The catalyst-free multi-component reactions of aldehydes, malononitrile, and sodium azide at a relatively low temperature in magnetized water provided 5-substituted 1H-tetrazoles in high-to-excellent yields. In this work, the structural and magnetic properties of Tb3 (Fe28−xCox) V1.0 (x=0, 3, 6) compounds have been investigated. The structural characterization of compounds by X-ray powder diffraction is an evidence for a monoclinic Nd3(Fe, Ti)29-type structure (A2/m space group). The refined lattice parameters a and b (but not c) and the unit cell volume V, obtained from the XRD data by the Rietveld method, are found to decrease with increasing Co concentration. The unit cell parameters behavior has been attributed to the smaller Co atoms and a preferential substitution of Fe by Co. The anisotropy field (Ha) as well as critical field (Hcr) was measured using the singular point detection (SPD) technique from 5 to 300 K in a pulsed magnetic field of up to 30 T. At T=5 K, a FOMP of type 2 was observed for all samples and persists at all temperatures up to 300 K. For sample x=0, Hcr=10.6 and 2.0 T at 5 and 300 K, respectively, is equal to that reported earlier. The occurrence of canting angles between the magnetic sublattices during the magnetization process instead of high-order anisotropy contributions (at room temperature are usually negligible) has been considered to explain the survival of the FOMP at room temperature. The anisotropy and critical fields behave differently for samples with x=0, 3 compared with x=6. The observed behavior has been related to the fact that the Co substitution for Fe takes place with a preferential entrance in the inequivalent crystallographic sites of the 3:29 structure. The contribution of the Tb-sublattice in the Tb3(Fe, V)29 compound with uniaxial anisotropy has been scaled from the anisotropy field measured on a Y3(Fe, V)29 single crystal with easy plane anisotropy.  相似文献

This work presents a sol‐gel based biosensor for atrazine determination which has been obtained by introducing the enzyme polyphenol oxidase from apple tissue in a sol‐gel matrix. Apple tissue acts as a molecular recognition element. Atrazine is an inactive compound electrochemically; redox coupling of dopamine was used for studying atrazine behavior. Atrazine was determined by monitoring the inhibition power of polyphenol oxidase activity. The measurements were performed in 0.1 M KH2PO4‐NaOH buffer (pH 7.5). The effect of various experimental parameters such as pH, concentration of buffer, concentration of dopamine, incubation time and matrix composition has been investigated for optimum analytical performance. The biosensor consisted of 10.3% (w/w) of apple tissue. The bioelectrode exhibits a linear response for dopamine and atrazine concentrations in the range of 5.66 × 10?6?2.27 × 10?3M and 1 × 10?5 ?1 × 10?4 M with a detection limit of 4.2 × 10?6 and 5.5 × 10?6 M, respectively. A correlation coefficient of 0.9945 and a relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) of 3.29% for dopamine, 0.9944 and 3.69% for a trazine were achieved.  相似文献

Lanthanum oxide nanoparticles were synthesized via thermal decomposition method of the lanthanum nitrate in the presence of citric acid or starch as emulsifier. The effects of emulsifier and calcination temperature were investigated on the phase transformation and particle size distribution of the products. La2O3 nanoparticles were synthesized by drying lanthanum precursor and emulsifier solution, followed by calcination process at 600 and 900°C, respectively. Products were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared (FT‐IR) spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction (XRD), thermal analysis (TG/DTA) and nitrogen adsorption method (porous characteristics). The morphology of the samples analyzed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Average crystallite size of the products was calculated by XRD data and average particle size was measured from the TEM micrographs. Lanthanum dioxycarbonate in different forms of the tetragonal and monoclinic is crystallized in the presence of citric acid and starch during the calcination at 600°C, respectively. The hexagonal structure, however, is detected as the only crystalline phase formed by calcination at 900°C.  相似文献
