(3aS∗,1aR∗)-1a-Methoxy-3a-methoxycarbonyl-2,3,4,5,6,3a-hexahydrocyclopenta[1,2-b]furan was prepared in 96% overall yield from 2-methoxycarbonylated cyclopenta-1-one in two steps. This furan derivative is used as a divergent intermediate in the synthesis of our originally designed chiral resolving agents having various substitutions. During the preliminary evaluation of divergent synthetic products, it was discovered that 3a-(fluoren-9-ylidenemethyl)-2,3,4,5,3a-pentahydrocyclopenta[1,2-b]furan, was a remarkably improved chiral resolving agent for secondary alcohols.  相似文献

A fast, sensitive and reliable ultra performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC‐MS/MS) method has been developed and validated for simultaneous quantitation and pharmacokinetic study of five tanshinones (tanshinone I, tanshinone IIA, tanshinone IIB, dihydrotanshinone I, cryptotanshinone), the bio‐active ingredients of Huo Luo Xiao Ling Dan (HLXLD) in rat plasma. After liquid–liquid extraction, chromatographic separation was accomplished on a Shim‐pack XR‐ODS column (75 × 3.0 mm, 2.2 µm particles) and eluted with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile–0.05% formic acid aqueous solution (80:20, v/v) at a flow rate of 0.4 mL/min, and the total run time was 7.0 min. The detection was performed on a triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry equipped with an electrospray ionization source in positive ionization and multiple reaction monitoring mode. The lower limits of quantification were 0.050–0.400 ng/mL for all the analytes. Linearity, precision and accuracy, the mean extraction recoveries and matrix effects all satisfied criteria for acceptance. This validated method was successfully applied to a comparative pharmacokinetic study of five bio‐active components in rat plasma after oral administration of HLXLD or Salvia miltiorrhiza extract in normal and arthritic rats. Morphologically and dimensionally controlled growth of Ag nanocrystals has long been plagued by surfactants or capping agents that complicate downstream applications, unstable Ag salts that impaired the reproducibility, and multistep seed injection that is troublesome and time-consuming. Here, we report a one-pot electro-chemical method to fast (∼2 min) produce Ag nanoparticles from commercial bulk Ag materials in a nitric acid solution, eliminating any need for surfactants or capping agents. Their size can be easily manipulated in an unprecedentedly wide range from 35 to 660 nm. Furthermore, the Ag nanoparticles are directly grown on the Ag substrate, highly desirable for promising applications such as catalysis and plasmonics. The mechanistic studies reveal that the concentration of Ag+ in the diffusion layer nearby the surface, controlled by the magnitude and duration of voltage, is critical in governing the nanoparticle formation (<1.3 mM) and its dimensional adjustability.  相似文献

Hot carriers (HCs) and thermal effects, stemming from plasmon decays, are crucial for most plasmonic applications. However, quantifying these two effects remains extremely challenging due to the experimental difficulty in accurately measuring the temperature at reaction sites. Herein, we provide a novel strategy to disentangle HCs from photothermal effects based on the different traits of heat dissipation (long range) and HCs transport (short range), and quantitatively uncover the dominant and potential-dependent role of photothermal effect by investigating the rapid- and slow-response currents in plasmon-mediated electrochemistry at nanostructured Ag electrode. Furthermore, the plasmoelectric surface potential is found to contribute to the rapid-response currents, which is absent in the previous studies.  相似文献

The frequent defects of the metal parts, such as non-fully melting, thermal strain, and balling, which are produced by selective laser melting (SLM) that is a novel method of one-step manufacturing, are analyzed theoretically and experimentally. The processing parameters significantly affect the quality of the final parts, and simultaneously, the appropriate laser mode and the special scanning strategy assure a satisfying quality of the final parts. The SLM experiment is carried out using Cu-based powder. The metal part is divided into several scanned regions, each of which is scanned twice at the cross direction with different scanning speeds. The microstructure is analyzed on microscope. The results show that the part is metallurgically bonded entity with a relative density of 95%, and the microstructure is composed of equiaxial crystal and dendritic crystal whose distributions are mainly decided by the scanning strategy.  相似文献

 针对具有复杂结构的全密度功能性金属零件快速制造难题,探讨了该类零件的选区激光熔化直接快速制造方法,并结合实验,重点对同步保证选区激光熔化快速制造金属零件成型密度及精度的工艺进行了研究。结果表明:同步消除球化、飞溅及气孔对成型件致密性及精度的影响是实现选区激光熔化快速制造全密度功能性复杂金属零件的难点及关键;在维持良好的抗氧化气氛条件下,可采用尽可能薄的铺粉厚度及恰当调节其它成型参数的方法,以保证对上一层有足够的重熔量来消除球化及气孔现象;同时,采用合适的扫描策略,可弱化飞溅对成型质量的影响来解决工艺难题。采用该工艺方案可快速制造全密度功能性复杂金属零件,所成型的316L不锈钢叶轮零件相对密度为99.8%,硬度为HB192,表面粗糙度约为40 μm,尺寸精度在±0.1 mm以内,稍经打磨后即可投入使用。  相似文献

为了进一步促进钠快离子导体磷酸锆钠(NaZr2(PO4)3)粉体的实际应用,本文提出了一种以氧氯化锆(ZrOCl2·8H2O)和二水磷酸二氢钠(NaH2PO4·2H2O)为原料的低温固相反应法制备NaZr2(PO4)3粉体.通过XRD,SEM和Raman等测试手段系统研究了磷酸盐用量对制备磷酸锆钠粉体的影响.结果 表明:采用超量的磷酸盐有利于纯相磷酸锆钠粉体的合成.同时当锆盐与磷酸盐的摩尔比为2∶5.4时,能够合成平均粒径1μm,尺寸均匀,分散性良好的磷酸锆钠粉体.研究发现研磨时发生的固相反应对磷酸锆钠粉体的制备有重要作用,一方面促进了无定型磷酸锆钠的产生,有利于磷酸锆钠晶体形成;另一方面原位生成的氯化钠为晶体的生长提供了良好的液相环境,促进了磷酸锆钠粉体的低温合成.该工作为磷酸锆钠粉体的大规模生产提供了一条简单有效的方法.  相似文献
