用近红外无损肌氧及运动心率检测技术评定100m极量强度运动对心脏冲击影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
利用连续双波长近红外光技术测量肌肉中血红蛋白含氧量的变化情况,同时应用运动心率无线实时采集设备,设计了检测实时肌肉组织血氧含量和瞬时心率实验方案,对6名健康男性进行了100 m跑同步实测实验。实验表明,肌肉组织氧合血红蛋白浓度在100 m跑结束后继续降低,达到最低值的时刻滞后于运动结束时刻的时间为(6.65±1.10)s;心率则在运动结束后继续上升,达到最高值的时刻滞后于运动结束时刻的时间为(8.00±1.57)s。这些结果显示了双波长近红外光组织氧测试技术和运动心率无线实时采集系统能够正确检测极量强度运动时的血氧参数和心率,揭示了极量强度运动过程中肌肉中氧运输与消耗的过程及其与心率之间的动力学特征。 相似文献

To find new extradiol dioxygenases(EDOs, EC 1.13.11.2), a metagenomics library was constructed from polychlorinated biphenyl-contaminated soil and was screened for some dioxygenase with aromatic ring cleavage activity. A novel EDO, designated as BphC_A, was identified and heterologously expressed in Escherichia coli. The deduced amino acid sequence of BphC_A exhibited a homology of less than 60% with other known EDOs. Phylogenetic analysis of BphC_A suggests that the protein is a novel member of the EDO family. The enzyme exhibits higher substrate affinity and catalytic efficiency toward 3-methylcatechol than toward 2,3-dihydroxybiphenyl or catechol, the preferred substrate of other known EDOs. The optimum activity of purified BphC_A occurred at pH=8.5 and 35℃, and BphC_A showed more than 40% of its initial activity at 5℃. In this study, biostimulation technology was used for bioremediation of nitrobenzene-contaminated groundwater by adding a mixture of lactose and phosphate, peptone, and beef extract. During the process of biostimulation, the remediation effectiveness, microbial dehydrogenase activities and microbial densities were investigated; the varieties of microbial community structure and composition were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(PCR-DGGE) technique and the relative abundances of nitrobenzene-degrading gene(nbzA) were determined by fluorescence quantitative real-time PCR(RT-PCR). Findings show that the removal rate of nitrobenzene in groundwater could reach about 60% by biostimulation with lactose and phosphate, 70% with peptone and 68% with beef extract. The microbial dehydrogenase activities and microbial densities were all improved obviously via biostimulation. The results of PCR-DGGE show that the microbial diversities were improved, and more than ten kinds of dominant microorganisms were detected after biostimulation. RT-PCR results show that the relative abundances of nbzA gene of microbes in groundwater were increased significantly, which indicated that biostimulation actually enhanced the growth of nitrobenzene-degrading bacteria. Therefore, biostimulation is a cost-effective and feasible bioremediation technique for nitrobenzene-contaminated groundwater. 相似文献

A new diaryl 1,2-diketone, named 1-(2,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-2-phenylethane-1,2-dione (1), along with eight known compounds (2–9), were isolated from the heartwood of Dalbergia latifolia. They were identified on the basis of spectral data. Compounds 1–7 were obtained from the Dalbergia genus for the first time. Compounds 8 and 9 were firstly isolated from the plant. Compound 1 exhibited inactive against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538 and Escherichia coli ATCC 21530 with the minimum inhibitory concentrations of 10.0 and 10.0 mg/mL, respectively. 相似文献
