助剂对镍基催化剂催化裂解生物质气化焦油性能的影响   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
 采用等体积浸渍法制备了不同助剂 (Fe, Mg, Mn 和 Ce) 修饰的镍-凹凸棒石粘土基催化剂 (Ni/PG), 并用于催化裂解生物质气化焦油反应. 采用 X 射线衍射和透射电子显微镜对 Ni/PG 催化剂进行了表征, 并用总碳分析仪测定了催化剂上的积炭. 结果表明, 助剂的种类及其含量对催化剂性能的影响显著, 在所选用的助剂中, Fe 助剂入最有利于提高 Ni/PG 催化剂上焦油的去除率和 H2 的收率, 且随助剂 Fe 含量的增加, 催化剂活性逐渐提高.  相似文献

Phytochelatin synthase (PCS) is a key enzyme involved in the synthesis of phytochelatins, which are thought to play important roles in heavy metal detoxification. The sacred lotus (Nelumbo nucifera), one of the most popular ornamental species, has been shown to be a potential phytoremediator of heavy metal polluted water. However, the phytochelatin synthase gene in N. nucifera has not been identified yet. Here, we report the isolation and function characterization of a N. nucifera homologue of phytochelatin synthase. The sequence obtained shares a high degree of similarity with PCSs from other plant species and was named as Nelumbo nucifera phytochelatin synthase1 (NnPCS1). By using quantitative RT-PCR, we found that the expression of NnPCS1 in leaves of N. nucifera was dramatically increased in response to Cadmium (Cd) treatment. We further showed that, when exposed to Cd stress, Arabidopsis transgenic plants heterologous expressing NnPCS1 accumulated more Cd when compared with wild type. These results suggest that NnPCS1 involved in the response of N. nucifera to Cd stress and may represent a useful target gene for the phytoremediation of Cd-polluted water.  相似文献

通过实验得到了非均匀布风流化床内示踪颗粒在床层内的运动历程,以及床层内颗粒的浓度分布随时间的变化,并发纳得到颗料在非均匀布风的内旋流流化床中不同区域的扩散系数,内旋流流化床颗粒的纵向扩散系数和横向扩散系数大小相近,横向扩散系数明显大于均匀布风的鼓泡床的横向扩散系数,具有较好的横向扩散特性,有利于使流化床内横向不均匀的状况得到改善。  相似文献

Sedimentary palygorskite (SP) and hydrothermal palygorskite (HP) were characterized by XRF, TG/DSC, and XRD. The total iron and dissociative iron in palygorskite were detected using spectrophotometry. The results showed that about 3.57 wt% of Fe2O3 was detected in SP in contrast with 0.4 wt% in HP. SP was a Fe-substituted palygorskite, and HP was an Al-rich palygorskite. The occurrence of Fe substitution in SP resulted in two mass loss steps of coordinated water and resulted in a larger d spacing. The SP showed greater thermal stability than the HP. It was proposed the change of (200) diffraction peak and (240) diffraction peak reflect changes of tetrahedral and octahedral structures in palygorskite.  相似文献

以酸化蒙脱土/氯化锌作为催化剂,二碳酸二叔丁酯与一系列酚、醇和羧酸类化合物在120 ℃封管条件下反应,合成了叔丁醚和叔丁酯类衍生物,方法简单,经济可靠,环境友好,后处理方便,收率为61%~75%,产物结构经1H NMR,ESI-MS确证。 探讨了溶剂、温度、金属离子等因素对反应收率的影响,并提出了可能的反应机理。 为今后该类化合物的合成提供了一种新的方法。  相似文献

Highly ordered submicron spherical Fe-MCM-48 was successfully synthesized by a mixed surfactant method using cheap water glass as silica source. The gyroid like structure of MCM-48 was captured by a TEM image for the first time, and it was corresponded well to the previous simulated gyroid model. A tentative mechanism of homogenization cooperative process involving the Helmholtz double electrical layer was purposed. After the loading of metal Ag, the resulting Ag/Fe-MCM-48 catalyst showed good catalytic performance in the catalytic combustion of benzene.  相似文献

An efficient and metal-free Di-tert-butyl peroxide (DTBP)-promoted dual oxidative amination annulation of 2-amino arylsulfonamide with methylarene has been developed. 为防止大北天然气集输过程中管道结蜡,针对大北天然气处理厂天然气和石蜡的性质,以丙烯酸高碳醇酯(丙烯酸十二酯、丙烯酸十八酯)、顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)和4-烯丙基苯甲醚(AA)为原料合成了两种防蜡剂EMAAA-12和EMAAA-18;通过全温域模拟相图、析蜡曲线和FBRM粒径分布分析了防蜡剂对天然气物性的影响。结果表明:添加防蜡剂后的析蜡曲线向低温区偏移,防蜡剂可显著降低天然气的析蜡点温度。随着温度降低,大弦长粒子的数量整体增加,而粒径分布无明显突变。防蜡剂自身超支化结构有益于与石蜡相互作用形成共晶,抑制石蜡晶体的长大和自身聚结,从而达到防蜡的效果。  相似文献
