Hydroxyapatite‐supported gold nanoparticles (Au/HAP) can act as a highly active and reusable catalyst for the coupling of hydrosilanes with amines under mild conditions. Various silylamines can be selectively obtained from diverse combinations of equimolar amounts of hydrosilanes with amines including less reactive bulky hydrosilanes. This study also highlights the applicability of Au/HAP to the selective synthesis of silylamides through the coupling of hydrosilanes with amides, demonstrating the first example of an efficient heterogeneous catalyst. Moreover, Au/HAP shows high reusability and applicability for gram‐scale synthesis.  相似文献

Aqueous self-assembly of short peptides has attracted growing attention for the construction of supramolecular materials for various bioapplications. Herein, we describe how the thermolysin-assisted biocatalytic construction of a dipeptide hydrazide from an N-protected amino acid and an amino acid hydrazide leads to the formation of thermally stable supramolecular hydrogels. In addition, we demonstrate the post-assembly modification of the supramolecular architectures constructed in situ tethering hydrazide groups as a chemical handle by means of fluorescence imaging.  相似文献

Abstract

An aliphatic ester of hydroxysalicylic acid (6), reported for the first time from a natural source in addition to five known compounds were isolated from the fermented Carica papaya L. preparation, a commercialized functional food. The known compounds were identified as 5-hydroxymethylfurfuraldehyde (1), trans-caffeic acid (2), butyl 4-hydroxybenzoate (butylparaben) (3), lycopene (4), benzyl isothiocyanate (5). Compounds 1 and 3 were reported for the first time from Papaya fruits through this study. The new compound showed a moderate antioxidant activity and a potent hair growth stimulating activity in vitro.  相似文献

The mechanism of the electrorheological (ER) effect in two types of liquid crystalline polymer (LCP)/dimethylsiloxane (DMS) blends was investigated by rheological measurements and by structure observation under electric field and shear flow. The results show that the phase structures of these immiscible blends can be categorized into slipping (low viscosity) and non-slipping (high viscosity) states. In the non-slipping state, higher viscosity LCP domains connect the electrodes. In the slipping state, on the other hand, LCP domains do not connect the electrodes and the shear is mainly confined in the lower viscosity DMS domains. The ER effect (electrically induced viscosity increase) originates from the electrically induced slipping to non-slipping transition. In one of the blends, the ER effect occurs only at high shear rate, since this blend is in non-slipping state even under no field if the shear rate is low. In order to provide a macromolecular prodrug of 5-fluorouracil (5FU) reducing the side effects, having an affinity for tumor cells, and exhibiting strong antitumor activity, the covalent attachments of 5FUs to chitosan and chitosamino-oligosaccharide (COS) through hexamethylene spacer groups via urea, urea bonds were carried out. The effect of prolongation of life was tested in vivo against p388 lyrnphocytic leukemia in female CDF, mice by intra-peritoneal (i.p.) transplantation/i.p. injection and the growth-inhibitory effect on Meth-A fibrosarcoma or MH-134Y heputoma was evaluated in vivo in SPF-C3H/He scl male or Balb/c male mice by subcutaneous (s.c.) implantation/intravenous (i.v.) injection. This article reviews recent topics on the polymerization of substituted acetylenes, focusing on the synthesis of poly(diphenylacetylenes) and the living polymerization of phenylacetylenes. Diphenylacetylene (DPA) polymerizes with TaCls-n-Bu4Sn to give a polymer which is thermally very stable but insoluble in any solvents. DPAs with various groups (e.g.,p-Me3Si,m-Me3Ge, p-t-Bu,and_p-PhO) polymerize similarly. These polymers are soluble and their M¯w's reach 1 × 106 to 3 × 106. Some of them are more gas-permeable than poly(dimethylsiloxane). Several acetylenes (e.g., ClC -n-C6H13 and HCUC-t-Bu) have been found to undergo living polymerization with MoOCl4-n-Bu4Sn-EtOH. Whereas phenylacetylene (PA) does not polymerize in a living fashion, ortho-substituents in PA more or less suppress termination and chain transfer. PAs with bulky ortho groups (e.g., CF3 and Me3Ge) especially undergo virtually ideal living polymerization.  相似文献

Oxygen-sensitive and near-infrared (NIR) luminescent YbIII coordination polymers incorporating ligands based on pyrene derivatives were synthesized: YbIII–TBAPy and YbIII–TIAPy (TBAPy: 1,3,6,8-tetrakis(p-benzoate)pyrene; TIAPy: 1,3,6,8-tetrakis(3,5-isophthalic acid)pyrene). The coordination structures of these materials have been characterized by means of electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, X-ray diffraction analysis, and thermogravimetric analysis. Moreover, the porous structure of YbIII–TIAPy has been evaluated by measuring its N2 adsorption isotherm. The NIR luminescence properties of YbIII–TBAPy and YbIII–TIAPy have been examined by acquiring emission spectra and determining emission lifetimes under air or argon and in vacuo. YbIII–TIAPy exhibited high thermal stability (with a decomposition temperature of 400 °C), intense luminescence (with an emission quantum yield under argon of 6.6 %), and effective oxygen-sensing characteristics. These results suggest that NIR luminescent YbIII coordination polymers prepared using pyrene derivatives could have applications in novel thermo-stable oxygen sensors.  相似文献
