Thermo-responsive butyl acrylate/furfuryl methacrylate copolymer-based (PBF backbone) graft (co)polymers with dynamic covalent linkages between their backbones and side chains via the Diels-Alder reaction of furan/maleimide were synthesized. Atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) was used to synthesize graft copolymers with thermo-responsive transformation from graft copolymers to linear polymers with bimodal or wide MWD. The NMR measurements indicated that the Diels-Alder reaction and retro-Diels-Alder reaction occurred, depending on the change of the temperature, meaning that the side chains could be cleaved and reformed according to the variation of the temperature. GPC measurements demonstrated that the molecular weights of the polymers were thermoresponsive. Furthermore, three graft copolymers with various branching chains (PBF-g-PBA, PBF-g-P(BMA-co-MA) and PBF-g-PBMA) were compared to study the influence of compatibility between the backbone and the branching chain on the efficiency of Diels-Alder reaction after the cleavage of the DA linkage. The results showed that the ability of the side chains to come back to the main chain was strongly affected by the compatibility between the backbone and the side chains and the flexibility of the polymer chains.  相似文献

We consider the problem of characterizing the smooth, isometric deformations of a planar material region identified with an open, connected subset \({\mathcal{D}}\) of two-dimensional Euclidean point space \(\mathbb{E}^{2}\) into a surface \({\mathcal{S}}\) in three-dimensional Euclidean point space \(\mathbb{E}^{3}\). To be isometric, such a deformation must preserve the length of every possible arc of material points on \({\mathcal{D}}\). Characterizing the curves of zero principal curvature of \({\mathcal{S}}\) is of major importance. After establishing this characterization, we introduce a special curvilinear coordinate system in \(\mathbb{E}^{2}\), based upon an à priori chosen pre-image form of the curves of zero principal curvature in \({\mathcal{D}}\), and use that coordinate system to construct the most general isometric deformation of \({\mathcal{D}}\) to a smooth surface \({\mathcal{S}}\). A necessary and sufficient condition for the deformation to be isometric is noted and alternative representations are given. Expressions for the curvature tensor and potentially nonvanishing principal curvature of \({\mathcal{S}}\) are derived. A general cylindrical deformation is developed and two examples of circular cylindrical and spiral cylindrical form are constructed. A strategy for determining any smooth isometric deformation is outlined and that strategy is employed to determine the general isometric deformation of a rectangular material strip to a ribbon on a conical surface. Finally, it is shown that the representation established here is equivalent to an alternative previously established by Chen, Fosdick and Fried (J. Elast. 119:335–350, 2015).  相似文献

在钙基载氧体燃煤化学链燃烧技术过程中由于煤气化产物与载氧体之间的副反应导致反应过程中产生大量的SO2气体。本文选择MAC铁矿石,CaO和石灰石作为脱硫剂,在小型加压固定床上研究不同温度、压力、Ca/S比条件下SO2气体的脱除问题。结果表明,单独采用CaSO4载氧体时,随温度升高SO2气体浓度逐渐增加。添加铁矿石后,SO2排放浓度降低,主要与Fe2O3能够催化抑制CaSO4分解有关。添加CaO和石灰石脱硫剂后,随温度、压力以及Ca/S比增加,两种脱硫剂的脱硫效率均增加,且在相同的实验条件下得到的CaO的脱硫效果更佳。  相似文献

We explore the effects of hydrogen annealing on the room temperature ferromagnetism and optical properties of Cr-doped ZnO nanoparticles synthesized by the sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy data show evidence that Cr has been incorporated into the wurtzite ZnO lattice as Cr2+ ions substituting for Zn2+ ions without any detectable secondary phase in as-synthesized Zn0.97Cr0.03O nanopowders. The room temperature magnetization measurements reveal a large enhancement of saturation magnetization Ms as well as an increase of coercivity of H2-annealed Zn0.97Cr0.03O:H samples. It is found that the field-cooled magnetization curves as a function of temperature from 40 to 400 K can be well fitted by a combination of a standard Bloch spin-wave model and Curie–Weiss law. The values of the fitted parameters of the ferromagnetic exchange interaction constant a and the Curie constant C of H2-annealed Zn0.97Cr0.03O:H nanoparticles are almost doubled upon H2-annealing. Photoluminescence measurements show evidence that the shallow donor defect or/and defect complexes such as hydrogen occupying an oxygen vacancy Ho may play an important role in the origin of H2-annealing induced enhancement of ferromagnetism in Cr-H codoped ZnO nanoparticles.  相似文献

A constitutive theory is developed for shape memory polymers. It is to describe the thermomechanical properties of such materials under large deformations. The theory is based on the idea, which is developed in the work of Liu et al. [2006. Thermomechanics of shape memory polymers: uniaxial experiments and constitutive modelling. Int. J. Plasticity 22, 279-313], that the coexisting active and frozen phases of the polymer and the transitions between them provide the underlying mechanisms for strain storage and recovery during a shape memory cycle. General constitutive functions for nonlinear thermoelastic materials are used for the active and frozen phases. Also used is an internal state variable which describes the volume fraction of the frozen phase. The material behavior of history dependence in the frozen phase is captured by using the concept of frozen reference configuration. The relation between the overall deformation and the stress is derived by integration of the constitutive equations of the coexisting phases. As a special case of the nonlinear constitutive model, a neo-Hookean type constitutive function for each phase is considered. The material behaviors in a shape memory cycle under uniaxial loading are examined. A linear constitutive model is derived from the nonlinear theory by considering small deformations. The predictions of this model are compared with experimental measurements.  相似文献
