Hetrocyclic Thiones and Their Analogs in Reactions of 1,3-Dipolar Addition: VI. Reactions of Thiazoline-2-thione with Nitrile Imines

Reactions of thiazoline-2-thione with C,N-disubstituted nitrile imines were investigated. The reaction products are substituted 2-(1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-ylideneamino)ethanethiols and bis[2-(1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-ylideneamino)ethyl] disulfides. The reaction of thiazoline-2-thione with a double excess of nitrile imine did not considerably change the process route. The structure of compounds obtained was proved by X-ray diffraction analysis. Cyclization of 2-Azido-3-(alkyl-<Emphasis Type="Italic">N</Emphasis>-nitrosoamino)-1,4-naphthoquinones to 1-Alkyl-1<Emphasis Type="Italic">H</Emphasis>-naphtho[2,3-<Emphasis Type="Italic">d</Emphasis>][1,2,3]triazole-4,9-dione 2-Oxides

Reaction of 2-Benzothiazolethione with C-Ethoxycarbonyl-N-phenylnitrilimine

Determination of bioactive compounds by catalytic method coupled with planar chromatography

The promoting effect of collagen and inhibiting effect of α-alanine on the catalytic activity of copper(II) in the oxidation of 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine with ammonium persulfate and the reduction of iron(III) with sodium thiosulfate, respectively, have been found. A method combining planar chromatography with the subsequent catalytic determination of collagen after desorption from a plate and methods of sorption-catalytlic determination of histamine and α-alanine directly on the support have been developed with limits of detection 2 × 10^?14, 5 × 10^?7, and 8 × 10^?14 M for histamine, α-alanine, and collagen, respectively. Separation by paper and thin-layer chromatography allowed a substantial increase in the selectivity of catalytic determination. The methods were used to determine histamine in human saliva and collagen and α-alanine in cosmetics.     

Synthesis and base-catalyzed cleavage of 1-aryl-4,9-dioxo-1H-naphtho[2,3-d][1,2,3]triazole 2-oxides

A method was developed for the synthesis of 1H-1-arylnaphtho[2,3-d][1,2,3]triazole-4,9-dione 2-oxides based on 2-arylamino-3-chloro-1,4-naphthoquinones. The reaction of 1H-1-arylnaphtho[2,3-d][1,2,3]triazole-4,9-dione 2-oxides with an ethanolic alkali solution affords 2-{[1-(aryl)-2-oxido-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]carbonyl}benzoic acids.     

Synthesis of 3-alkyl-5-arylamino-6,11-dihydro-3H-anthra[1,2-d]-[1,2,3]triazole-6,11-dione 2-oxides by nitrosation of 3-alkylamino-5-arylamino-6H-anthra[1,9-cd]isoxazol-6-ones

Nitrosation of 3-alkylamino-5-arylamino-6H-anthra[1,9-cd]isoxazol-6-ones with sodium nitrite in acetic acid leads to the formation of the corresponding unstable N-nitroso derivatives which are converted into 3-alkyl-5-arylamino-6,11-dihydro-3H-anthra[1,2-d][1,2,3]triazole-6,11-dione 2-oxides on heating.     

Heterocyclic Thiones and Their Analogs in 1,3-Dipolar Cycloaddition Reactions: II. Reactions of Benzothiazole-2-thione with Nitrilimines

Benzothiazole-2-thione reacted with C,N-disubstituted nitrilimines to give the corresponding bis-[2-(1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-ylideneamino)phenyl] disulfides. In some cases, -(1,3-benzothiazol-2-ylsulfanyl)-(-R)-alkanone arylhydrazones were formed as by-products. The structure of the isolated compounds was proved by X-ray analysis.     

Heterocyclic thiones and their analogs in 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition: VII. Reaction of 4-methyl-1,3-thiazole-2(3<Emphasis Type="Italic">H</Emphasis>)-thiones with nitrile imines

Reactions of 4-methyl-1,3-thiazole-2(3H)-thiones with various C,N-disubstituted nitrile imines occurred by the common [3+2]-cycloaddition scheme leading to the formation in general of stable spiro compounds. In reactions of o-nitrophenylnitrile imines acyclic compounds were the main products.     

Synthesis of 4(6)-amino-6(4)-halo-2,1,3-benzoxadiazoles

By reactions of 4-amino-2,6-dihalonitrosobenzenes with sodium azide and 4,6-dihalo-2,1,3-benzoxadiazoles with amines a group of 2,1,3-benzoxadiazole aminoderivatives was prepared.
