绝对编码光栅的相位细分及其在位移测量中的应用   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
提出通过光栅条纹相位的精密测量,获取光栅高精度位移信息的方法。具体方法是对光栅图像采用多码道设计,用CCD二维图像传感器获取测量段光栅图像多码道信息。对最低码道图形的周期函数序列进行傅里叶变换、基频滤波和逆傅里叶变换获得光栅截断相位分布,其余码道信息提供相位展开的级次,以此获得测量段光栅的绝对相位分布。用光刻的手段制作了实用的绝对编码光栅,基元码道的尺寸是:27.36μm用于明条纹,27.36μm用于暗条纹,最小基元码道空间周期为54.72μm,光栅长度为14008.32μm。在步长近似3μm的位移测试中,与比对的标准仪器记录值比较,标准偏差为0.2057μm,精度在亚微米量级。重复性实验表明,位置测试的稳定性为0.09μm(标准差),得到600倍以上细分的分辨力。  相似文献

Three novel conjugated polymers bearing 3,4-bis(4-hexylthiophen-2-yl)-3-cyclobutene-1,2-dione unit in their main chain have been synthesized successfully in good yields through Suzuki or Stille coupling reaction.Their molecular structures have been confirmed by FT-IR,~1H NMR and ~(13)C NMR.All these copolymers exhibit broad and strong absorption bands in UV-vis region,and their optical band gaps are calculated to be 1.6-2.0 eV.suggesting that they have good coverage with the solar spectrum.These polymers...  相似文献

Ce0.6Mn0.4O2 catalysts with different sources of manganese and Ce0.6-xZrxMn0.4O2 mixed oxide catalysts were prepared by coprecipitation method and were characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption,TPR,XRD,and XPS techniques.The activities of the prepared catalysts for ethyl acetate combustion,and the effects of calcination temperature and space velocity on catalytic activity were investigated.The results showed that partial replacement of Mn(NO3)2 with KMnO4 as sources of manganese could improve activities of catalysts.Ce0.45Zr0.15Mn0.4O2 catalyst exhibited the best catalytic activity and high thermal stability,e.g.,T90 could be still below 210℃ even if space velocity was up to 20000h-1.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论的B3LYP方法,在6-31+G*基组水平上研究了儿茶素-胞嘧啶分子间相互作用机制,得到稳定的儿茶素-胞嘧啶复合物11个.计算结果表明氢键对于复合物的稳定性起着重要的作用,并且当复合物形成2个或更多的氢键时,氢键的类型及强度共同决定着复合物的稳定性.我们还应用了分子中的原子(AIM)理论和自然键轨道(NBO)理论对这11种复合物中氢键的性质和特征进行了分析.通过研究发现,所有的氢键复合物进行基组重叠误差(BSSE)校正后的相互作用能为-17.35~-43.27kJ/mol,相互作用能主要由氢键所贡献.振动分析显示,氢键的形成使相对应键的对称伸缩振动频率减小,说明这些复合物中形成的氢键都是正常的红移型氢键,与实验结果相一致.  相似文献

Two novel copolymers based on squaraine and fluorine units have been synthesized through palladium catalyzed Suzuki coupling reaction and Sonogashira coupling reaction,respectively.The structures and properties of the two copolymers were characterized by FT-IR.NMR,UV-vis absorbance(Abs),gel permeation chromatography(GPC),thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and cyclic voltammetry(CV).The solution absorption spectrums of P1 and P2 show two distinct absorption bands,one locates at 300-500 nm and the other at 600-800 nm.The absorption spectrums of P1 and P2 in films are broadened obviously and the spectral responses are extended up to 900 nm.Thermal gravimetric analysis demonstrates that the polymers are stable.Cyclic voltammetry experiment shows that the band gaps of the copolymers are 1.65 eV and 1.67 eV. respectively,suggesting their potential for applications as solar cells materials.  相似文献

We consider mixed finite elements for the plane elasticity system and the Stokes equation. For the unmodified Hellinger-Reissner formulation of elasticity in which the stress and displacement fields are the primary unknowns, we derive two new nonconforming mixed finite elements of triangle type. 具有超顺磁特性的Fe3O4纳米磁性粒子在外场中被极化时会产生沿极化方向的宏观磁矩,当撤销极化磁场后,利用高灵敏的高温超导量子干涉仪(SQUID)测量磁性粒子的磁弛豫行为.由于小尺度的磁性粒子磁性衰减很快,其行为遵循布朗弛豫;相较而言,通过生物待标记物连接的较大尺度磁性粒子或发生偶连的磁性团簇磁性衰减较慢,满足尼尔弛豫的条件.根据磁性颗粒的磁弛豫特性配合超导SQUID的低噪声实现对磁性粒子标记的微量生物待标记物的免疫检测.分别对平均尺寸为144nm的聚苯乙烯磁珠和406nm的二氧化硅磁珠的磁性衰减信号进行测量,得到了一些初步的实验结果.前者聚苯乙烯磁珠样品因磁珠尺寸太小,磁弛豫太快,未见明显的响应曲线;而后者的弛豫曲线遵循尼尔弛豫指数关系.结果表明粒子的有效弛豫依赖于磁性团簇的尺度.并且通过加大极化场,可以增强磁珠的尼尔弛豫信号,提高测量灵敏度。  相似文献
