介绍了掠入射X射线散射法(GXRS法)测量超光滑表面的原理及基于商业用X射线衍射仪改造而成的实验装置。以3片不同粗糙度的硅片作为实验样品,分别应用一级矢量微扰理论和改进的Harvey-Shack理论对其散射分布进行处理,所得结果与原子力显微镜测量结果基本相符。分析了探测器接收狭缝的宽度和入射光发散度对实验结果的影响,随着探测器接收狭缝宽度和入射光发散度的减小,测量误差呈指数迅速减小。在所测量的空间频率范围内,功率谱密度(PSD)函数的误差随频率的增加而减小。 相似文献

Based on the passive spectroscopy,the D_α atomic emission spectra in the boundary region of the plasma have been measured by a high resolution optical spectroscopic multichannel analysis(OSMA) system in EAST tokamak.The Zeeman splitting of the D_α spectral lines has been observed.A fitting procedure by using a nonlinear least squares method was applied to fit and analyze all polarization π and ±σ components of the D_α atomic spectra to acquire the information of the local plasma.The spectral line shape was investigated according to emission spectra from different regions(e.g.,low-field side and high-field side) along the viewing chords.Each polarization component was fitted and classified into three energy categories(the cold,warm,and hot components) based on different atomic production processes,in consistent with the transition energy distribution by calculating the gradient of the D_α spectral profile.The emission position,magnetic field intensity,and flow velocity of a deuterium atom were also discussed in the context. 相似文献

本文简要综述了本课题组近年来在单晶氧化铁空心纳米结构制备与生长机理研究方面的相关工作.通过采用磷酸根与硫酸根的双阴离子调节,结合反应时间、反应温度等条件的改变,实现了对α-Fe2O3单晶空心纳米结构形貌、尺寸和表面结构的良好调控,并提出一种针对非层状结构纳米环/纳米管新颖生长机理,即"配位辅助的定向溶解机理".以所制备的α-Fe2O3为前驱体,采用气相还原方法,成功制备得到了系列单晶Fe3O4和γ-Fe2O3管状及环状纳米结构,并对单个Fe3O4纳米环的磁学行为进行了考察. 相似文献

采用直接接枝法, 将来自对氨基苯磺酸的苯磺酸官能团引入氧化多壁碳纳米管, 制得磺化多壁碳纳米管(SO3-MCNT). 再以SO3-MCNT为填料, 以Nafion离聚物为黏结剂, 利用超声喷涂在商业N212质子交换膜一侧构建了新的膜层, 获得了一种复合膜(SO3-MCNT?N212). 使用SO3-MCNT?N212制备燃料电池膜电极(MEA), 并用于直接甲醇燃料电池(DMFC)测试. 与使用普通N212膜的膜电极相比, 该膜电极的性能得到明显提升. 进一步分析表明, SO3-MCNT膜层的引入降低了阳极向阴极的跨膜水迁移作用, 缓解了阴极的水淹, 从而降低了浓差极化, 提升了膜电极的性能. 相似文献

We propose the schemes for implementing hyperentangled state analysis and generating four-electron high entan-gled states (including cluster state, |X) state, and symmetric Dicke state) based on the charge detection of free electrons. These schemes are deterministic and rely only on charge detection and single-spin rotations. This method, which uses noninteracting electrons, is not only efficient but also saves on quantum resources. 相似文献
