合成了一种新型的三元铜配合物[Cu(Dppz)(Gly)(H2O)]·NO3·H2O,(Dppz为二吡啶并[3,2-a;2′,3′-c]吩嗪,Gly为L-甘氨酸)。该配合物晶体属于单斜晶系,P21/c空间群,a=2.1588(4)nm,b=0.7216(13)nm,c=1.4219(3)nm,β=108.648(2)°。配合物分子中五配位的中心金属铜离子处于变形四方锥配位环境。紫外吸收光谱与荧光光谱分析表明,该配合物通过嵌入模式与DNA结合,并在还原剂存在下能显著的切割超螺旋DNA。 相似文献

合成了一种缩氨基硫脲Ni髤配合物[Ni(QCMT)2]Cl2·2CH3OH·1.5H2O(QCMT为喹啉-2-甲醛-N4-甲基缩氨基硫脲)。该配合物晶体属于三斜晶系,P1空间群,a=1.000 2(2)nm,b=1.093 9(2)nm,c=1.583 6(3)nm,α=93.99(3)°,β=105.25(3)°,γ=108.46(3)°。中心离子Ni2+处于变形八面体配位环境中。电子吸收光谱、荧光光谱及圆二色谱分析表明该配合物通过静电作用方式与DNA相结合。测定了该Ni髤配合物与配体(QCMT)对人乳腺癌细胞系MCF-7、人卵巢癌细胞系SKOV-3及人非小细胞肺癌耐顺铂细胞系A-549/CDDP的体外细胞毒活性。结果表明,Ni髤配合物对MCF-7细胞系的细胞毒活性强于顺铂,同时该配合物对MCF-7和SKOV-3两种细胞系的细胞毒活性明显优于其配体。 相似文献

The Cluster compound [Cu3BrWOS3(bipy)2] was synthesized by reaction of (NH4)2WOS3, CuBr, 2,2′- bipyridine and n-Bu4NBr at room temperature and characterized by IR, UV and elemental analyses. The structure of [Cu3BrWOS3(bipy)2] was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction revealing that the cluster consist of a nest -shaped core. The W atom is tetrahedrally coordinated by three S atoms and one O atom. There are two types of copper atoms in the WOS3Cu3 aggregate: two copper atoms are tetrahedrally coordinated and another copper atom is trigonally coordinated. The nonlinear optical properties were studied with an 8ns pulsed laser at 532nm. Its optical responses to the incident light exhibit considerably optical absorptive and strong self-focusing effect with α2=0.90×10-10m·W-1, n2=2.72×10-18m2·W-1. CCDC: 196348. 相似文献
