The reaction of N-alkyltrifluoroacetimidoyl chlorides with trialkyl phosphites leads to corresponding imidoylphosphonates CF3C[P(O)(OAlk)2]=NCH2R. These compounds undergo irreversible 1,3-H shift catalyzed by nitrogenous bases to give phosphorylated imines CF3CH[P(O)(OAlk)2]N=CHR. The tendency for prototropism increases with increasing electronegativity of substituents R: CF3 > CH2OMe > H > Me. N-Cyclopentyl analogs of the obtained compounds show no tendency for prototropism. Imidoylphosphonates exist mainly as Z isomers [Z/E ~(6–10) : 1]. 相似文献

Reactions of aryl trifluoromethyl ketone imines with 2-sulfanylacetic and 3-sulfanylpropanoic acids afforded 2-aryl-2-trifluoromethyl-1,3-thiazolidin-4-ones and 2-aryl-2-trifluoromethyltetrahydro-4H-1,3-thiazin-4-ones, respectively. Their subsequent oxidation with hydrogen peroxide gave the corresponding 2-aryl-2-trifluoromethyl-1,3-thiazolidin-4-one 1-oxides and 2-aryl-2-trifluoromethyltetrahydro-4H-1,3-thiazin-4-one 1-oxides and 1,1-dioxides. 相似文献

2-Fluoro-4,5-dihydropyrrole-3,4-dicarboxylic acid derivatives were obtained by reaction of difluorocarbene with N-substituted ketone imines in the presence of fumaronitrile, maleonitrile, or dimethyl maleate. The reaction involves intermediate formation of azomethine ylides and their subsequent cycloaddition at the double bond. 11H-Dibenz[b,e]azepine and 3,4-dihydroisoquinolines react with difluorocarbene in the presence of fumaronitrile to give fluoro-substituted dibenzo[c,f]pyrrolo[1,2-a]azepine and pyrrolo[2,1-a]-isoquinoline derivatives. Treatment of 2-fluoro-4,5-dihydropyrrole-3,4-dicarbonitrile with amines and alkoxides affords the corresponding 2-amino- and 2-alkoxy derivatives, while its reactions with hydrazine hydrate and benzimidamide lead to formation of substituted pyrrolo[2,3-c]pyrazole and pyrrolo[2,3-d]-pyrimidine derivatives. 相似文献

1,3-Dialkyl-5-amino-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones reacted with acetylacetone to give the corresponding 4-(1,3-dialkyl-2-oxo-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-5-ylamino)pent-3-en-2-ones which underwent intramolecular cyclization to 1,3-dialkyl-5,7-dimethyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]-[1,8]naphthyridin-2-ones on heating in polyphosphoric acid or diphenyl ether. Analogous reaction of 1,3-dialkyl-5-amino-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones with ethyl acetoacetate led to the formation of ethyl 3-(1,3-dialkyl-2-oxo-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-5-ylamino)but-2-enoates whose cyclization afforded 1,3-dialkyl-8-hydroxy-7-methyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[5,4-b][1,8]naphthyridin-2-ones. 相似文献

Reactions of trifluoroacetamide with (1E,3E)-1,4-diphenylbuta-1,3-diene and 1,1,4,4-tetraphenylbuta-1,3-diene in the oxidative system t-BuOCl–NaI have been studied. The reaction with (1E,3E)-1,4-diphenylbuta-1,3-diene afforded three products, N,N′-(phenylmethylene)bis(trifluoroacetamide), 3-chloro-4-iodo- 2,5-diphenyl-1-(trifluoroacetyl)pyrrolidine, and trifluoro-N-[(3E)-2-hydroxy-1,4-diphenylbut-3-en-1-yl]acetamide, with a high overall yield. 1,1,4,4-Tetraphenylbuta-1,3-diene failed to react with trifluoroacetamide. 相似文献

N-Chloro-1,4-benzoquinone imines reacted with arenethiols to give different products, depending on the conditions and initial quinone imine structure. N-(Arylsulfanyl)-1,4-benzoquinone imines were obtained as a result of nucleophilic substitution of the chlorine atom, and 1,4-benzoquinone imines containing an aryl-sulfanyl substituent in the quinoid ring were formed according to the radical mechanism. The reactions of N-chloro-1,4-benzoquinone imines with heterocyclic thiols afforded only the corresponding chlorine substitution products. 相似文献

