Investigation of Heisenberg algebra for a modified anti-de Sitter and modified antiSnyder models

In this paper,we consider a possible modification of the de Sitter and anti-de Sitter space for the extended uncertainty principle.For the modified anti-de Sitter model we discuss the representation and wave functions of the momentum operator for a one-dimensional box problem.Also,we consider modified Snyder and anti-Snyder models for the generalized uncertainty principle.Then,we assume the Hamiltonian with different potential and solve the Heisenberg algebra for the modified(anti)-de Sitter and(anti)-Snyder models in both position and in the momentum space.     

MASS SPECTROMETRIC STUDIES ON SPIROCYCLIC DERIVATIVES OF CYCLODIPHOSPH(V)AZANES

Abstract

The formation and subsequent fragmentation of spirocyclodiphosph(V)azanes (II-III) has been studied by mass spectrometry using the link-field scan technique and structural inferencies are drawn from these data. ³¹P nmr measurements for compound (III) are also described.     

Synthesis,antioxidant and antimicrobial properties of novel pyridyl-carbonyl thiazoles as dendrodoine analogs

Marine compound dendrodoine was first obtained from tunicate species ( Dendrodo grossularia ). It has a five-membered ring, namely, it is a heterocycle thiadiazole, which is found rarely in natural sources . Following its biological activities, novel analogs have been investigated recently. Synthesis of the analogs for this study is realized with uncommon thiazole closure, including methylene-carbonyl condensation. Structures are elucidated by NMR ( ¹ , ¹³ C) and HRMS spectrums. As an alkaloid derivative, antioxidant properties were evaluated with DPPH and FRAP assays and antimicrobial effect with microdilution method. Among the series, 3bc-3cf showed higher antioxidant activity than those having 3 or 4-pyridyl substituents. There is lesser activity for 2-pyridyl activity for 2-pyridyl containing group, which may be a result of intramolecular interactions. No activity was observed against gram-negative bacteria at 250 μg/mL. 3ae and 3ce showed activity at 64 μg/mL against S. aureus and 3ae showed activity at 16 μg/mL against S. epidermidis gram-positive bacteria. Chloramphenicol showed activity against all microorganisms at 8–16 μg/mL. Sixteen original dendrodoine analogs have been defined by close/higher activity compared to dendrodoine analogs and Trolox.     

Sensitive Nucleic Acid Detection at NH2‐MWCNTs Modified Glassy Carbon Electrode and its Application for Monitoring of Gemcitabine‐DNA Interaction

An electrochemical dsDNA nanobiosensor was fabricated using amino‐functionalized multi walled carbon nanotubes modified glassy carbon electrode (NH₂fMWCNTs/GCE) for the sensitive detection of DNA bases and electrochemical monitoring of drug‐DNA interaction. The influence of functional groups on MWCNT was studied by MWCNT functionalized with NH₂ (NH₂fMWCNTs) and COOH (COOHfMWCNT) groups based on the signal of DNA bases. The modified electrodes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy. One layer of calf thymus double stranded deoxyribonucleic acid (ct‐dsDNA) was immobilized onto the NH₂fMWCNTs/GCE (dsDNA/NH₂fMWCNTs/GCE). The dsDNA/NH₂fMWCNTs/GCE were used to investigate the interaction between the dsDNA and the anticancer drug gemcitabine by differential pulse voltammetry in acetate buffer of pH 4.70. For the confirmation of interaction, the lowering in intensity of the current signals of guanine and adenine was considered as an indicator. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy studies were performed for the comparison of the modified surfaces. In order to define and visualize the interaction mechanism between gemcitabine and dsDNA/NH₂fMWCNTs/GCE at the molecular level, in silico methods including docking and molecular dynamics simulations were employed.     

Reduction of nitriles into aldehydes using a TMDS/V(O)(OiPr)3 reducing system

A simple and convenient method for the chemoselective reduction of nitriles into aldehydes using a 1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane (TMDS)/triisopropoxyvanadium(V) oxide reducing system is described. Aromatic as well as aliphatic nitriles are reduced into the corresponding aldehydes in moderate to good yields.     

Strong ideal convergence in probabilistic metric spaces

In the present paper we introduce the concepts of strongly ideal convergent sequence and strong ideal Cauchy sequence in a probabilistic metric (PM) space endowed with the strong topology, and establish some basic facts. Next, we define the strong ideal limit points and the strong ideal cluster points of a sequence in this space and investigate some properties of these concepts.

Iron-catalyzed selective reduction of nitro compounds to amines

An efficient reduction of the nitro group with a catalytic amount of Fe(acac)₃ and TMDS in THF at 60 °C affording the corresponding amine is described.
