Reactions of thiazoline-2-thione with C,N-disubstituted nitrile imines were investigated. The reaction products are substituted 2-(1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-ylideneamino)ethanethiols and bis[2-(1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-ylideneamino)ethyl] disulfides. The reaction of thiazoline-2-thione with a double excess of nitrile imine did not considerably change the process route. The structure of compounds obtained was proved by X-ray diffraction analysis. The promoting effect of collagen and inhibiting effect of α-alanine on the catalytic activity of copper(II) in the oxidation of 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine with ammonium persulfate and the reduction of iron(III) with sodium thiosulfate, respectively, have been found. A method combining planar chromatography with the subsequent catalytic determination of collagen after desorption from a plate and methods of sorption-catalytlic determination of histamine and α-alanine directly on the support have been developed with limits of detection 2 × 10?14, 5 × 10?7, and 8 × 10?14 M for histamine, α-alanine, and collagen, respectively. Separation by paper and thin-layer chromatography allowed a substantial increase in the selectivity of catalytic determination. The methods were used to determine histamine in human saliva and collagen and α-alanine in cosmetics. 相似文献

A method was developed for the synthesis of 1H-1-arylnaphtho[2,3-d][1,2,3]triazole-4,9-dione 2-oxides based on 2-arylamino-3-chloro-1,4-naphthoquinones. The reaction of 1H-1-arylnaphtho[2,3-d][1,2,3]triazole-4,9-dione 2-oxides with an ethanolic alkali solution affords 2-{[1-(aryl)-2-oxido-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]carbonyl}benzoic acids. 相似文献

Benzothiazole-2-thione reacted with C,N-disubstituted nitrilimines to give the corresponding bis-[2-(1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-ylideneamino)phenyl] disulfides. In some cases, -(1,3-benzothiazol-2-ylsulfanyl)-(-R)-alkanone arylhydrazones were formed as by-products. The structure of the isolated compounds was proved by X-ray analysis. 相似文献