Nitration of 1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one and its N-methyl derivatives at 0–5°C and 60°C gives 5-nitro-and 5,6-dinitro-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones, respectively. The latter can also be obtained by nitration of 5-mononitro derivatives under similar conditions. The nitration of 6-chloro-and 6-bromo-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones and their N-methyl-substituted analogs leads to the formation of the corresponding 6-chloro(bromo)-5-nitro compounds. The same products are formed in the nitration of 5,6-dichloro-and 5,6-dibromo-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones. In this case, the process involves replacement of the halogen atom in position 5 of the pyridine fragment by nitro group. The nitration of 6-bromo-5-methyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one is accompanied by oxidation of the 5-methyl group to carboxy. 相似文献

N-Arenesulfonyl-1,4-benzoquinone imines reacted with acetylacetone to afford different products, depending on the isolation procedure. Crystallization from polar protic solvents gave N-[4-hydroxy- 3-(2-hydroxy-4-oxopent-2-en-3-yl)phenyl]arenesulfonamides and 6-(2-oxopropyl)-4-(arenesulfonamido)phenyl acetates, whereas N-(3-acetyl-2,6-dimethyl-1-benzofuran-5-yl)arenesulfonamides were isolated by crystallization from nonpolar aprotic solvents. 相似文献

X-ray structural analysis has been performed for two complex compounds: Cu(en)2(o-HB)2H2O (I) (a = 16.873(4) Å, b = 8.713(2) Å, c = 14.803(3) Å, β = 91.15(2)°, V = 2175.8(8) Å3, C2/c, Z = 4, R(F) = 0.0263, 1516 reflections with I > 3σ (I)) and [Cu(en)2(OH2)2]2+(o-AB?)2 (II) (a = 7.488(5) Å, b = 22.122(8) Å, c = 7.856(5) Å, β = 118.77(2)°, V = 1140.7(11) Å3, P21/n, Z = 2, R(F) = 0.0432, 1684 reflections with I > 3σ(I)) synthesized under identical conditions (en is ethylenediamine, o-HB is o-hydroxybenzoate, and o-AB is o-aminobenzoate). Although the compounds were assumed to have similar structures and the Cu-Lig bond lengths and the cis and trans angles are acceptable for an octahedral structure, the geometric parameters of o-HB suggest that the copper atom has a plane square environment. 相似文献

The reaction of Tb(NO3)3 · 6H2O with 1,3-bis(1,3-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1,3-propanedi-one (HL) and 1,10-phenanthroline (Phen) in the presence of NaOH in a water-alcohol medium afforded the neutral complex [Tb(L)3(Phen)] (I). The unstable adduct [Tb(L)3(Phen)] · 0.4 MeCN (II), whose structure is studied by X-ray diffraction analysis, is obtained from an acetonitrile solution. The crystals of compound II at 100 K are triclinic, a = 11.2508(13), b = 11.4246(14), c = 22.486(3) Å, α = 96.522(2)°, β = 91.578(2)°, γ = 110.073(2)°, V = 2690.3(5) Å3, space group P \(\bar 1\), Z= 2, R = 0.0433. Reaction of 3,5-di-tert-butyl-1,2-benzoquinone with 5-amino-4-chloroquinolines gave derivatives of a new fused heterocyclic system, substituted quinolino[4,5-bc][1,5]benzoxazepines. The molecular structure of 9,11-di-tert-butyl-2,4,6-trimethyl-7H-quinolino[4,5-bc][1,5]benzoxazepine was determined by X-ray analysis. 3,5-Di-tert-butyl-1,2-benzoquinone reacted with o-nitro-, o-acyl-, and o-methoxycarbonylanilines and some amino-substituted nitrogen-containing heterocycles to form the corresponding sterically hindered N-aryl-(hetaryl)-o-aminophenols. Di-tert-butyl-substituted phenoxazines were obtained as a result of thermal cyclization of intermediately formed quinone imines. 相似文献

N-(Polychloroethylidene)arene-and -trifluoromethanesulfonamides reacted with indole and N-substituted indoles to give the corresponding N-[2,2-dichloro(or 2,2,2-trichloro)-1-(1H-indol-3-yl)ethyl]-substituted sulfonamides. Unlike N-(2,2,2-trichloroethylidene)trifluoromethanesulfonamide, less electrophilic N-(poly-chloroethylidene)arenesulfonamides failed to react with 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-1H-indole. Previously unknown N,N’-bis(2,2-dichloroethylidene)biphenyl-4,4’-disulfonamide reacted with 1-benzyl-1H-indole at both azomethine fragments. Likewise, reactions of 1,6-bis(1H-indol-1-yl)hexane and 1,4-bis(1H-indol-1-ylmethyl)-benzene with N-sulfonyl trichloroacetaldehyde imines involved both indole rings in the former. 相似文献

Domino reactions of 3-alkylpyrazol-5-amines with 3-arylprop-2-enals and cyclic 1,3-diketones regioselectively afforded pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine derivatives.
