采用流延成膜法制备了4种增容改性的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)与聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)固体共混物(PVDF/TPU).结合分子动力学模拟研究了PVDF/TPU的相互作用,并探讨了其增容机理.研究结果表明,与PVDF/TPU-1,PVDF/TPU-2及PVDF/TPU-3相比,加入γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷-端氨基丁腈橡胶(GPTMS-ATBN)后,PVDF/TPU-4的2个玻璃化转变温度(Tg)相互靠近,两相界面存在分布梯度,构成了双相连续的微观结构,表明GPTMS-ATBN增容PVDF/TPU共混物具有显著效果.同时,PVDF/TPU-4的共混结合能大幅减小,二面角扭转能、键角弯转能等明显增大,表明PVDF及TPU与GPTMS-ATBN之间发生相互作用.傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)及X射线光电子能谱(XPS)证实了GPTMS-ATBN增容PVDF/TPU的机理为GPTMS-ATBN中ATBN链段与PVDF彼此缠绕,相互混溶,而水解后两端GPTMS中大量羟基与TPU分子链中氨基甲酸酯键及醚键相互吸附,从而生成了氢键.  相似文献

采用天然关节软骨与不锈钢摩擦副在往复运动试验机上进行关节软骨的摩擦学试验研究,探讨载荷、速度、润滑和作用时间对摩擦磨损行为的影响并分析其作用机理,并对摩擦磨损前后的软骨表面进行分析.结果表明:随着载荷从10 N增至22 N,软骨与不锈钢间的摩擦系数从0.147降至0.117;在同样的润滑和压力下,速度越大软骨和不锈钢的摩擦系数越小;透明质酸溶液可以有效降低软骨与不锈钢之间的摩擦,长时间试验后摩擦系数基本保持在0.23左右.试验后软骨表面出现磨损并伴有大量磨损颗粒,表面有明显的划痕出现,磨粒的粒径大小分布范围较窄,小尺寸的磨粒数目较多.  相似文献

Microshells are attractive in constructing bubble‐propelled micromotors due to the lower energy consumption for bubbles forming on a concave surface. In this work, enzyme‐powered microshell motors were fabricated on multimetallic (Au/Ag/Au) microshells along with the modification of catalase on its concave surface. The catalase triggered the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide to oxygen gas, hence propelling the autonomous motion of microshell motors. A size‐dependent motion behaviour was observed for the microshell motors in the form of slow tremble and fast translation motion for a size smaller and larger than 5 μm, respectively, according to the size, generation efficiency and ejection mechanism of bubbles and the intensity of Brownian motion. In addition, the effect of fuel concentration on the motion speed of microshells was dependent on whether the bubble generation was affected by the limited mass transfer in the microshell space. These findings play an important role for the design of microshell motors.  相似文献

氟硼吡咯和氮杂氟硼吡咯分别与草酰氯在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液中发生Vilsmeier-Haack反应,生成相应的β-甲酰氟硼吡咯和β-甲酰氮杂氟硼吡咯.该反应分别在室温和50℃搅拌条件下顺利实现,并对氟硼吡咯和氮杂氟硼吡咯两种底物都具有较高产率.此外,该反应具有原料易得、低污染的优点.  相似文献

An all-fiber optical laser pulse multi-pass stretcher using a chirped fiber Bragg grating (CFBG) is demonstrated. Pulses from a 1 053-nm mode-locked fiber seed oscillator are stretched by multiple passing through a chirped fiber grating set in a fiber regenerative amplifier structure. We stretch the pulse from 16 ps to 1.855 ns after it transmits seven loops in the stretcher. The main factors that affect the stretching results are discussed.  相似文献

A high-precision temperature-controlled narrow band-stop fiber Bragg grating(FBG) filter and light source self-calibration technique are proposed for application in the Brillouin optical time domain reflectometer (BOTDR) sensor system.With the proposed application,the BOTDR sensor system maintains good long-term stability and temperature precision through the reduction of the center wavelength drift in the FBG filters and corresponding decrease in the changes in light intensity.The experiment result shows that temperature precision of 1℃and temperature stability of 0.7℃can be achieved in a temperature sensor over a range of 8 km.  相似文献

通过摩擦学性能测试和摩擦表面膜成份的x-射线能量色散谱(EDS)分析,研究了硼酸酯同氯化石蜡和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)相互作用机理。试验结果表明;硼酸酯具有良好的减摩效果。氯化石蜡含量影响其与硼酸醒的相互作用效果。石油磺酸钙用作分散剂使硼酸酯的抗磨性能变差,ZDDP与硼酸酯在摩擦过程中互相竞争金属表面,从而改善硼酸酯的抗磨性,硼酸酯,氯化石蜡,ZDDP之间在减摩抗磨性能方面产生“协同效应。  相似文献

This study described a fully automated method using on‐line solid phase extraction of large volume injections coupled with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) to simultaneously detect a group of recalcitrant microconstituents (pharmaceuticals and personal care products, steroid hormones and sterols) in aqueous matrices. Samples (1 mL to 20 mL) were loaded to the preconcentration column at 1 mL/min, and the column was washed with 1000 μL of 25% methanol in LC/MS water to remove polar and ionic interferences before LC‐MS/MS analysis. Three different atmospheric pressure ionization (API) techniques, including photoionization (APPI) with four different dopants (acetone, anisole, chlorobenzene and toluene), heated electrospray ionization (HESI) and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI), were evaluated on the basis of method detection limits (MDLs) and recoveries from different aqueous matrixes. Results indicated that APPI with toluene as dopant was the most sensitive ionization method for the majority of the analytes. When using 5 mL of sample, MDLs for pharmaceuticals and personal care products, including carbamazepine, DEET, caffeine, naproxen, acetaminophen and primidone, were between 0.3 ng/L and 15 ng/L. MDLs of hormones, including testosterone, equilenin, progesterone, equilin, 17β‐estradiol, 17α‐ethynylestradiol, estrone, androsterone, mestranol and estriol, were between 1.2 ng/L and 37 ng/L. The combination of APPI with dopant allowed the detection of two difficult to ionize fecal related sterols, such as coprostan‐3‐ol and coprostan‐3‐one with MDLs of 5.4 ng/L and 11 ng/L, respectively. Calculated MDLs are more than adequate for analysis of wastewater using 1 to 5 mL sample size and for surface waters using up to 20 mL sample size. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献
