Shortening the distance between the depletion region and the electrodes to reduce the trapped probability of carriers is a useful approach for improving the performance of heterojunction.The CdS/Si nanofilm heterojunctions are fabricated by using the radio frequency magnetron sputtering method to deposit the amorphous silicon nanofilms and Cd S nanofilms on the ITO glass in turn.The relation of current density to applied voltage(I-V)shows the obvious rectification effect.From the analysis of the double logarithm I-V curve it follows that below~2.73 V the electron behaviors obey the Ohmic mechanism and above~2.73 V the electron behaviors conform to the space charge limited current(SCLC)mechanism.In the SCLC region part of the traps between the Fermi level and conduction band are occupied,and with the increase of voltage most of the traps are occupied.It is believed that Cd S/Si nanofilm heterojunction is a potential candidate in the field of nano electronic and optoelectronic devices by optimizing its fabricating procedure.  相似文献

In reference to the Weyl ordering xmpn→(1/2)mΣι=0m(ιm)Xm-ιPnXι , where X and P are coordinate and momentum operator, respectively, this paper examines operators’s-parameterized ordering and its classical correspondence, finds the fundamental function-operator correspondence ((1-s)/2)(n+m)/2Hm,n((2/(1-s))~(1/2)α,(2/(1-s))~(1/2)α)→a+man,and its complementary relation αnα*m→(-i)n+m((1-s)/2)(m+n)/2:Hm,n(i(2/(1-s))~(1/2)a+,i((2/(1-s))~(1/2)a):,where H m,n is the two-variable Hermite polynomial, a, a+ are bosonic annihilation and creation operators respectively, s is a complex parameter. The s’-ordered operator power-series expansion of s-ordered operator sa+mans in terms of the two-variable Hermite polynomial is also derived. A new class of excited two-mode generalized squeezed vacuum states denoted by |r,s,m,n〉 are presented, which are obtained by repeatedly applying creation operators a and b on the two-mode generalized squeezed vacuum state. We find that it is just regarded as a generalized squeezed two-variable Hermite polynomial excitation on the vacuum state and its normalization constant is just a Jacobi polynomial. Their statistical properties are investigated such as squeezing properties, photon number distribution and the violations of Cauchy-Schwartz inequality. Especially, the Wigner function for |r,s,m,n〉 depending on the excitation photon numbers is discussed graphically.  相似文献

Our primary purpose of this work is to explicitly construct the general multiparite Einstein-Podolsky- Rosen (EPR) entangled state in multi-mode Fock space for a system with different masses of particles, which makes up a new quantum mechanical representation owing to completeness relation and orthogonal property. Its entanglement can be seen more clearly by analyzing its standard Schmidt decomposition. In addition, some applications of the multipartite entanglement are proposed including deriving the generalized Wigner operator and squeezing operator.  相似文献

We mostly investigate two schemes. One is to teleport a multi-mode W-type entangled coherent state using a peculiar bipartite entangled state as the quantum channel different from other proposals. Based on our formalism,teleporting multi-mode coherent state or squeezed state is also possible. Another is that the tripartite entangled state is used as the quantum channel of controlled teleportation of an arbitrary and unknown continuous variable in the case of three participators.  相似文献

A class of the single-mode excited GHZ-type entangled coherent states (EGHZECSs) are presented. we exhibit the remarkable properties of the single-mode EGHZECSs, depended on the excitation photon number, such as entanglement and nonlocality via investigating their concurrence of entanglement and examining their violation of CHSH inequality. Finally, we propose how to generate the EGHZECSs by using cavity QED and quantum measurement and by using BBO crystal and single-photon detection technique, respectively.  相似文献

This paper investigates the decoherence of photo-subtracted squeezed vacuum state (PSSVS) in dissipative channel by describing its statistical properties with time evolution such as Wigner function,Husimi function,and tomogram.It first calculates the normalization factor of PSSVS related to Legendre polynomial.After deriving the normally ordered density operator of PSSVS in dissipative channel,one obtains the explicit analytical expressions of time evolution of PSSVS’s statistical distribution function.It finds that these statistical distributions loss their non-Gaussian nature and become Gaussian at last in the dissipative environment as expected.  相似文献
