Mass-selected C60 beam produced by laser ablation was accelerated and bombarded the (0001) surface of highly oriented pyrolitic graphite and (111) surface of gold single crystal. The samples were characterized by STM. The STM images showed that, the deposited species collapsed and formed planar structure on the solid surface, but the collapsed species were not dissociated and well oriented on the surface. Both positive and negative C60 ions were observed in the desorption mass spectra, confirming that the species collapsed on the solid surface are still the C60 clusters.  相似文献

本工作利用微循环伏安法和阶跃电位法研究在AuCl3的酸性溶液中金在玻碳和铂微电极上的电沉积行为。结果表明,金在微电极上成核所需的过电位较高,但成核几率也高,在所研究的微电极尺寸范围内,金可形成大量的临界单核,且核的生长速率很快。铂微电极上金电沉积的I-t曲线符合连续成核的模式。  相似文献

Two kinds of DNA-modified electrodes were prepared by covalent and adsorptive immobilization of DNA onto self-assembled monolayers of 2, 2'-dithiodiethanol on gold electrodes and characterized by cyclic voltammetry, Xray photoelectron spectroscopy and scanning tunneling microscopy. The results suggest that the methods are satisfactory for the immobilization of DNA on electrodes.  相似文献

Electrochemical Scanning Tunneling Microscopy (ECSTM) has been extended to characterizc polycrystalline silver electrode surfaces in iodide solution. Potential-dependent ordered and disordered structures of the silver electrode as well as the iodine adsorption layer have been observed to coexist on polycrystalline silver electrode surfaces, for the first time. A very special column arrangement of the iodine adsorption layer, similar to the so called "missing row" type of structure has been observed. Some columns of the iodine adsorption layer roll over from one place to another along with the time and changing potential. A proposed model has been given to better describe the structure. The highly corrugated and loose surface structure of the polycrystalline surface are responsible for this special phenomenon.  相似文献

硫脲在HNO3介质中共吸附行为的喇曼光谱研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
用常规Raman谱、电化学现场表面增强喇曼散射光谱(SERS)和时间分辨SERS光谱(TRSERS)研究了硫脲(TU)在HNO3介质中与NO-3的共吸附行为.实验结果表明,NO3-离子能被TU诱导共吸附在其质子化氨基上;TU以S端按σ配位键方式化学吸附在银电极表面.在较正电位区间(≥-0.6V),TU垂直吸附,电位负移(≤-0.8V),TU由垂直逐渐转变为倾斜甚至平躺吸附;在较负的电位下(≤-0.8V),TU在HNO3介质中比在HClO4中更稳定,甚至在-2.0V的电位下亦能检测到TU的SERS信号.  相似文献
