Surface‐diffusion‐induced spontaneous Ga incorporation process is demonstrated in ZnO nanowires grown on GaN substrate. Crucially, contrasting distributions of Ga atoms in axial and radial directions are experimentally observed. Ga atoms uniformly distribute along the ~10 μm long ZnO nanowire and show a rapidly gradient distribution in the radial direction, which is attributed substantially to the difference between surface and volume diffusion. The understanding on the incorporation process can potentially modulate doping and properties in semiconductor nanomaterials.

Stereoselective analyses of flecainide enantiomers were performed using reversed‐phase high‐performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) equipped with a polysaccharide‐based chiral column (Chiralpak AS‐RH) and fluorescence detector. Excitation and emission wavelengths were set at 300 and 370 nm, respectively. Flecainide enantiomers in serum and urine were extracted using diethyl ether. The mobile phase solution, comprising 0.1 m potassium hexafluorophosphate and acetonitrile (65:35, v/v), was pumped at a flow rate of 0.5 mL/min. The recoveries of flecainide enantiomers were greater than 94%, with the coefficients of variation (CVs) <6%. The calibration curves of flecainide enantiomers in serum and urine were linear in the concentration range 5–500 ng/mL and 0.75–15 µg/mL (r > 0.999), respectively. CVs in intra‐day and inter‐day assays were 1.8–5.8 and 3.4–7.5%, respectively. In a pharmacokinetic study, the ratios of (S)‐ to (R)‐flecainide (S/R ratio) in the area under the curve and the amount of flecainide enantiomers excreted in urine were lower in a subject carrying CYP2D6*10/*10 than in subjects carrying CYP2D6*1/*2. The S/R ratio of trough serum flecainide concentration ranged from 0.79 to 1.16 in patients receiving oral flecainide. The present HPLC method can be used to assess hepatic flecainide metabolism in a pharmacokinetic study and therapeutic drug monitoring. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this study, a fast and quantitative determination method for branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), namely leucine, isoleucine, and valine, was developed using a pillar array column. A pillar array column with low-dispersion turns was fabricated on a 20?×?20-mm2 microchip using multistep ultraviolet photolithography and deep reactive ion etching. The BCAAs were fluorescently labeled with 4-fluoro-7-nitro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole (NBD-F), followed by reversed-phase separation on the pillar array column. The NBD derivatives of the three BCAAs and an internal standard (6-aminocaproic acid) were separated in 100 s. The calibration curves for the NBD-BCAAs had good linearity in the range of 0.4–20 μM, using an internal standard. The intra- and interday precisions were found to be in the ranges of 1.42–3.80 and 2.74–6.97 %, respectively. The accuracies for the NBD-BCAA were from 90.2 to 99.1 %. The method was used for the analysis of sports drink and human plasma samples. The concentrations of BCAAs determined by the developed method showed good agreements with those determined using a conventional high-performance liquid chromatography system. As BCAAs are important biomarkers of some diseases, these results showed that the developed method could be a potential diagnostic tool in clinical research.  相似文献

Tetrakis(di-tert-butylmethylsilyl)tetragermacyclobutadiene]ruthenium tricarbonyl [η4-(But 2MeSi)4Ge4]Ru(CO)3 is synthesized. This analogue of well-known cyclobutadiene transition metal complexes bears a tetragermacyclobutadiene derivative as ligand. The structure and spectroscopic parameters of the complex are compared with those of its iron-containing analogue [η4-(But 2MeSi)4Ge4]Fe(CO)3. Based on experimental data and results of quantum chemical calculations, it is shown that the π-donating ability of ligands increases upon replacement of carbon atoms in the cyclobutadiene moiety by silicon or germanium atoms, tetrasilacyclobutadiene and tetragermacyclobutadiene being comparable in π-donating activity.  相似文献

Polymerization of α-aminoisobutyric acid NCA by alkaline salts of various basicity as well as amines has been investigated. The study was focused on the effect on the initial polymerization rate of additives such as N-acetylglycine NCA and some other less electrophilic additives (l-acetyl-2-pyrrolidone, 3-acetyl-2-oxazolidone, 1-acetyl-3-methylhydantoin) which are all models of the growing chain end produced by the NCA anion pathway. The acetyl endgroup was detected by 250 MHz 1H-NMR in all the polymers of α-aminoisobutyric acid NCA obtained in the presence of l-acetyl-3-methylhydantoin and triethyl amine or sodium methoxide initiators, whereas the additives influenced variously the kinetics of polymerization according to the nature of the initiator used. The results were interpreted in the light of a multiple mechanism supposing the simultaneous presence of the initiator anion, its conjugate acid, and NCA anion for basic salt initiation. Thus, the observed effect has to be considered as the sum of an elementary acceleration due to NCA anion and of an elementary deceleration due to the initiator anion. Predominance of the pathways involving NCA anion could be shown this way. This conclusion could be extended to γ-benxyl-L-glutamate NCA which is a more reactive NCA. However, the deceleration observed with some additives led us to believe that a nonnegligible participation of initiator anion during initiation cannot be excluded.  相似文献

A new H-bonded crystal [RuIII(Him)3(Im)3] with three imidazole (Him) and three imidazolate (Im) groups was prepared to obtain a higher-temperature proton conductor than a Nafion membrane with water driving. The crystal is constructed by complementary N−H⋅⋅⋅N H-bonds between the RuIII complexes and has a rare Icy-c* cubic network topology with a twofold interpenetration without crystal anisotropy. The crystals show a proton conductivity of 3.08×10−5 S cm−1 at 450 K and a faster conductivity than those formed by only HIms. The high proton conductivity is attributed to not only molecular rotations and hopping motions of HIm frameworks that are activated at ∼113 K, but also isotropic whole-molecule rotation of [RuIII(Him)3(Im)3] at temperatures greater than 420 K. The latter rotation was confirmed by solid-state 2H NMR spectroscopy; probable proton conduction routes were predicted and theoretically considered.  相似文献
