制备抗肿瘤药物庚铂的新方法

Sunpla (SKI2053R), an anti-tumor drug in clinic use, has been prepared by a new method in which mercurous ions instead of silver ones were used to remove the coordinating halide anions from the intermediate, [R(-NH₂)₂PtX₂], and alkaline earth cations malonate or ammonium malonate were applied in the synthesis. The resulting platinum(Ⅱ) complex has been characterized with its IR, ¹H-NMR and ¹³C-NMR, FAB-MS and TG-DTA spectra.
