N-甲基丙烯酰-N′-甲基哌嗪在嵌段聚醚氨酯膜上的Co60-γ辐射接枝的研究

The graft copolymerization of N-methacryl-N'-methyl-opiperazine onto segmented polye-therurethane (SPEU) film by Go⁶⁰-r-preirradiation has been studied. It is found that the grafting time varies with structure of different chain extenders. The grafted substrated become opaque, the contact angle drops down and from SEM photographs with salient micrograph showing grafts of macrochain on the surface of SPEU film.     

STUDIES ON POLYVINYL ALCOHOL CARRIERS Ⅲ. ACTIVE AMIDES AND ESTERS DERIVED FROM POLYVINYL ALCOHOL AND THEIR APPLICATION IN AFFINITY CHROMATOGRAPHY

Polyvinyl alcohol carriers bearing active amide and active ester groups were prepared by acetaliza-tion of granular macro-reticular water-insolub1e PVA with glyoxylic acid or p-formylbenzoic acidand further activation reaction with benzotriazole or N-hydroxysuccinimide using DCCI as con-densation agent. The active amides or active esters obtained were easy to react with amines suchas n-butylamine or proteins under mild condition. Ovomucoid, an inhibitor of trypsin was immo-bilized on the above-obtained reactive PVA carrier to give effective affinity adsorbent for the separa-tion or purification of trypsin.     

三氟化硼引发四氢呋喃聚合的研究——Ⅳ.1,4-丁二醇的影响

The molecular weight of polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG) prepared from tetrahydrofu-ran (THF) by using cocatalysts of BF3-etherate and epichlorohydrin (ECH) in the presence of butylene glycol(BG) increased sharply with the polymer conversion, but at yields higher than 80% but could be exactly controlled by the molar ratio of BG to BF₃. The polyether obtained possessed around 70 mol% primaly hydrcxyl end-groups and a hydroxyl end-group functionality of two. The content of ECH derived units in each polymer chain containing 18.2 or 33.8THF derived units is around 1.60 or 2.16 respectively.

INFLUENCE OF BACKBONE RIGIDITY ON THE LIQUID CRYSTALLINITY OF MESOGEN-CONTAINING POLYACETYLENES

Two acetylene polymers containing cyanobiphenyl-based mesogens,poly { 10-[ ((4'- cyano-4-biphenylyl ) oxy ) carbonyl] - 1 -decyne } (PA8CN ), which has a relativelyfiexible polyalkyne backbone, and poly {[4-(((12-((4'-cyano-4-biphenylyl)oxy)dodecyl)oxy)carbonyl) phenyl]-acetylene} (PB12CN), which has a fairly rigid poly (phenylacetylene )backbone, were synthesized using respectively WCl_6 and [Rh(nbd)Cl]_2 as the catalysts.PA8CN exhibits enantiotropic interdigitated smectic A phase (S_(Ad)) over a temperaturerange as wide as ca. 100℃, whereas PB12CN is non-mesomorphic, demonstrating thatthe backbone rigidity plays an important role in determining the liquid crystallinity of thepolyacetylenes.

<正> 四氢呋喃(THF)通过正离子开环聚合而制得的聚丁二醇(PTMG)是生产嵌段聚醚聚氨酯及嵌段聚醚聚酯弹性材料的重要原料。目前制备PTMG所采用的引发剂都是强酸型的,如高氯酸、氟磺酸或发烟硫酸等,对设备腐蚀严重。用酸性较弱的三氟化硼引发聚合在文献上也有一些研究报道,但尚难以采用,其主要困难在于实际应用的     

环化聚合反应机构的研究

1.对环化聚合的反应机构作了动力学探讨,认为除文献上所考虑的单分子环化机构外,还应当考虑双分子环化机构。并得到聚合组分方程为线性方程; 2.通过二丙烯基丙二酸二乙酯(DDM)及邻苯二甲酸二丙烯酯(DAP)的环化聚合研究,以及对文献上二甲基丙烯酸二缩乙二醇酯(DDMA)聚合数据的处理,验证了所得的聚合组分方程。在DDM聚合时按双分子环化机构反应速度比按单分子环化至少快16.3倍;在DAP及DDMA聚合时双分子环化机构与单分子环化机构都不容忽视。     

四氢呋喃与环氧氯丙烷共聚合的研究

<正> 晃玉等曾以BF_3-二元醇(DO)引发四氢呋喃(THF)与环氧氯丙烷(ECH)共聚合,用所得共聚醚制成嵌段聚醚聚氨酯,与用THF均聚醚或THF-环氧丙烷(PO)共聚醚为软段的聚氨酯相比,分别在低温性能及强度上有明显改进.且由于引入氯甲基侧基可作进一步接枝共聚改性。但用BF_3-DO为引发剂很难制得不含环聚体的共聚醚,
