An optical fiber sensor for the continuous determination of hydrochloric acid is presented. It is based on the fluorescence quenching of a flavone containing copolymer membrane by hydrochloric acid. The quenching efficiency is greatly enhanced in the presence of Fe(III). This enhancement is attributed to the primary inner filter effect, as well as the formation of a complex between the 4′-N,N-dimethylaminoflavone group in the copolymer and the Fe(III) species extracted from hydrochloric acid solution. The optical response is linear and reversible for 0.10–6.00 mol L–1 HCl with a response time of the order of a second. The standard deviations for repeated alternative measurements of 0.20 and 2.00 mol L–1 hydrochloric acid are 0.32% and 0.46% (n = 10), respectively, indicating a good reproducibility. Because of the covalently bonding of the dye to polymer, the sensor exhibits also a good stability. Selectivity has also been evaluated for some potential interferents. The sensor in conjunction with a flow-injection system can be used for on-line determination of hydrochloric acid. 相似文献

本文制备了一种以溶剂聚合膜PH电极作原电极,经高碘酸钠活化的醋酸纤维膜固定乙酰胆碱酯酶的乙酰胆碱生物电极。研究了酶固定化条件的影响,测得静态和动力学条件下的线性中响应范围分别为240-1300μg/mL和300-1700μg/mL将电极用于实际样品的回收率试验中,获得了满意的结果。 相似文献

将香焦组织与氧电极偶合,制成了草酸生物组织电极。在静态和流动条件下,测得电极的线性响应范围分别为8.8×10~(-5)~6.3×10~(-4)mol/L和5.0×10~(-5)~1.8×10~(-3)mol/L,二者的相关系数均为0.9998。研究了介质条件、pH、温度、流速、取样量和固定化等条件的影响。测定了电极的选择性和使用寿命等性能。计算了该实验条件下酶反应的米氏常数。采用静态法和流动注射法测得7份草酸标液的平均回收率分别为98.4%和98.9%。电极已用于一些食品中草酸的测定,所得结果与文献报道基本一致。 相似文献

The self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) of 6-mercaptopurine (6MP) were formed at the roughened polycrystalline gold surfaces in acid and alkaline media. The time-dependent Raman mapping spectral analysis in conjunction with the quantum calculations for the vibrational modes using ab initio BLYP/6-31G method suggested that both of the resulted 6MP SAMs adopted the same adsorption mode through the S atom of pyrimidine moiety and the N7 atom of the imidazole moiety anchoring the gold surface in a vertical way. The in situ surface-enhanced Raman scattering spectroelectrochemical experiment was conducted to examine the stability of the SAMs at various bias potentials. It was found that the detaching process of the 6MP SAMs from the surface involved one electron reduction as the voltage was applied at ca. 0.7 V vs a standard calomel electrode. 相似文献

A new amperometric biosensor for glucose was developed based on adsorption of glucose oxidase (GOx) at the gold and platinum nanoparticles-modified carbon nanotube (CNT) electrode. CNTs were covalently immobilized on gold electrode via carbodiimide chemistry by forming amide linkages between carboxylic acid groups on the CNTs and amine residues of cysteamine self-assembled monolayer (SAM). The fabricated GOx/Aunano/Ptnano/CNT electrode was covered with a thin layer of Nafion to avoid the loss of GOx in determination and to improve the anti-interferent ability. The immobilization of CNTs on the gold electrode was characterized by quartz crystal microbalance technique. The morphologies of the CNT/gold and Ptnano/CNT/gold electrodes have been investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the electrochemical performance of the gold, CNT/gold, Ptnano/gold and Ptnano/CNT/gold electrodes has also been studied by amperometric method. In addition, effects of electrodeposition time of Pt nanoparticles, pH value, applied potential and electroactive interferents on the amperometric response of the sensor were discussed.
The enzyme electrode exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity and rapid response for glucose in the absence of a mediator. The linear range was from 0.5 to 17.5 mM with correction coefficient of 0.996. The biosensor had good reproducibility and stability for the determination of glucose. 相似文献

A novel piezoelectric immunosensor based on mixed self-assembled monolayers (mixed SAMs) formed by short-chain amine- and carboxyl-terminated thiols has been developed to immobilize antigens onto gold electrodes for detecting antisperm antibody (AsAb) in human serum samples. The properties and the enhanced performance of the affinity biosensor interface based on mixed SAMs are investigated. Most importantly, analytical results of several human serum samples using the developed technique are in satisfactory agreement with those given by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method in the concentration ranging from 32.3 to 300.0 mU/ml. It means the procedure proposed in this paper is likely to have a great potential in research and may play an important clinical role in a few years later. 相似文献
