The Ga-doped and (Ga, Co)-codoped ZnO films were grown on quartz glass substrate by inductively coupled plasma enhanced physical vapor deposition. The effect of Co doping and oxygen pressure on the structural, optical, electrical and magnetic properties of the as-grown films was investigated. The structural characterization revealed that high-quality films were grown with wurtzite structure and c-axis preferred crystalline orientation. The surface morphology was affected by Co doping and oxygen pressure. Room-temperature ferromagnetism was observed in (Ga, Co)-codoped ZnO films. We found that the optical and electrical properties were degraded with Co doping. The Ga-doped ZnO films had an average transmittance of above 88% in the visible wavelength, while (Ga, Co)-codoped ZnO showed a lower average transmittance (∼65%) due to the d-d transitions of Co2+. The resistivity and Hall mobility of (Ga, Co)-doped ZnO samples were lower than those of Ga-doped ZnO films when grown at the same oxygen pressure. 相似文献

DNA-functionalized gold nanoparticles are shown to act as a light-scattering switch. Ag(+) ion turns on the switch through the DNA-Au NPs conjugates based on the formation of cytosine-Ag(+)-cytosine base pairs, whereas cysteine turns off the light-scattering signal because it competitively binds to Ag(+). 相似文献

Room-temperature anomalous Hall effect and magnetroresistance in (Ga, Co)-codoped ZnO diluted magnetic semiconductor films 下载免费PDF全文
This paper reports that the(Ga,Co)-codoped ZnO thin films have been grown by inductively coupled plasma enhanced physical vapour deposition.Room-temperature ferromagnetism is observed for the as-grown thin films. The x-ray absorption fine structure characterization reveals that Co 2+ and Ga 3+ ions substitute for Zn 2+ ions in the ZnO lattice and exclude the possibility of extrinsic ferromagnetism origin. The ferromagnetic(Ga,Co)-codoped ZnO thin films exhibit carrier concentration dependent anomalous Hall effect and positive magnetoresistance at room temperature. The mechanism of anomalous Hall effect and magneto-transport in ferromagnetic ZnO-based diluted magnetic semiconductors is discussed. 相似文献

To use a newly developed wavelength modulation surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor, an experimental protocol was developed to investigate the interaction of ginsenosides with serum albumin. With a known concentration of the ginsenosides, bound percentages of the ginsenosides with human serum albumin (HSA) or bovine serum albumin (BSA) were obtained. SPR technique could require no labeling and this method provided the detailed information on association and disassociation of molecules in real time. The results indicate that the sensitivity of wavelength modulation SPR biosensor is sufficient for detection and characterization of binding events involving low-molecular weight compounds and their immobilized protein targets. 相似文献

The reactions of CuBr(2) with pyridyl 2,2':6',2'-terpyridine ligands in methanol yielded four copper complexes under solvothermal conditions. The self-assembly processes were accompanied by designing bitopic precursor ligands and increasing the stoichiometric metal-ligand ratio. In the four resulting complexes, the pendant pyridyl groups of pyridylterpyridine were selectively in situ N-methylated and yielded the 4'-(N-methylpyridinium)-2,2':6',2'-terpyridine cations, including the 2-position pyridyl group which is difficult to be N-alkylated due to the steric problem. Partial divalent copper atoms were reduced to cuprous ones in the solvothermal reactions, which made the mixed-valence copper atoms coexist in each compound. The mixed-valence complexes have a varied dimensionality (from 2D to 0D) and the Cu(I)Br cluster, which can be controlled by changing the metal-ligand ratio. Theoretical studies show that the nucleophilic attack of the nitrogen atom in the pendant pyridyl is more facile than others of terpyridine. A possible mechanism was also proposed. 相似文献

The role of temperature on the oxidation dynamics of Cu2O on ZnO (0001) was investigated during the oxidation of Cu (111)/ZnO (0001) by using the oxygen plasma as oxidant. A transition from single crystalline Cu2O (111) orientation to micro-zone phase separation with multiple orientations was revealed when the oxidation temperature increased from 300 ℃ to higher. The experimental results clearly showed the effect of oxidation temperature with the assistance of oxygen plasma on changing the morphology of Cu (111) film and enhancing the lateral nucleation and migration abilities of cuprous oxides. A vertical top-down oxidation mode and a lateral migration model were proposed to explain the different nucleation and growth dynamics of the temperature-dependent oxidation process in the oxidation of Cu (111)/ZnO (0001). 相似文献
