisingly, the increase in the amount of Nb led to the formation of plate‐like TiO2 with dimpled surfaces on one side, which was directly replicated from the surfaces of the colloidal silica crystals.  相似文献

An experimental study has been made of saturated boiling heat transfer for water and R113 in a narrow vertical rectangular channel (2 mm space, 20 mm wide, and 200 mm long) at atmospheric pressure, in which the vertical heated surface (10 mm long and 20 mm wide) is located on one side at a position of 150 mm from its entrance and bubbles are forcibly passed through it at a designated period from 0.33 to 1.0 sec. The experiment shows that the heat transfer coefficients are increased by the bubble passing through the heated surface for the value of thermal diffusivity,a, times period, T0, of the passing bubbles above about 6×10–9 m2 (a T 0>6×10–9 m2) while fora T 0< 6×10–9 m2, the heat transfer coefficients become independent of the period and the effectiveness of the enhancement of the heat transfer owing to the passing bubble disappears.
Die obere Grenze der Verbesserung des Wärmeübergangs beim Sieden in einem vertikalen, rechteckigen Kanal infolge von aufsteigenden Blasen
Zusammenfassung Es wurden Experimente über den Wärmeübergang beim Sättigungssieden mit Wasser und R113 in einem engen, vertikalen, rechteckigen Kanal (2 mm Abstand, 20 mm Breite und 200 mm Länge) bei Umgebungsdruck durchgeführt, wobei die vertikale, beheizte Oberfläche (10 mm lang und 20 mm breit) auf der einen Seite in einem Abstand von 150 mm vom Eintritt angeordnet ist und die Blasen zwangsweise durch den Kanal sich mit einem Periodenabstand von 0,033 bis 1,0 s bewegen. Das Experiment zeigt, daß die Wärmeübergangskoeffizienten durch das Vorbeistreichen der Blasen an der beheizten Oberfläche verbessert werden, wenn das Produkt aus Temperaturleitfähigkeit,a, mal der Periode, T0, der vorbeistreichenden Blasen größer als 6×10–9 m2 liegt, während unterhalb dieses Wertes der Wärmeübergangskoeffizient unabhängig von der Blasenperiode ist und die Effektivität der Wärmeübergangsverbesserung infolge der Blasenströmung verschwindet.

Asymptotic behavior of solutions of the compressible Navier-Stokes equations on the half space R n+(n≥2) is considered around a given constant equilibrium. A solution formula for the linearized problem is derived, and Lp estimates for solutions of the linearized problem are obtained for 2≤p≤∞. It is shown that, as in the case of the Cauchy problem, the leading part of the solution of the linearized problem is decomposed into two parts, one that behaves like diffusion waves and the other one purely diffusively. There, however, are some aspects different from the Cauchy problem, especially in considering spatial derivatives. It is also shown that the solution of the linearized problem approaches for large times the solution of the nonstationary Stokes problem in some Lp spaces; and, as a result, a solution formula for the nonstationary Stokes problem is obtained. Large-time behavior of solutions of the nonlinear problem is then investigated in Lp spaces for 2≤p≤∞ by applying the results on the linearized analysis and the weighted energy method. The results indicate that there may be some nonlinear interaction phenomena not appearing in the Cauchy problem.  相似文献

Copolymerizations of hexafluoroisobutylene (HFIB) with vinyl pentafluorobenzoate (VPFB) and vinyl trifluoroacetate (VTFA) were carried out in bulk using perfluorodibenzoyl peroxide as the radical initiator. The copolymers obtained were characterized by proton and fluorine NMR spectroscopy. The monomer reactivity ratios in the polymerization of HFIB with VPFB were r1 (HFIB) = 0, r2 (VPFB) = 0.373, and r1r2 = 0. The results indicated that these copolymers have alternating structures. Similarly, the copolymers of HFIB and VTFA also showed alternating structures. The films of HFIB‐co‐VPFB were prepared by casting THF solution of polymers. Films obtained were flexible and transparent. The refractive indices of copolymers were 1.4549, 1.4490, and 1.4438 at 532, 633, and 839 nm, respectively. The average Tgs of HFIB‐co‐VTFA and HFIB‐co‐VPFB were 52 and 71 °C, respectively. From these results, the Tg of the hypothetical HFIB homopolymer is postulated to be in between 70 and 90 °C, which may be useful in the assessment of Tgs of HFIB copolymers with other vinyl monomers. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The reversible addition of olefins to a phosphanylalumane, P−Al single-bond species, was investigated. The P−Al bond added to ethylene and relatively small terminal alkenes (propylene and hex-1-ene) at room temperature to give the corresponding alkene adducts. Heating the terminal alkene adducts released the corresponding alkenes and regenerated the P−Al bond, but no release of ethylene was observed even under vacuum conditions. The reactivity of ethylene adduct as a new saturated C2 vicinal P/Al-based FLP was also investigated. The ethylene adduct was found to undergo complexation with nitriles to give the corresponding nitrile adducts to the Al center, which retained the ethylene tether as in the case of the corresponding P/B-based FLP. However, the reactivity of ethylene toward CO2 and benzaldehyde differed from that of the P/B system giving the corresponding adducts.  相似文献
