The relationship between magnetostriction and structure of melt-spun Fes3Ga17 ribbons are investigated by XRD and M5ssbauer spectrum technique (MS). As the heat-treatment temperature increases from 650℃ to 800℃, the magnetostriction coefficient of Fes3Ga17 ribbon first increases and then decreases. The largest magnetostriction coeiffcient (-578.4 ppm) is achieved in those specimens quenched at 750oc. According to the XRD and MSssbauer spectrum anal- ysis, a small quantity of DO3 phase is precipitated in Fe83Ga17 ribbons when quenched from 650℃ and the DO3 phase is gradually transformed into B2-1ike phase if quenched at higher temperature. However, both DO3 and B2-1ike phases disappear when the temperature increases up to 800℃. From this point of view, B2-1ike phase might be beneficial to the enhancement of magnetostrictive properties of melt-spun ribbons.  相似文献

以共溅射法制备的Cu-In预制膜为衬底材料,以硒粉为原料,尝试了几种特殊的硒化方案,包括单源硒化法、双源硒化法、表面喷粉硒化法、分步硒化退火和同步硒化退火等5种具有代表性和创新性的方案,研究了硒源的摆放方式、升温方法对薄膜质量的影响,比较了不同方法制备的CuInSe2(CIS)薄膜在形貌、成分、相结构等方面的异同. 系统地分析了硒化温度、退火温度和退火时间对CuInSe2薄膜成分的影响,研究了各元素的百分含量随硒化退火条件的变化规律,为更准确地把握CIS薄膜的成分和相结构提供有益的借鉴.  相似文献

The magnetomechanical behavior of single-crystal Galfenol alloy was found to be strongly dependent on the loading paths. An energy-based anisotropic domain rotation model, assuming that the interaction between domains can be ignored and the probability of the magnetic moment pointing along a particular direction is related to the free energy along this direction, is used to simulate the magnetostriction versus magnetic field and stress curve and to track the magnetic domain motion trail. The main reason for loading path dependent effect is the rotation/flipping of the magnetic domains under different loading paths. The effect of loading and unloading paths on 90° magnetic domain motion was studied by choosing different loading and unloading state and paths. The results show that prior loading magnetic field can make the 90° magnetic domains flip to the directions of 45° domains because the magnetic field is the driving force to make the domains rotate, and the final loading state and the loading path both have great influence on the motion of 90° magnetic domains.  相似文献

基于广义惠更斯-菲涅耳衍射积分公式,获得了余弦-高斯关联结构函数部分相干贝塞尔-高斯光束交叉谱密度函数通过近轴ABCD光学系统传输时的解析表达式.并因此探讨了该类光束经过自由空间传输时光强分布的演化特性.结果表明,余弦-高斯关联部分相干贝塞尔-高斯光束在合适的参数条件下能呈现自分裂等奇异传输特性.特别地,这种自分裂可实现暗空心光束的复制,即从一个暗空心光束获得四个相似的暗空心光束.并且发现这些传输特性和关联结构函数结构密切相关,因此调控关联结构函数分布以实现调制光的相干长度和空间分布性质从而可实现操控光束传输行为.由于暗空心光束在工程技术领域的重要应用价值,本文的研究结果提供了实现四暗空心光束的可能方案,从而在激光通信、微粒操控等方面具有重要的应用前景.  相似文献

The structural and magnetic properties of Fen-mGam (n=3~6, m=0~2; n=13, m=0~3) alloy clusters have been studied using density functional theory. The substitutional doping is favourable for small clusters with up to six atoms at low Ga concentration and substitutional Ga atoms in 13-atom clusters prefer surface sites. The Ga-doping generally could reduce the energetic stability but enhance the electronic stability of Fe clusters, along with a decrease of the local magnetic moments of Fe atoms around Ga dopants. These findings provide a microscopic insight into Fe-Ga alloys which are well-known magnetostriction materials.  相似文献

本文对二甲酚橙(xo)螯合形成纤维分离富集水中Cu、Co、Ni、Pb的性能进行了描述。VS-2型阴离子交换纤维在pH=6.0条件下能负载金属离子和XO的螯合物。实验表明:这种螯合形成纤维能预富集水中ppb级金属元素,回收率可达95%以上。这种螯合形成纤维有交换速度快,容易洗脱和容易再生的特点,并且一个交换柱(0.8×8cm)可以通过较大体积的溶液(3000ml)。此方法测定水中Cu、Co、Ni、Pb的精密度分别为1.54%、0.86%、3.06%、4.52%。  相似文献

分别称取15个校准样品约5.0g,加入40g·L~(-1) EDTA溶液60mL,在80℃的水浴中振荡1.5h,冷却后用水定容至100.0mL,过滤得到澄清的溶液用作校准溶液,按照相同的步骤制备空白溶液和样品溶液。选用厚度为8μm的聚乙烯薄膜作为存储溶液的界面材料,测试溶液层厚度为8mm。在选定的仪器条件下,采用手持式能量色散型-X射线荧光光谱仪测定试液中的氯、磷和钾。Cl~-、P_2O_5和K_2O的质量浓度在一定范围内与对应的荧光强度呈线性关系,检出限(3s)分别为0.020,0.036,0.032g·L~(-1)。采用本方法测定复混肥中氯、磷、钾的含量,测得结果与国家标准方法的结果一致,精密度高于国家标准方法。  相似文献

The Mars Global Surveyor Mars Orbiter Camera (MOC) took images of a series of strange horseshoe-shaped dunes at the North Martian pole in 2004. These dunes would be formed due to the strong Martian winds whose pattern is different from that on the Earth. We study the cause of the formation of these dunes and make a model for them. In this model, wind speed near the north Martian pole can be evaluated based on the shape of the dunes. We also estimate the surpassing speed of dunes of different sizes.  相似文献
