对硫化镉反蛋白石结构光子晶体薄膜进行了可控合成,用巯基乙酸修饰的纳米晶和P(St-MMA-SPMAP)高分子小球共组装,成功地构筑了反蛋白石结构并用于可见光光解水产氢。结果表明,在可见光(λ≥420 nm)照射下,Cd S-310反蛋白石结构薄膜的光解水产氢性能比硫化镉纳米颗粒提高了一倍。这主要是因为等级孔结构反蛋白石光子晶体特性对催化剂的光催化性能的提升:首先,反蛋白石的周期性结构增加了光子在材料中的传播,提高了催化剂对太阳光的利用率;同时,大孔孔壁是由纳米颗粒堆积而成的,在反应中提供了更多的反应活性位点;此外,孔结构有利于物质的传输和分子的吸附。  相似文献

本文研究了对溴偶氮氯膦与钪在盐酸介质中的显色反应。在波长740nm,络合物的摩尔吸光系数为7.0×10~4,7~18μg Sc_2O_3/25ml符合比尔定律。采用流动注射分光光度法,联合使用微型计算机,测出工作曲线的线性范围为5~45μg Sc_2O_3/25ml,比普通分光光度法扩大1.5倍。应用于测定岩矿中的微量钪,方法快速、准确。  相似文献

In this study,Meconopsis integrifolia(Maxim.)Franch. was taken as the research object. The effects of the number,content range and standard deviation(SD)of the modeling set on near infrared(NIR)qualitative and quantitative model performance were discussed using root mean square error(RMSE)and related coefficient(R) values as evaluation indexes. The results showed that the model effect first decreased,then increased,and finally tended to be stable with the increase of the number of samples.The model worked best at the modeling number of 120,and tended to be stable basically when the sample number reached 240. As a result,the content had no effect on the model performance under the same number of modeling set,but the model worked better when the content range was wide. The influence analysis of SD to model indicated that within the same sample concentration,the SD value of the sample set was not directly related to the model effect. When it came to the same sample number with different SD,the performance of the model increased with the increase of SD values. In conclusion,this study indicated that in NIR modeling,the model performance was not enhanced with the increasing of sample number. When selecting modeling samples,the content range of the samples should be as wide as possible,and there should be a certain degree of dispersion. © 2023, Youke Publishing Co.,Ltd. Lidamycin (LDM), a promising enediyne antitumor antibiotic, was quantified by detecting lidamycin enediyne chromophore (LDC) using liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC‐MS/MS) for the first time. A simple, rapid and reliable method was developed and validated to determine LDC and its aromatized derivative (LDCA) simultaneously in plasma. Puerarin was used as an internal standard (IS), and plasma samples were pretreated with one‐step precipitation by acetonitrile. Separation was achieved on a reverse‐phase C18 column with a mobile phase composed of methanol and water containing 5 mm ammonium acetate at pH 3.5 in gradient elution mode. Detection was performed on a triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer using electrospray ionization (ESI) by multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) in the negative ion mode. Good linearity was obtained over the concentration range of 0.2–100 µg/mL for LDM. Precision and accuracy were validated by RSD% values in the range of 2.6–13.0% and RE% values between ?4.6 and 3.8%, respectively. In addition, no specificity and matrix effects were observed. The recovery was found to be 99.2–111.0% and stability in various conditions was found to be acceptable. Mitochondrial aldehyde dehydrogenase 2 (ALDH2) is an important enzyme response for the metabolism or detoxification of toxic aldehydes, in particular acetaldehyde and 4-hydroxynonenal (4-HNE), which were important risk factors for acute alcoholism and stroke respectively. A special variant ALDH212 with reduced enzymatic activity was carried by a high percentage of East Asians, especially Han Chinese, and that could increase the risk of these diseases further. Therefore, ALDH2 activators had important potential clinical values. N-benzylbenzamide compounds represented by Alda-1 were the only ALDH2-specific activators that have been reported so far. In this study, three new classes of compounds were modified from Alda-1 to improve their water-solubility and then drug-like properties. The results showed that all compounds had increased water solubility and two classes of compounds exhibited good activation activity. Among them, compound I-6 showed the best activity.  相似文献

When DCTA is used as the titrant,benzilic acid is a specific masking agent for Ti (IV).Using the DCTA-benzilic acid masicing method and spectrophotometric end point,90 ppb of Ti can be [selectively titrated.Micro-quantities of Ti in quartz samples can be accurately titrated without prior seperation.We have found that malonic acid is a specific masking agent for Al.When it is used simultaneously with benzilic acid,Ti and Al or Ti,Al and Fe (II) can be titrated stepwise.  相似文献
