The method of attenuated total internal reflection Fourier transform IR spectroscopy has been used to study the oxidation kinetics of the biomolecular components of the eukaryotic cancerous HeLa cells initiated by the photogenerated charges on TiO2. It was shown that the organic material of the cells on the porous film of the TiO2 nanoparticles was mineralized in a such way that the TiO2 surface was purified. The basic organic groups of Amide-I, Amide-II and phosphate were oxidized at different rates. Amide-II oxidized most rapidly, then followed Amide-I. The phosphate was the most resistant to oxidation.  相似文献

A catalyst based on plasma-chemical β-SiC and TiO2 with a palladium content of 10 wt % has been synthesized. The dependence of the rate of the CO oxidation reaction at room temperature and low CO concentrations (less than 100 mg/m3) on the β-SiC content has been studied. It has been found that with a β-SiC content of 8 to 10 wt %, the catalyst has a maximum reaction rate, which is three times that on a catalyst based on pure TiO2 including palladium clusters. The catalysts are promising for use in catalytic and photocatalytic air purification systems.  相似文献

The product composition of photocatalytic oxidation of vaporized sevoflurane, a next-generation fluorinated inhalation anesthetic, has been studied. It has been found that the final products of oxidation are carbon dioxide and hydrogen fluoride. The possibility of complete chemical absorption of the evolved hydrogen fluoride by a lime absorber during the course of the photocatalytic reaction has been shown. A safe scheme for using photocatalysis is recommended for purifying air to remove vapors of halogen-containing anesthetics under medical hospital conditions.  相似文献

The kinetics and mechanism of the photoinduced reaction of water oxidation with potassium persulfate in the presence of the tris(bipyridyl) complex bpy3RuCl2 ? 6H2O as a photosensitizer and the trinuclear ruthenium complex (NH3)5Ru–O–Ru(NH3)4–O–Ru(NH3)5Cl6 have been studied. It has been shown that this complex is converted to a more active water oxidation catalyst when four or five NH3 ligands are replaced by oxygen atoms.  相似文献

New hybrid structures of fullerene C60 and an amphiphilic copolymer of N-vinylpyrrolidone with lauryl methacrylate and triethylene glycol dimethacrylate have been obtained via solubilization of fullerene by individual macromolecules and their micelle-like aggregates that form in isopropyl alcohol. The volume ratios of copolymer and C60 solutions in toluene at which there is suppression of aggregation of fullerene and fullerene–polymer particles and the existence of stable hybrid structures in solution have been found. With the use of absorption electron spectroscopy, it has been shown that, with time, fullerene undergoes binding to donor groups of the copolymer and forms a donor–acceptor complex. According to the data of optical microscopy, fullerene is homogeneously distributed as spherical aggregates in the solid polymer matrix.  相似文献

A catalyst based on TiO2 and nanodiamond with a 10 wt % palladium content of the catalyst was synthesized. The effect of the nanodiamond content on the catalytic properties in a reaction of CO oxidation at room temperature and low concentrations of CO (<100 mg/m3) was studied. It was established that, at a nanodiamond content of the catalyst from 7 to 9 wt % and a palladium content of 10 wt %, the rate of CO oxidation reached a maximum, and it was higher by a factor of 2.5 than the rate of CO oxidation on a catalyst based on pure TiO2, which included palladium clusters. With the use of transmission electron microscopy, XRD X-ray diffractometry, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, it was found that the clusters of palladium covered with palladium oxide with an average cluster size of 4 nm were formed on the surface of the TiO2 carrier. It was assumed that the catalyst synthesized is promising for applications in catalytic and photocatalytic air-cleaning systems.  相似文献
