反演在骨生长方程参数识别中的应用

基于BFGS算法，根据自行设计的动物实验，得到在不同应力环境中，快速生长期大鼠股骨生 长与重建过程中骨密度实测数据，采用反演数值方法，获取了骨生长方程中随时间变化的 生物参数B和K. 通过正演验证，表明所建立的基于BFGS算法的参数识别方法具有较好的 稳定性和较高的识别精度，能够反演出比较切合实际的生物参数数值. 研究表明，反问 题方法是解决生命现象不可测性和未知性问题的有效手段，把反演方法应用到骨生长与重建 等生命现象的研究中，可确定、修正预设的数学模式，为数值量化骨适应生物模型的建立提 供了一条可行的途径.     

Laser speckle reduction using motionless image conduits

We have demonstrated a speckle reduction method using motionless image conduits (MICs). Different experimental conditions by introducing the high-coherence HeNe laser and the low-coherence laser diode (LD) as the illumination light sources, by employing the straight MIC and the curved MIC as the speckle reduction components, and by recording speckle images without (objective speckle) and with (subjective speckle) the imaging lens mounted on the CCD camera are conducted, respectively. The most efficient speckle reduction condition is found by the combination of using the LD and the curved MIC, where the objective speckle contrast ratio is reduced from 0.7378 to 0.1725. Experimental results are discussed, and the causes for these speckle reduction efficiency changes are given.     

单驱动器变形镜对低阶像差补偿能力的研究

变形镜能够实时校正波前相位畸变,减弱大气湍流的影响,是自适应光学系统的核心器件。单驱动器变形镜通过1个驱动器产生1个模式,恢复波前相位。利用有限元软件,研究了单驱动器变形镜对低阶像差的补偿能力。仿真结果表明,单驱动器变形镜可以对离焦、像散及彗差进行有效补偿,通过控制驱动器的位移,分别实现了对PV值为5 m的离焦、像散和慧差的补偿,补偿后的残差PV值分别为1.5 m、1.6 m和1.2 m,残差的RMS值分别为0.99 m、0.63 m和0.59 m。

Spectroscopic analysis of Er transition in Mg/Er-codoped LiNbO3 crystal

We present a Judd-Ofelt spectroscopic analysis on the Mg/Er-codoped congruent lithium niobate (LiNbO₃) crystals. The Judd-Ofelt model is applied to the room temperature unpolarized absorption intensities of Er³⁺ ions on eleven transition bands to determine their intensity parameters: Ω₂=2.36×10⁻²⁰ cm², Ω₄=0.76×10⁻²⁰ cm², Ω₆=0.30×10⁻²⁰ cm² in Er:LiNbO₃ crystal heavily codoped with MgO. The radiative lifetime of ²H_9/2 becomes longer when MgO is added into Er:LiNbO₃ crystal. The experimental lifetimes are obtained using microsecond time-resolved spectra at 400 nm femtosecond pulse excitation to predict radiative quantum efficiency. Combining higher radiative quantum efficiency with longer radiative lifetime, we conclude that Mg/Er-codoped LiNbO₃ crystals are more suitable than Er: LiNbO₃ ones in laser materials.
