Reaction of the transient phosphinidene complexes R-P=W(CO)5 with N-substituted-diphenylketenimines leads unexpectedly to the novel 2-aminophosphindoles, as confirmed by an X-ray crystal structure determined for one of the derivatives. Experimental evidence for a methylene-azaphosphirane intermediate was found by using the iron-complexed phosphinidene iPr2N-P=Fe(CO)4, which affords the 2-aminophosphindole together with the novel methylene-2,3-dihydro-1H-benzo[1,3]azaphosphole. Analysis of the reaction pathways with DFT indicates that the initially formed methylene-azaphosphirane yields both phosphorus heterocycles by way of a [1,5]- or [1,3]-sigmatropic shift, respectively, followed by a H-shift. Strain underlies both rearrangements, which causes these remarkably selective conversions that can be tuned by changing the substituents.  相似文献

A series of copolymers with various compositions were synthesized by one-step and two-step bulk ring-opening polymerizations of L -lactide (LA) and ε-caprolactone (CL) using stannous octoate [Sn(Oct)2] and 1-hexanol as the initiating system. For the sequential two-step polymerization, a poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) prepolymer was polymerized first to a percent conversion of approximately 70% and LA then added in order to produce a copolymer with a chain microstructure different from that obtained from the corresponding one-step reaction. The resulting copolymers were characterized using a combination of nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H- and 13C-NMR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The average sequence lengths of the lactidyl ( ) and caproyl ( ) units, the degree of randomness (R) and the transesterification coefficient (T(II)) were calculated from the 13C-NMR spectra. The appearance of a signal due to CapLCap sequences was directly attributable to transesterification of lactidyl (LL) units. It was found that both and values from the two-step syntheses were significantly longer than from the corresponding one-step syntheses, leading to different semi-crystalline morphologies and chain microstructures. The copolymers all showed at least some blocky chain structure as a result of the significant difference in monomer reactivity (LA > CL) between LA and CL. Thermal properties including stability depended on both composition and chain microstructure which could be controlled by the method of synthesis. From their DSC curves, the two-step copolymers were seen to be semi-crystalline whereas the one-step copolymers were mainly amorphous. Biofunctionalizing a simple and disposable graphene oxide-modified screen-printed carbon electrode with anti-interleukin-15 antibodies has been successfully demonstrated for the first time for the label-free electrochemical detection of interleukin-15, a biomarker of early HIV infection. To improve the electrochemical reactivity and introduce carboxylic groups on the surface of screen-printed carbon electrode, high-quality graphene oxide was used for the modification of screen-printed carbon electrode. With simple modification of the screen-printed carbon electrode, the device exhibited satisfactory sensitivity, selectivity, stability, reproducibility, and regenerability. The immunosensor provided a detection limit of 3.51?ng?mL?1 and a sensitivity of 0.5655?µA cm?2?mL?ng?1. The simply constructed immunosensor thus rendered promising device for immunoreactions on the surface of the electrode.  相似文献

The kinetics of the ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of ε‐caprolactone (ε‐CL) initiated by soluble aluminum tri‐sec‐butoxide (Al(OsecBu)3) has been investigated by the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The DSC polymerizations were carried out under nonisothermal and isothermal conditions to obtain three‐arms poly(ε‐caprolactone) (PCL). From nonisothermal DSC, the polymerization rate (dα/dt) increased with increasing heating rates. The values of Ea were determined from Kissinger ( kJ mol?1), Friedman (31.0 – 63.0 kJ mol?1), and Starink (64.0 – 71.0 kJ mol?1) methods. From isothermal DSC, the dα/dt and the apparent rate constant (kapp) increased with increasing polymerization temperatures. The ROP of ε‐CL initiated by Al(OsecBu)3 occurred via the coordination insertion mechanism. The number average molecular weight () and percent yield of the synthesized PCL was enhanced by increasing polymerization temperature. The synthesized PCL with of 2.4 × 104 was obtained using a molar ratio of monomer to Al‐O active center ([M]/[Al‐O]) of 400 at 150ºC for 24 h. Al(OsecBu)3 is one of the promising initiator due to its solubility, low transesterification reaction, and high efficiency in ε‐CL polymerization.  相似文献

This study investigated the effect of chitosan particle sizes on the properties of carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCh) powders and films. Chitosan powders with different particle sizes (75, 125, 250, 450 and 850 µm) were used to synthesize the CMCh powders. The yield, degree of substitution (DS), and water solubility of the CMCh powders were then determined. The CMCh films prepared with CMCh based on chitosan with different particle sizes were fabricated by a solution casting technique. The water solubility, mechanical properties, and water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) of the CMCh films were measured. As the chitosan particle size decreased, the yield, DS, and water solubility of the synthesized CMCh powders increased. The increase in water solubility was due to an increase in the polarity of the CMCh powder, from a higher conversion of chitosan into CMCh. In addition, the higher conversion of chitosan was also related to a higher surface area in the substitution reaction provided by chitosan powder with a smaller particle size. As the particle size of chitosan decreased, the tensile strength, elongation at break, and WVTR of the CMCh films increased. This study demonstrated that a greater improvement in water solubility of the CMCh powders and films can be achieved by using chitosan powder with a smaller size.  相似文献
