A facile, efficient and eco‐friendly catalytic protocol was developed for the synthesis of medicinally important pyran‐annulated heterocycles via multicomponent reaction (MCR). Cyclocondensation of differently substituted aromatic aldehydes, malononitrile/ethyl cyanoacetate and various β‐dicarbonyl compounds in the presence of Ag3[PMo12O40]?nH2O as heterogeneous catalyst, in EtOH–H2O, afforded diverse pyran‐fused chromene analogues. The merits observed for this approach were it being conducted via MCR, using commercially available or easily accessible starting materials in the presence of a green and easily separable heterogeneous and reusable catalyst, and affording high yields of desired products in very short reaction times with high purity in one‐pot fashion, thus providing a superior alternative approach for the synthesis of pyran‐annulated heterocycles.  相似文献

N -isopropenylbenzimidazolone undergoes a smooth reaction with triphenylphosphine and dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates to produce highly functionalized salt-free phosphorus ylides in good yields. These stabilized phosphorus ylides exist as a mixture of two geometrical isomers as a result of restricted rotation around the carbon-carbon partial double bond resulting from conjugation of the ylide moiety with the adjacent carbonyl group. These ylides are converted to dialkyl 2-(1-isopropenyl-1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)-but-2-enedioates in boiling toluene.  相似文献

Sharpless asymmetric dihydroxylation involves the reaction of an alkene with osmium tetroxide in the presence of a chiral quinine ligand to form an optically active vicinal diol. This reaction was primarily developed by Sharpless based on the already known racemic Upjohn dihydroxylation. The chiral diols obtained by Sharpless asymmetric dihydroxylation are important intermediates in organic synthesis. Herein, we emphasise the applications of Sharpless asymmetric dihydroxylation in the total synthesis of natural products.  相似文献

Microfluidic system, or lab-on-a-chip, has grown explosively. This system has been used in research for the first time and then entered in the clinical section. Due to economic reasons, this technique has been used for screening of laboratory and clinical indices. The microfluidic system solves some difficulties accompanied by clinical and biological applications. In this review, the interpretation and analysis of some recent developments in microfluidic systems in biomedical applications with more emphasis on tissue engineering and cancer will be discussed. In this work, polyaniline, polypyrrole, and polyaniline/polypyrrole composite fibers were synthesized in the absence and presence of oxidized multiwalled carbon nanotubes using electrochemical cyclic voltammetry with CF3COOH as dopant. Thermal stability of these fibers was studied by differential scanning calorimetry. Then, headspace solid-phase microextraction process coupled with gas chromatography and flame ionization detector was used for comparing extraction capability of benzaldehyde from aqueous solution. Since polyaniline fiber showed better extraction efficiency than the other fibers, its preparation conditions including acid concentration, aniline concentration, scan rate, and amount of multiwalled carbon nanotubes were studied by means of the “one-factor-at-a-time method”. The analytical performance of polyaniline fibers were investigated to determine benzaldehyde from the aqueous solution. The morphology and texture of polyaniline fibers were examined by field emission scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analyses. The attained results revealed that the perfect conditions for acid concentration, aniline concentration, scan rate, and multiwalled carbon nanotubes content were 0.5 M, 0.2 M, 25 mV s?1, and 0.02 wt%, respectively. The limit of detection for the proposed polyaniline fiber was 15 ng ml?1.  相似文献

The catalysed oxidation of CO using mass-selected Pd(13) clusters supported on thin MgO films was modelled using a microkinetic simulation of the reaction. The model of the system includes reverse spill-over calculations which were intrinsically incorporated into the formulation of the kinetics. The spill-over model is based on a capture-zone approach including a co-dependence on the variables of the kinetic equations. The experimental values were determined using dual pulsed-molecular beam measurements and recorded at a range of temperatures. The experiment allowed the turn-over frequency and reaction probability to be determined as a function of mole fraction. Comparison of the kinetic model with the experimental data gives excellent agreement and strongly highlights the importance of substrate effects. In particular, the origin of the low temperature catalysis of the Pd clusters is elucidated. The model allows the mole fraction and temperature dependent values such as the sticking coefficients for these clusters to be predicted.  相似文献
